I’ve been coming here for decades and I’ve never been disappointed, I continue to be impressed. I recently upgraded my diamond and they helped me pick a new one and set it in my wedding ring. Sarah greeted me first when I came into the store. She was amazing from start to finish. I ordered a ring online (first mistake) but i had a time crunch and a budget. Ordered online in time for my proposal date and the ring came in with a lavender tinted gemstone instead of the white I had ordered. Heard great things about exclusively diamonds so I went over on my lunch break at work. They found a diamond to replace the stone that came in the ring for a small fee plus the diamond and had the ring fixed and ready for me by the end of the day. Couldn’t ask for better service anywhere else.

It’s always so fun to visit Exclusively Diamonds! I took some old jewelry in to explore some ways to make them fun to wear again. Stephanie was so helpful in showing me ideas to update my old jewelry. I love wearing my new pieces. All of the employees treat you so well and make the experience something special!

Exclusively Diamonds is my go to jewelry store in Southern Minnesota. The staff does an amazing job each and every time I shop there. They make you feel special and want to help you find your jewelry joy. I got my engagement ring through them and my fiancé can’t thank them enough. Great experience as always! I had several rings sized and some prongs adjusted. One opal had a slight chip and when they fixed the prongs, the stone chipped completely and they replaced it at no charge. They have been great at communicating through text while I was out of town and giving me options for replacement stones! Very happy with their service and prices!

We had an appointment scheduled for our daughter to do the princess piercing package! Felt very welcomed and appreciated and they took their time making sure the earring dots were perfected by multiple eyes! They treated our daughter like a princess and were very caring to us parents as well! Would highly recommend at any one and if our younger daughter decides she wants to get her ears done this is the only place I'll consider! Thanks again!! 😊

My experience with Exclusively Diamonds started with an email. I was promptly emailed back, and eventually moved our conversations to text for my convenience. Before I made any purchases I was treated so incredibly well by Andrea (she’s the best)and the level of communication is top notch. They could not have been more helpful or friendly. I live in the Twin Cities metro area and Mankato is about an hour and a half drive for us. While there are more convenient jewelry store locations ,we will be Exclusively Diamonds customers from here on out. The process to buy a custom ring for my wife was made so easy thanks to Andrea, and turned out more beautiful than we could have hoped for. Their expertise and guidance was invaluable and I will not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for jewelry or watches to work with them. You will not be disappointed! In summary, top notch communication, easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, legitimately friendly and make purchases feel special. I have not experienced these things with other jewelers, and that’s why they are the only place to go in my mind.

We had a wonderful experience. They happily took a return and gave me store credit quite a while back. I went in today with two of my children, and we were treated so well. We were immediately greeted and offered an array of beverages and snacks. We had what can best be described as a personal shopping assistant the entire time who was highly attentive. We also had our jewelry cleaned while we shopped. Their store was immaculate and had a great variety of quality pieces.

I had a super easy and flawless experience with Amber while buying my Tudor Black Bay 58 timepiece. She was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make it an easy transaction and even sized the bracelet to my wrist size. I bought the watch from out of state and it was shipped FedEx overnight immediately. They did a great job resizing my engagement ring. It was rose gold, which is a little harder to work with, but they resized it and polished it and it looks brand new again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The first time we came in the customer service was great...if you're looking to buy a natural diamond ring. My fiance and I were interested in a lab diamond. The lady who helped us said she would email us when there was something available but we never got a follow up. We ended up ordering from James Allen and had a great experience. I'm disappointed I could not support a local business but I guess our needs were not valued.

I started watching Wine Wednesday 3 years ago during Covid. The girls and Clinton are so fun to watch and buying jewelry is easy. Purchasing items featured on the show, brought me into the store, and let me tell you…it is gorgeous in there. The staff is super helpful and they are always willing to let you try on stunning new sparkly rings…just for fun. (Love that!) For every detail they are exceptional - down to the presentation when gift wrapping your purchase.

My daughter got her ears pierced here. The girls who pierced her ears were very nice. However, her earrings have now fallen out twice and she does not want to wear them anymore. I wish these would have been screw back earrings. After my daughter lost the earring the first time I ended purchasing another pair. After the second time the earring fell out my daughter didn't want them back in. I'm bummed it didn't work out especially with how expensive it was.

After an extensive search for a specific Tudor watch, I am so thankful that I made a phone call to Bryce at Exclusively Diamonds. Right from the moment she answered, I knew she was in the business to help me locate my dream watch. A quick backstory: I had called over 60 Tudor Ads with most of them not giving me the time of day as an “out of state shopper,” with one AD stating they could not verify my identity virtually. Long story short, Bryce and the Owner worked together promptly and were able to find the exact watch I was looking for. She was able to get me information, pictures, and verified my identity virtually within a matter of minutes. She then also sent a secured payment portal to finalize the watch purchase. I went in to look for an engagement ring. I worked with Melissa which I highly recommend you do as well. She stepped me through all of the options and the differences in the diamonds. The store was beautiful and of course practiced all of the safety requirements for Covid. The ring we chose is beautiful and a hit with my now fiance. They were so good that we decided we would be foolish to not buy the engagement ring through them.
