My
wife
&
I
are
not
vegan/don’t
eat
vegan
diets,
but
we
wanted
to
try
it
out
anyway
because
we
live
nearby.
My
wife
ordered
the
KBLT
(kimchi
BLT)
and
I
ordered
the
Cuban,
both
with
the
gluten
free
bread
option
($2
extra).
I’m
not
a
huge
fan
of
jackfruit
but
they
flavored
it
well
and
I
was
actually
full
after
my
meal,
which
was
awesome.
The
KBLT
was
good
too
-
it’s
not
a
traditional
spicy
Korean
kimchi,
it’s
more
like
a
coleslaw,
but
it
was
good.
Flavors
were
shockingly
GREAT
for
us
both!
Lots
of
flavor
in
our
sandwiches.
Salads
were
pretty
good
too.
I
also
got
an
oatmilk
cappuccino
and
that
was
fantastic.
Although
they
basically
made
it
a
latte,
not
a
cappuccino.
But
it
was
good.
They
get
their
beans
from
UP
roasters
in
St.
Paul.
Great
coffee.
I
wanted
another
one.
😂
The
restaurant
is
kind
of
small,
which
isn’t
bad,
but
when
people
sit
near
you
it
can
get
hard
to
hear
your
conversation
if
it’s
busy
or
they’re
louder
people
(lol),
but
it’s
a
fairly
cozy
atmosphere
and
we
liked
it.
Kind
of
an
eclectic
artsy
vibe.
All
in
all…
I
am
having
coffee
here
with
a
friend
in
the
near
future.
I
hope
that
says
what
you
need
to
hear.
