This was our second visit to Samoa and we decided on this hotel because of it's location and good reviews. We weren't disappointed but we had to move from our first room (described as a harbour view room) which overlooked the harbour as a new bridge is being constructed. Despite the room having double glazing, the construction traffic was very noisy so the following day we were moved to a larger room located to the side of the building. The hotel has good facilities and excellent food options. We found the breakfast to be superb with a wide range of tasty options. We also enjoyed a couple of very good dinners. Staff were always helpful and eager to help. My only suggestion to management is they should be adopting more enviromental measures. As a first step they should stop giving out plastic water bottles in the bedrooms. Why not offer guests a keep cup and corridor based water filter machines? We picked up dozens of discarded Samoan water bottles when we walked along the beach opposite the hotel. These bottles take 450 years to decompose! Also all the plastic mini toiletries could be replaced with wall fixed dispensers.

A good resort, one not to miss when travelling to Samoa! Such a beautiful atmosphere from staff and breakfast is beyond my expectations 🙌!! Definitely recommend staying a night or two or more. Close to town, markets and tourist attractions!

Fabulous place, great service and friendly staff made our holiday quite memorable. Is the Hat Bar still there? If so, mine is the rugby cap from Wales!

By far the best stay I've ever had. I was impressed with everything. The rooms were clean, the food was great, the service was excellent. It definitely stands out. The woodwork is beautiful. I have to single out one employee, Sekura was AWESOME he definitely has a great personality for this environment. He told us about the social events held at the hotel and some other functions on the island. Great Hospitality!!!! Less than a 15min stroll to the market, cultural center, sea wall, and clock tower.
