***BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! HORRIFIC CONDITIONS**** Was a horrendous experience they do not deserve a 1 star! My son and I stay at this accommodation while on holiday in Samoa. Beds were swarming with bed bugs..my skin was crawling with bugs at night and hotel would not change rooms. We spoke to one of the owners the next morning and he got aggressive, raising his voices and swearing at us in Samoan. I had to take a hot shower just to relieve the discomfort. There were no clean bath mats so I had to use a towel. To top off the experience, a rat was floating in the pool, room was filthy with cockroaches and staff stuffed up the payment amount so when we got home they emailed for more money. No apologies just demanding money for a completely unacceptable and unprofessional hotel environment. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this place should be shut down!!!

The hotel double-booked the "deluxe room with private balcony" and already gave it to someone else by the time I checked in so they took me to and old, dirty room with shared facilities and no hot water in the backpacker section, literally on top of the bar that blasted loud music. I said that they cannot do it because I booked my proper room well in advance, have written conformation that the room is ready, and most importantly because I needed get some sleep before leaving at 2am to get the 5am flight. The owner, who was drunk in the bar under the room they gave me literally said that I have to take what they have or I can go and sleep somewhere else. The music together with drunk people screaming like animals did not stop until 1.30am. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Well, where do I start? Even before we arrived there were problems. I booked two rooms for our group of three people via Expedia at this place months in advance. A few days before we were due to depart I started receiving messages from someone at the hotel who seemed to think I had booked two rooms in error and couldn't comprehend that I required two rooms: one for my wife and I and one for our adult son. It took many messages and several phone calls to convince them my booking for two rooms was correct. When we finally arrived, the real disappointment set in. Our "deluxe rooms" are advertised as follows: "Enjoy the sea breeze from your own private balcony". Our ground floor "deluxe room", which turned out to be about the size of a prison cell, faced the PPS bulk fuel storage tanks at the rear of the hotel. The "private balcony" consisted of an open court yard with a mouldy table and a couple of mouldy plastic chairs that was anything but private (one evening we heard voices coming from our "balcony" and found two staff members sitting there having a smoke!). I asked reception why our "deluxe room" had no balcony with no seabreeze. The response I received was, "You do have a balcony and we apologise if you don't like it". Our son's deluxe room was located on the first floor at the front of the hotel. It was literally four times the size of our ground floor room and was surrounded by a huge balcony. This balcony, however, was not private and could be accessed by anyone at all times, day or night. More about this room later... Our room had dirty walls that looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years, a TV that didn't work as the antenna had been unplugged, a large desk with no chair, a small bar fridge that you had to unplug if you wanted to boil the jug, an uncomfortable double bed with no bed side lamps and a tiny single bed that we had to use to store our luggage on as there was no room anywhere else in the room. As for the bathroom, the shower had no drain cover, the soap holder in the shower was broken (soap wasn't even provided in any case) and there was no cabinet or bench where you could place toiletries. After one night we had to invest in a can of insect spray to combat the cockroaches. Housekeeping was basically non-existent. For the entire week we were there, towels were not changed once, tea and coffee was not replenished and used cups were not replaced. In fact, all housekeeping did was empty the bin (the bin in our room was in fact a bucket) providing you left it outside the door each morning. Most nights we had trouble sleeping with children yelling and playing in the next room and running down the hall at all hours and other guests drinking and singing in the common area near our room until 2:00am. The staff never seemed to care. On the subject of sleep, our son didn't get much of that either. While he had a nice big room compared to ours, it was situated directly above the bar. The walls and floor of his room literally shook when music was playing at the bar and it wasn't uncommon for people to continue partying and drinking beneath his room and on the balcony surrounding his room well after the bar closed. Staff were generally incompetent, lazy and disinterested. One particular member of the bar staff had a constant scowl on her face and had a habit of disappearing when she saw someone walking towards the bar. At times it was hard to work out who the staff actually were. There always seemed to be youths hanging around reception helping out with things here and there who, in hindsight, may have been family members of some of the workers. As for food, we didn't have lunch or dinner at the "restaurant", but did try the complimentary breakfast once. This consisted of toast, rockmelon and porridge (a strange option in 100% humidity). All other mornings we ended up walking down the road and buying a nice breakfast at another hotel. It got to the point where we'd leave Millenia as early as we could each day and returned as late as we could. Only that made our stay bearable.

DO NOT STAY HERE Customer service at the bar as well as concierge was terrible. Besides 1 lady that was very nice. The room we stayed in was not worth the money we paid for either. It leaked in 2 places from the roof and they said it was caused from the aircon. Considering where the aircon is situated and where the leak was coming from it was obvious it wasn't from the aircon. We complained and advised the front desk of this, they were able to move us upstairs but my husband is unable to go up stairs due to a knee injury so because of this we didn't move, we were due to flout early nxt morning so we stuck it out in the room. At checkout they still charged us the full room rate which was pretty slack considering. Groundsman was great, very welcoming but besides this everything else was a negative experience. There was a TV remote with NO TV. We stayed here for 5 nights due to the lack of accommodation anywhere and within the 5 days the linen & towels were only changed once. If we hadn't complained about the leak they wouldn't have changed the sheets or towels. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

So useless, a lady by the name Rosaline who emails you when your wanting to book, had booked someone else for the Deluxe room after giving me instructions to fill out a form, so I did a week before I had emailed her again. I felt that it was unusual for them to have not confirmed the booking as it was almost time to leave, when I emailed for booking confirmation, she proceeds to tell me that it hasn't been booked as I had not sent the paperwork she asked me to fill, which I did a week ago, I send her a screen shot of the forms attached, and tell her I did, she then tells us that they have a standard room which I didn't book, after the mistake they had made, no remorse for the error they made, VERY DISAPPOINTING... I had to book last minute another hotel, due to the stupidity of this one individual 🙄🤨😴 DO BETTER MILLENIA

Went there for lunch with family and wasn't satisfied with their service. First of all, their 30tala pina colada was 85% milk, 10% pineapple juice and 5% alcohol. It was disgusting and not what we expected. Tasteless and a total waste of money. Second, the chicken salad I ordered was very salty only to find out that they added kikoman sauce in the salad together with salad dressing 😫 which made it very salty. Their chef probably never went to culinary school because the food wasn't up to standard. I hated having to pay 25tala for a bad salad. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED👎👎👎

A good inexpensive hotel. The rooms have everything. The hotel is located on the shore, but there is no beach nearby. But there is a nice pool. The city center is a 30-minute walk away. Large free parking. A cafe with a good selection and delicious food.

The worst service ever. Especially the night crew. The AC in the room we used wasn't working properly and it was so hot. Its like some of staff don't want to be there.
