Ette Hotel lives up to its name and image. It is indeed a boutique hotel, separated from the rest of the pack by impeccable finishes and outstanding service. The Owners, Alex and Sheila's presence and attention to detail and customer's needs, greeting every guest by their names, continuously attending to the guest alongside the staff made the visit to the hotel and restaurant truly an "experience." According to my 7 year old daughter, "I love the hamburger, the spa and everything." Our visit exceeded my expectation.

Amazing! The Hotel is Beautiful and well managed! You can tell the moment you step inside and are greeted and acknowledged…. You are in a special place and that you are someone special. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. It was something we have never experienced in Florida. Everything was beautifully plated and tasted amazing! Nothing like this in Orlando, or Florida for that matter. This boutique hotel will elevate all of Florida.

Talk about a nice surprise. This place shames all other hotels with it’s 10 star customer service. Beyond the call of duty. The hotel is a smart looking building with a fresh modern decor that rivals none. At check in they upgraded us to a suite and let me tell you what a suite. From the electric blinds to the decor, the box full of toiletries , the Nespresso machine, plushest robe, bedding to die for, pop up TV and an elegant modern bathroom. Pool is wonderful w fresh fruit infused water, a very practical picnic basket you can take around the property to enjoy your own drinks. Food was superb at their Michelin rated restaurant. I can’t wait to come back.

I checked out of this gorgeous hotel today, I’ve stood at a lot of high profile luxury hotels/resorts but none of them could compare to the hospitality this hotel has. The owner Sheila made sure that me, my kids, my wife, and mom and dad was always taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home! I have so many things to say about my experience everything was 5*’s! If I could give a 1million star review I would! I was expecting beautiful rooms but the rooms were a lot more luxurious than my expectations! Photos of the hotel does not do any justice. I can not wait to come back! Thank you so much Sheila for such a beautiful joyful time my family and I really loved your hotel you guys are the best! :)

Wow..! What an amazing experience at the spectacular ette Hotel, (Salt & The Cellar restaurant). The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing and exotics. Gabriel, Jorge and Gino's customer service was on another level🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you very much Mariela for the recommendation, you were the cherry on top. You all made my dinner a wonderful memory that I will never forget. If you live in Orlando or are visiting you can not stop going. Definitely 100% recommended.

This hidden gem is tucked away in the tourist area of Kissimmee. My daughter in law treated us to high tea for Mother's day. The service was exceptional!! The staff went above and beyond to make you feel special. The food was artwork. Each finger sandwich and dessert was so flavorful. Not a detail was spared in the presentation. I can't wait to go back.

The best luxury hotel in Orlando well worth it! Michelin star chef restaurant Salt & cellar with delicious cuisine. The most comfortable spacious rooms. Fantastic gym/spa/pool. Lively classy music playing. Soundproof rooms we heard nothing complete peace. Soundscapes alarm clock. Fresh water, apples in room and minibar. Italian linens, plush robes, slippers … our room even had a whole gym inside with peleton bike. Espresso machine. Located next to animal kingdom. Room service. Laundry museum to show utmost cleanliness!

We booked the “tea time” and it was a wonderful experience! The food and tea was excellent and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The mocktails were so special and unique. We really enjoyed the atmosphere -especially the live piano music. Special thanks to our waiter Raffael and to Leander from the frontdesk. We definitely come back!

The hotel is almost brand new, and the service is top notch, the rooms are beautiful, and very clean. Every employee is so incredibly nice, specially Susan Rasapour is the best. The location is beautiful, food and drinks are amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a nice and quiet time in Orlando.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Ette! The room was clean and spacious. The walls/door are thick enough that block off all the noises in the hallway or rooms next door. The hotel provided filter water in glass bottles for free. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and free. There are 3 EV charging spots. Not sure if they are free but at least they are available. It’s 10 min away from Epcot and Hollywood. Super convenient! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this hotel. My boyfriend and I opted for Ette Hotel instead of a Disney property and it was the best decision. It was so luxurious, clean, and gorgeous, and the staff was so incredible. Really close to all of the Disney and Universal parks as well. The Salt and the Cellar restaurant was so delicious, I definitely recommend and it’s BYOB! I try to never stay at the same hotel twice but I will absolutely be back. Can’t recommend this hotel more!

The hotel is so well managed. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, specially Ms. Susan. Our room was beautiful and spot less, bathroom was very large with everything you needed. Lots of towels. Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Can not say enough about this hotel...I would recommend it to everyone.

We had one incredible experience at Ette. The staff went above and beyond for us. Mariela and Luciano made sure to accommodate us in every way possible. The rooms, the lobby, the entry ways, the decor—all flawless. You’re not going to find a better value for your money. The hotel is boutique, and they treat you like family while providing you plenty of privacy.

Super clean and comfortable room (cleaner than any other hotels I’ve stayed in). Very nice and friendly staff. We celebrated our anniversary there and they surprised us with champagne and fruit. We especially enjoyed the dinner at Salt & the Cellar by Michelin Star Chef Akira Black. The food was amazing and the mocktail presentation was so fun. Will definitely come back for our next Orlando trip.

I recently celebrated my birthday at the best hotel I've ever experienced, and it surpassed all expectations. The food was amazing, with impeccable presentation and flavors that delighted my taste buds. The drinks were next level, unlike anything I've ever had before. You won't find them anywhere else. The rooftop, with its incredible view and vibrant atmosphere, added a touch of magic to the celebration. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make the night truly memorable. This hotel is a must-visit, and I can't wait to return.

We loved staying at The Ette. For starters the service was amazing! We arrived very late (past midnight) for check in and they could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Jennifer welcomed us and showed us all around. She so kindly made us feel welcome and insisted on getting anything for us we might need. Every day we were there the whole staff did the same, helping in anyway they could. The room was lovely, immaculate, and has tons of wonderful helpful amenities. The bed was super comfy. They provide filtered water in large glass bottles, as much as you desire, which I love. The hotel is beautiful! The overall feel of the place is warm, friendly, and reminded us of boutique hotels in Europe. It is a very special place to stay if you are going to Orlando.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The entire experience, as soon as you step inside, is unlike anything you will find in Orlando. You are immediately greeted by a beautiful ambience and attentive staff. The food and cocktails (mocktails) were absolutely delicious and of the highest quality. The restaurant provided an entire experience with such unique presentations of the dishes and complex flavor profiles. To top everything off, the service was impeccable. Our servers Randi and John were so lovely, very knowledgeable and provided some of the best service I’ve experienced. The GM Gino was kind enough to guide us through of the stunning hotel afterwards to close out the evening. Highly recommend.

What an absolute jewel to open in Kissimmee, the lunch was delicious and the burrito by far the lightest I've ever tasted. The spa was an amazing experience, so intimate and relaxing. The accommodation is luxurious simplicity at it's best. The dinner menu was so interesting with such an array of tastes on offer and the staff throughout every encounter are hospitality service at it's absolute best, so attentive yet never over powering but if you needed anything they were there. Definitely a place you'll want to return too.

Stayed there over the weekend, it was an amazing experience. Really beautiful hotel and clean rooms. They leave complimentary slippers by your bed which are super comfortable. We made dinner reservations at the salt and the cellar and we’re super impressed with their mixologist and the drink presentations. Food was also delicious- the burger was my favorite. I also have to mention Luis and Cesar, they were very accommodating. I had my 9 month old baby with me and they made sure that they brought me the right crib. Hotel owner also personally brought me a fridge to the room so that I could keep my baby’s food cold. In general, satisfied with my stay and will definitely return. From the hotel vibe, to the food and the service… everything spectacular 👌🏽 Thank you !

Amazing hotel- makes me want to return to Orlando/ Kissimmee just to stay at this relaxing place where you're treated like a VIP. The service was impeccable. Our room was clean and smelled amazing. The decor is luxurious and modern. The restaurant was great. The best part was how management/ the owners doted on my child and gave her toys and desserts. The kid was happy as a clam, as were we. I will definitely be back!
