Wow, this place is amazing. Fantastic location, food, drinks, and ambience. There is a gift shop (Palagi Arts) attached to the cafe selling lovely hand made art, postcards, earrings etc. Great to grab a few small (or large) items for friends and family if you are traveling.

Truly some of the best coffee on Upolu. I was on the island for a quick trip and made it a point to stop here for coffee every morning. Even if we were eating somewhere else for breakfast. Do get the coffee with the koko Samoa. It’s sooooo good

Nourish Cafe is easily the best restaurant I’ve tried in Apia. The omelette was amazing and the coffee delicious. The staff is polite and efficient.I highly recommend anyone visiting Upolu to seek Nourish, you won’t be disappointed.

It's not often you find a place where most (if not all) the dishes appeal to your sense of taste but if you're deeply embedded in the café culture of NZ and maybe even Australia, then this should be firmly placed in your list of runaway spots. The food is outstanding and provides the best opportunity to sample local delicacies with a Western presentation. But if that's not your thing, they have what you need there anyway. The staff are friendly and the service is efficient and accurate. My advice would be to make sure you get there at least an hour before close so that you can ask for that one item that takes some time to prepare. But if you're easy and you trust the process, choose something else on the menu (live a little) and you're sure to be delighted. Congratulations Team Nourish. Been there twice in five days. That's saying something.

Nourish is by far the best place we ate at in Samoa. As a vegetarian, I highly recommend the place! Food is fresh, healthy and delicious. We loved our smoothies (even got a 2nd one). The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, all the staff are lovely. 5/5! 🌺

Definitely come here if you’re in need of delicious fresh smoothies and great food! I really liked the ‘Samoa’s Dark Gold’ chocolates coated Samoan Cocoa beans, it’s worth trying them! To reduce waste, they use metal straws for the drinks. Really clean Café inside as too are the toilets.

Best breakfast place in Apia. We were a group of 10. It was okay as we were there like 11 am right before lunch. The place is very lovely, clean and modern. They have smoothies and it was around 11-13 Tala. Overall the food was reasonably priced. They definitely have a touch of Samoan in their dishes.

Excellent breakfast venue. The friendly staff who remember your coffee preference and serene settings add to the dining experience. The menu leans towards healthy and organic options. Pity the creamy mushroom crepe is not available anymore.

Loved the decor and local products inside! Try the Koko Samoa for a traditional Samoan experience. A little expensive but definitely a nice spot to relax.

Full of its own self importance, this pseudo-hipster cafe tries very hard to be chic but only succeeds at pretentiousness. Overpriced faux-local/orthorexic fusion dishes are their main trade, accompanied by small, bland smoothies in Mason jar glasses, and $20 oka which wishes is was half as good as the $6 version from the vendor at the market 3 mins away.

(Translated by Google) The place is really nice, hipster style as it is fashionable now. The menu is not too vast and the various things tried were all good. The presentation of the dishes is scrupulous and deserves and also the taste. Excellent service. Good prices for this quality on the island. La presentazione dei piatti è scrupolosa e merita ed anche il sapore. Ottimo il servizio. Prezzi buoni per questa qualità sull'isola.

Its finally happening - Apia is offering choice in food outside the expensive hotels. This place is friendly, has quality food and always busy. Many travelers and expats. Wish they would open for dinner and have BYO

This cafe is amazing - the food is really tasty and fresh, plus there’s a really cute playhouse for children. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend checking it out when you’re in town.

Service was really slow. We waited over 1hr which was quite annoying, we were close to walking out. Food was good but not worth the wait.

It’s a cute cafe, the atmosphere was nice. Food was enjoyable and well presented, there was a variety of options for breakfast whether you wanted something sweet or savoury. But the service… The food took a long time to come and there were only two other people in the cafe when we ordered. Our waitress acted like she didn’t really care to take our order or just didn’t want to be there.

Incredible! Nourish was amazing and so knowledgeable about gluten free- the GF banana caramel crepes were the best breakfast I've ever had! The service was also great. I can't recommend this cafe enough!

A nice healthy cafe in Apia. Service was excellent. Food wasn’t bad with a lot of healthy and green choices on the menu. The teriyaki chicken was tasty, but the chicken was slightly burnt. The coleslaw was amazing. It matched the chicken very well. The pad Thai was quite salty, and just tasted like noodles cooked in soy sauce , so don’t expect a really authentic thai tasting dish. I wouldn’t recommend this dish, but I do recommend this restaurants to refresh your tastebuds.

Omg! This Cafe was amazing, the food was of high quality and absolutely beautiful, the service totally amazing. The beautiful young lady who served us made us feel very welcomed and made us wanted us to stay longer and order more hehehe. Everyone had smiles you rarely get that from restaurants in Samoa Highly recommended, thank you Norish Cafe.

We have been in Samoa for almost a week now and we’ve been here 3 times 😂👍🏻 The vibe of the cozy and sophisticated decor is great. The food. The food is like nothing the rest of the island has to offer. My wife and I tried, “O Le Bao”, the tacos, the salsa fish, the coconut chicken, and the nourish knock out smoothie and it was all AMAZING QUALITY FOOD 👌🏻

  • 5/5 Julien G. 4 years ago on Google
Food is excellent, not too expensive (around 20-30 talas for a meal). No free WiFi but free water ! I recommend to stop by for a nice lunch, they created a very friendly and nice environment. The menu is really really big and they have some vegetarian options. As you can guess as well it’s full of tourists because of the 1st rank in TripAdvisor ! 👌🏼

  • 5/5 Alex C. 4 years ago on Google
Good food, a little bit fusion and surprising! I recommend the Special beef with the sauce (delicious and good portion). Friendly and professional staff! Pricing are not cheap or expensive just the market price for Samoa (touristic area).

Food is excellent but a bit expansive for Samoa. Smoothies were not so good (we tried 3 different types). The staff is friendly and the place cosy.

Stopped for a cold fresh coconut drink. Cosy and quiet cafe. The food menu looks good too, but haven't tried, couldn't comment on it.
