Had to give one star,really wanted to give none. Only 1 wk and this is what I have! I wrap my hair every night and have been trying to hold it together with pins! Braiding hair coming out and my hair coming out. Donna burned the ends twice and still it’s coming apart! Terrible!! On top of it all I can’t believe I actually called her and texted many times to get this appointment and when I finally got in touch with her she gave me an attitude...so unprofessional! Donna should not have a salon if she does not know how to run one. - response to owner Below you will see the most recent appointment I’m speaking of in this review. I deleted the style seat app. Since I do not plan on returning to your establishment and deleted the texts since there was no reason to keep them. You would not see my name as a client since you saw my daughter who is a minor ( Ashlynn) and deleted the app. The proper thing and professional thing would be for you to apologize and attempt to make things right.

WOW!! Great experience! Every time Donna does my hair I feel sooo beautiful . She not only do a great job when it comes to braids using crochet styles but she more importantly educate about your hair. She did that!!!

Donna is very professional. My appointment started at the time it was booked. She disinfected every time she touched a new surface and washed her hands very frequently. Above all, my hair turned out BEAUTIFUL. It’s very neat and she got all my edges. It was painless…my hair was not pulled too tight— my head was not sore at all afterward. Donna has a very friendly personality and very upbeat conversation. I would definitely recommend her if you want prompt, professional, and friendly service with a beautiful finished product. She does not disappoint!

I just had the most amazing crochet braids done by Donna! This was my first time meeting Donna and it seemed like I knew her. We had great conversation. She is very professional. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and knew I found my go to salon. Donna was so sweet and took the time to walk me through the process of my style.
