Horrible
experience.
Very
rude
staff.
They
ask
you
questions
and
cut
you
off.
Almost
as
if
you're
incompetent.
This
went
from
the
triage
all
the
way
to
the
doctor.
If
you
ask
questions,
they
don't
answer
them.
Didn't
even
give
me
the
information
to
my
MyChart
upon
discharge.
Never
experienced
this
in
Raleigh.
It's
definitely
the
culture
within
this
establishment.
Dr.
Lynch
was
the
physician
who
saw
me.

recommend.
The
very
kind
lady
at
the
front
desk
deserves
a
plaque
on
the
wall,
a
raise,
and
a
promotion.
PLEASE
go
to
the
Wake
Med
ER.
They'll
treat
you
like
an
actual
patient
and
seem
to
like
what
they
do
for
a
living
more
than
this
staff.
I'll
be
calling
to
escalate
this
matter,
for
sure!
HOWEVER...
they
were
extremely
quick
in
getting
me
seen.
ALSO
the
facility
is
extremely
clean.
I
can't
take
that
away
from
them.
I
would
ask
that,
moving
forward,
they
spend
more
time
making
sure
that
their
patients
feel
heard
and
seen.
There
is
nothing
worse
than
feeling
like
you
aren't
worth
asking
questions,
being
answered,
or
given
medical
advice.
As
a
colored
woman,
this
happens
all
of
the
time.
As
a
woman
who
has
been
misdiagnosed,
it
is
extremely
important
that
I'm
heard
and
that
my
questions
are
answered
to
the
best
of
any
physicians
ability.
The
staff
just
seemed...
numb.
