I’ve
been
attending
Hot
Yoga
for
the
past
couple
months
and
Erica
is
my
favorite
instructor,
so
I
always
book
with
her.
I’m
a
creature
of
habit
and
I
have
a
specific
morning
routine,
especially
if
I
have
hot
yoga
planned.
On
these
mornings,
I
wake
up
and
check
the
MINDBODY
app
to
make
sure
the
class
is
still
on.
After
that,
I
get
dressed,
and
eat
a
light
breakfast
(banana
and
muffin
with
OJ).
Today
in
particular,
I
was
sporting
my
brand-new
outfit
I
got
from
TJ
Max,
I
love
the
deals!
On
my
drive
in
I
listen
to
two
songs.
Kiss
from
a
Rose
(my
favorite
song
of
all
time)
and
Cotton
Eye
Joe
(to
get
me
excited
to
move
around).
I
must
have
sang
along
maybe
a
bit
too
much
because
I
noticed
I
had
perspiration
on
my
forehead.
I
walked
in
and
Erica
greeted
me
and
said
“Good
Morning
Mitchel!
Thank
you
for
showing
up,
how
are
you
doing?”
and
I
said,
“I’m
sweating
from
singing
in
my
car”
and
she
laughed
and
that
made
me
laugh
too.
The
class
itself
was
great,
like
always.
Erica
is
an
awesome
motivator,
which
is
good
because
I
need
that.
I
also
might
like
to
add
that
the
music
in
there
is
so
catchy!
Sometimes
I
want
to
go
grab
my
phone
to
Shazam
it
but
it’s
a
mix
so
it
switches,
and
I
know
I
wouldn’t
have
time.
I
always
tell
myself
afterwards,
Erica’s
class
is
a
workout
for
my
body
but
a
vacation
for
my
ears!
I’ll
definitely
be
coming
back.
