Updating to 3 stars now that my last order was refunded. It was too difficult to get a refund and this is not the first issue we have had in the past few months, so we are taking a break from ordering our pizza here. Changing my review to 1 star until they refund my pizza from 9/22/23 that showed up absolutely mangled. I called for a refund, nothing. I submitted a request online, nothing. This has been my go-to spot for years but this might be the end… Original review: Order here regularly and it’s consistently hot, fresh, and delicious via takeout or delivery. We have tried several different pizzas, but the Heritage Honey is by far our favorite.

Wow, this pizza place is very good! I highly recommend. I finally find a pizza place we’re the pizza crusts is not soggy, not to oily and the flavor is amazingly good! Above 4 months ago👆 Today June 25th, 2022 Hmm, I don’t know somehow today Their pizzas 🍕 wasn’t really that good. And I ordered 25 pieces chicken wing. I only got 24 pieces. It wasn’t even that busy today.

I order a few times each month. I’ve never been disappointed with my order, I’ve never had any issues with my order, and the front staff are helpful/kind EVERY time. The cooks actually read the notes in your order, and are very accommodating. In-store pickup is mostly convenient (at night it gets hard to find a parking spot), and the delivery drivers are quick! The ETA on my delivery order today was 45 minutes, and it got here in 30! ☺️ Definitely happy I found this place.

Consistently top tier. They've really surpassed all expectations in coming up with great topping combinations. Your dollar goes further with their specialty pizzas compared to other local options: in flavor, quantity, and customer service. Keep doing what y'all are doing!

My all time favorite for pizza and subs! Workers are super nice and helpful and food is just as amazing. I have never been disappointed w/ my order or my experiences.

Literally our new favorite! We've been here a few times in the last couple months and haven't been disappointed yet! Very reasonable price for the size and quality that you get. Lots of options. Clearly by the pictures I've included, you can see that we can't settle on one kind of pizza, so it's awesome that we don't have to. (The ones pictured below are the Buffalo Chicken and the Brenz Bomber). The little personal pizzas are a really good way to try different combinations without committing to a whole pizza. This could be the best pizza we've ever had! I've ordered on Fridays previously and parking was fine, but tonight (Tuesday) I got there and there wasn't a parking space anywhere. I ended up parking in the parking structure just down from the store, called them and let them know what was going on, and they were at the curb waiting with my pizza when I drove back around. So, great customer service too! Keep being awesome, Brenz Pizza!

The pizza in this state is horrible, but it was refreshing to find a quality pie not too far from me. Asked for it well done and they nailed the crispness. Bonus points for having the cup and char pepperoni.

Very good pizza love the rectangle cut pieces and the fresh mozzarella! We order almost every Friday. Ingredients always fresh like chicken and mushrooms, spinach and basil! Love it every time only once there was extra extra black pepper which probably was accidentally that’s ok we still love it! Take out is worth it with 3 ingredients 16’ pizza around $30. Delivery not worth it the charge you additional $14-17!

The pizza is excellent, but the service needs improvement. We waited in the store to pick up the pizza for over twenty minutes. Even though the staff knew we were waiting, they didn’t tell us the pizza was ready until we asked fifteen minutes after it was done and cold.

I ordered Brenz Pizza to be delivered for a work event, and it was a hit! Delicious pizza, fresh salad, and breadsticks that quickly became a fan favorite. Being able to order extra side dipping sauces was a bonus. Most of all, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Delivery was simple and straightforward; great communication throughout the process and a friendly driver who had a bagful of plates, cutlery, and napkins ready for us. Fantastic food. Fantastic service!

I love their pizza especially the white pizza with ricotta and artichokes on top. The crust is crunchy, but soft and flavorful. There is always a good amount of cheese on each pizza. The bbq chicken is good as well. The sauce is tangy and dazzles my taste buds, lol. No soggy pizza and loads of flavor. We typically get personal sized pizzas due to different tastes in our family. The salad (spicy-something salad) is yummy. It has mandarin oranges on it and the dressing is zesty with a good bite to it. Definitely recommend. The atmosphere is alright, nothing special, but we love the food.

Pretty good pizza. Nice wings. Good food and I'd take out but wouldn't eat in again. Atmosphere left something to be desired. It...was bare. We were quoted 8 to 10 minutes for it be ready, and it was ~25 minutes. Good pizza but meh ...Also, c'mon, what's a slice of pizza and wings without a beer?

So I read all the reviews and I thought..."ok...I got to try this!" We ordered the "Rustic" pizza with a side of the hot honey. I have to say when I first opened the box I was definitely disappointed. Who cuts a round pizza into squares??? Makes no sense! Buy we pressed forward and dived right in. Flavor was off the hook! Perfect Italian blend of cheese, salt, spice and sweet all served up on a fire roasted thin crust! I would definitely order from here again. But I would demand that they not mess up a delicious round pizza by cutting it into ridiculous squares!

Delicious! I had the Brenz Bomber, piping hot with creamy cheese and tasty toppings. The crust was delightfully crispy which held up perfectly to the toppings, it wasn't floppy woot woot! The combined flavors were delicious.

Food delicious! Staff absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. I had their pizza and garlic bread. It smells delicious and it was can't wait to go back.

The pizza was phenomenal the first time my girlfriend and I ordered. However, the second time we ordered my girlfriend noticed a long strand of orange/red hair embedded in the cheese of her pizza that caused her to dry heave for 10 minutes. It's likely just a one time thing, but I can't give this place 5 stars after that experience.

Meh. I should have left when I saw the conveyer belt but I decided to order. I ate 2 slices because I was starving, and will freeze the rest in case of an apocalypse. 2.5 stars if Google offered it. On par with Pizza Hut or the other chains. Doughy, floppy, way too much sloppy cheese that’s not great, and sauce with no character. No love included in the preparation. There are a dozen way better pizzas in Chapel Hill including IP3, Alfredo’s, Capps, Napoli, Mercato, CPO, Coronato, 411 West, Ciao Bella, and more.

I used to enjoy this place quite a bit. The last two times I’ve been here they have messed up my simple order. The most recent time it took 40 minutes for a personal pizza that was made wrong. I won’t be going back.

Excellent pizza. We ordered the Classic in their largest size, 16", so we could have leftovers. They have 4 sizes: personal, 12", 14", 16".

I love Brenz! Highly recommend their gluten free pizza crust, one of the best I’ve had. This location is always slammed so good to order ahead and do so online instead of calling if you can.

This is the best f ing place ever. Pizza is awesome. The people who work there are so great. Shout out to the delivery people who come to my house on a weekly basis. But most of all, their cheesy bread— my weakness. I would order now, but they closed 2 min ago.

We ordered the Rustic and Hawaiian pizza, along with break stick. The pizzas were average, nothing special and the bread sticks were not cooked. We had to cook them when we arrived home. We were expecting exceptional food from reading reviews, but were disappointed. The people working there were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I guess our expectations may have been set too high. UPDATE: Manager got it touch with me and offered to remake our order. We took them up on the offer and I do have to say the food was pretty good. We truly enjoyed the pizza's. Also, the place was clean and the employees were very nice and professional. Our first trip there may just have been an off night for them, but we will being going back for more :)

I ordered my lunch today, like I have many other times. Had one slice of my Brenz Bomer and lifted the second piece only to find a long curly hair underneath the slice. They were nice about refunding my money and remaking my pizza. I just think that anyone preparing food should wear a hairnet. A hat clearly isn't going to keep hair from getting in the food. My appetite is ruined. Just check your food out carefully.
