This is a lovely coffee shop with inside and outside seating. The coffee is of an extremely high quality and the tray bake cakes are a must. The ladies serving were friendly and polite. If you look at the photo you can see from the boards that they also serve - waffles, hot and cold sandwiches, panninis, smoothies, milk shakes etc.. Well worth a visit.

Average. Pleasant staff, strange “no swapping” rule for full english breakfasts, so instead you pay to add items and end up wasting the food you would’ve swapped. The sausage tasted like it’d been sat on a hot plate for a while, as did the bacon. Eggs were nice, tomatos didn’t taste fully cooked. I did go at 11am though so maybe towards the end of the time they serve breakfast? The iced coffee was fantastic though. I’d deffo return but only for coffee and a cake. Lovely location.

A pleasant stopover with good coffee and friendly staff. We were frustrated however by not being allowed to use the power socket to enable 15mins use on a laptop. The cafe was very quiet at the time and whilst the waitress was sympathetic she explained that it was the boss’s company policy and it was fixed. So, a word to the boss: you might want to think about allowing your staff to be more flexible. If so, we would’ve stayed and bought more coffee. Instead, we’re off to another cafe with a more flexible approach.

Lovely cakes and great coffee. What was needed after a long walk. And a big thank you too for rescuing my husband's cycling gloves!

Dogs are always made to feel very welcome. Great place to stop after a Whinlatter hike!

Possibly the best bacon and sausage roll I've had in the last decade or two. Cumberland sausage and good bacon crammed into a crispy (but not too crispy) roll. Hot, not grease-laden, and delicious. Thoroughly recommended.

The experience was really nice. It was quiet and great atmosphere. We had a full cooked breakfast and it was really well cooked and filling, nicely presented.Highly recommended.

Had a gluten free BLT. It came with a lovely side salad and crisps. Lovely coffee. Polite helpful staff. Very clean
