I haven't cut my hair in close to 3 years. I decided to get an actual stylist since that feels like the adult thing to do. I use a wheelchair and my stylist Amber and I had been friends in middle school so she knew this but a few hours before my cut she messaged me through her Instagram to see how best to accommodate me. We settled on me transferring to a chair. (I wanted the whole experience and sometimes I can't due to accessibility ptoblems). Everything from the wash to the cut to the style was awesome. It was a big change but I love it and can't stop playing with my hair. She gained a new client and all my glowing praise.

The scheduling process was simple. Upon arrival I was promptly and warmly greeted by the receptionist. I was offered a beverage and given just the right amount of time to peruse products that were well displayed. My stylist (Liz) greeted me and took my jacket. We had a very pleasant consultation. Liz thoroughly and professionally confirmed each step of her process which gave me full confidence in her abilities. She did not disappoint. She was able to work magic on my hair and I am still loving it. She really took the time to know what I wanted and bring it to fruition.

This was my first time at this salon’s location, and my first cut with Sydney. She was super sweet and friendly! I felt like she spent a lot of time trying to make sure that my cut was up to her professional standards, and that I was also happy with it! The salon was also cute and clean. I will definitely be back and would recommend Sydney!
