As long as you make an appointment, they are very quick to take you back. The nurses and P.A. that I had was very good and seemed very knowledgeable. Everything was very clean and nice. Would highly recommend for anyone that needs a same-day medical visit.

Involved in a low speed motorcycle accident and needed a couple of stitches. After 60 mins of waiting, treatment was refused. I had to go to WakeMed ER in Apex to get “treatment” aka 3 stitches. Thanks to Dukes refusal of treatment, i didn’t get home from stitches until 7.5 hours later. Duke has been my primary for a few years….no longer

Highly recommend! We walked in at 5:00pm and were seen right away after a quick and easy check in. The entire staff was fantastic with my son who needed stitches. They explained everything to my 5 year old and me, keeping us both calm and happy, and did great work with the stitches.

Horrible experience. Very rude staff. They ask you questions and cut you off. Almost as if you're incompetent. This went from the triage all the way to the doctor. If you ask questions, they don't answer them. Didn't even give me the information to my MyChart upon discharge. Never experienced this in Raleigh. It's definitely the culture within this establishment. Dr. Lynch was the physician who saw me. 0/10 DO NOT recommend. The very kind lady at the front desk deserves a plaque on the wall, a raise, and a promotion. PLEASE go to the Wake Med ER. They'll treat you like an actual patient and seem to like what they do for a living more than this staff. I'll be calling to escalate this matter, for sure! HOWEVER... they were extremely quick in getting me seen. ALSO the facility is extremely clean. I can't take that away from them. I would ask that, moving forward, they spend more time making sure that their patients feel heard and seen. There is nothing worse than feeling like you aren't worth asking questions, being answered, or given medical advice. As a colored woman, this happens all of the time. As a woman who has been misdiagnosed, it is extremely important that I'm heard and that my questions are answered to the best of any physicians ability. The staff just seemed... numb.

I visited back in February because I was consistently sick for 3 weeks and wanted to know why. I didn’t get any definitive answers on what was actually wrong with me, just definitely what’s not wrong with me (no fly or covid). I then had to schedule another appointment (with my primary care this time) to receive medications for what they thought might possibly be going on that they didn’t prescribe anything for. Whatever. Fast forward 2 months and I’m receiving a notice of a bill in my account for over $700 for the one urgent care visit….. When I have insurance that covers all but the copay?! The insurance claim got rejected due to no one being on file for my subscriber number they entered in wrong… and instead of reaching out to me directly to solve the problem because I clearly was covered (they ask for your insurance card!!!!!!). They just proceeded to bill me an absurd amount and also didn’t even call about that. Good thing I saw the bill notice in my thousands of emails before it eventually went to collections…. Duke is supposed to be the best of the best & that’s why I chose this urgent care over the 3-4 urgent cares that are closer to my home. Never again though.

Pros: Little wait time, clean facility, and one of the providers I saw was an angel - she spoke gently and encouragingly which is what I needed during a Migraine attack and continuous vomiting. Cons: The other provider, who mainly drew my blood, was inappropriate. She spoke very loudly and rudely (which are Migraine attack triggers and therefore induced more vomiting), kept forcing my arm to stay in a certain position when I could barely control my body. And when I had to be on the floor from vomiting, she again impatiently and loudly told me she can't draw blood if I'm on the floor - I can comprehend English perfectly; I just had very little control of my body movements then. Patients are not the mannequins in med school - she should treat patients with respect.

My family has had only good experiences at Duke Urgent Care in Holly Springs. Everyone is always kind and patient. Things run efficiently and we've never been left waiting for any length of time. We've seen Dr. WIlford there a couple of times-- each time she's been very good. Can recommend!

The entire office was clean, friendly, professional and peaceful! My doctor was Sara James Wilson, PA. She stitched up a pretty bad cut on my leg; looks great now. Process was quick and easy. Visit Summary and post care instructions were very thorough and clear.

Urgent care was pretty fast to get in and out.. facility is big and really kept neat. The staff were very nice and helpful.. They treated my friend for a bruised finger.. they were very supportive.. Patiently answered all questions.. clean the wound and dressed it up really well. The nurse who did the dressing was really sweet and provided supplies to redress the wound.. The best part is it was so quick to get treated and did not have a long waiting time.. Defiantly would recommend this location….

Great experience. Took my son for a sore throat and saw PA "Cathy". She was super attentive, friendly and discovered he had a left ear infection and we received a prescription for antibiotics. The receptionist was very kind and helpful as well.

Clean, kind, and efficient! I suffer from white coat syndrome and everyone at duke urgent care holly springs were patient and understanding. The PA who took care of my wound did everything she could to keep me calm. Including joking that this was going to be a “spa treatment”. Highly recommend.

Best Urgent Care experience we have ever had. Clean, thorough and seem to be great with kids. The Doctor was excellent. As we were leaving my daughter said “Mommy he was so nice” It’s just what you need when dealing with an illness that has everyone feeling exhausted-a little compassion and kindness.
