The food was not bad, but it is extremely unorganized and the service is terribly poor. The first couple of dishes came out in 20 minutes, then waited another 40 minutes for our fried rice to arrive, and another 30 minutes until we found out that our duck and beef dishes aren't coming because they didn't have beef or duck that night. We informed the boss but she did not respond kindly to criticism, which is probably why they've only responded to the 5-star reviews here on Google.

The worst experience ever! I do give credit to your waiter who delivered a great service tonight, but overall the restaurant was a huge disappointment. We entered as first timers with high expectations, yet an unfortunate to grade you with just one star. You need to change your performance and consider the importance of time. After 47 minutes of wait, called your waitress for our food has taken too long and she came to our table within 5 minutes with 3 out 7 dishes we ordered. We expected the rest to follow within 10 minutes but it took 25 minutes for just one dish to arrive. Yet in the next 25 minutes, we felt pretty frustrated and decided to cancel the following. The staff tried to argue we were liable for the food we didn't get, but with sympathy we have all the rights to decline the terrible service so you know. I hope this helps you with some improvement moving forward. You have just lost some great customers who were willing to build loyalty. Thank you

Sadly, the service wait here takes foreverrr. You’ll be waiting an hour just to get 2 out of the 5 dishes you order. Also, you can see we found a bug (mogamoga) in our rice! Idk which is worse, the service or bug. It’s sad because the other dishes tasted good but honestly, not worth the wait. Once, you improve cleanliness and service, you’ll be good but until then pass.

I do not recommend this place. We were very disappointed as we had high hopes after hearing good reviews. We were shocked when we received our takeaway order in a tiny container that can only feed 1 person. Overpriced and the food tasted horrible. Poor service, disgusting food. I recommend other Chinese restaurants in Samoa.

We have been to Samoa for a week now and this is the best food we had all week. We will definitely be going back. We had beef with broccoli and kung pal chicken. Both had great flavour. We even took the left over back to the hotel for a snack later. The portions are large as well.

Restaurant: Unorganised- take in too many orders causing customers to wait longer for their food. Not able to prioritise orders at all.Waited over 45mins to almost an hour for my order. Ignored couple of times by the lady at the front desk. Flies all over the place. Customer service puts you off their food.

We had our mothers birthday here last night . The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of their menu. Food was great, our family enjoyed the night. Faafetai Tauese for helping us put this dinner party together in one day.

Not even exaggerating, probably one of the worst restaurant experience I ever had...!! From the start when the entrance isn't signed and you have to find it at the back, making your way through the service area, the loud screeching smartphone being moved at random places on the room's furnitures, diffusing very poor & inappropriate music, the lady who seemed to be the duty manager being extremely rude from the get go, keeping on shouting (literally!) instructions to her staff through the room, when not answering the persistently ringing loud phone calls. And to top everything up, the very pricey food was not even good, the coffee was detestable, the broccoli might have been a bit off or maybe the sauce.. The whole service and the room was a joke for a hospitality worker that I am and I felt terrible this was the only place to go for a feed on a Sunday morning...
