I went here a couple of weeks ago to get a birthday gift for my friend, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Sierra. She made me feel so welcomed and actually convinced me to get a bear for myself (no regrets lol). I'll definitely be back, please tell her thank you again from me! :)

Clean shop, good selection, super friendly staff. Joelle did a wonderful job hand stitching my froggie up when the manufacturer stitching had an issue.

Joelle (manager) helped my older son have a smile on his face the rest of the night. He couldn't stop talking about how kind she was and how awesome a person she was. I haven't had a customer experience like this in a very, very long time. Thank you for the superb customer service you and your crew showed us tonight!

My kids and I always love coming in here for a fun experience. It's so much fun being able to pick out your character, animal, or bear and build them to your liking. Stuffing the bear, animal, or character to your liking: soft or firm. It's fun to pick out a sound, saying, song, or personal recording to put in the hand. Then you get to pick out an outfit or 5 and some accessories. Plus you can get different things like a bed, chair, or whatever for your new friend. Then you get to name your best friend or gift (if you're gifting to someone special). They sell special backpacks to carry your new bestie on your back or other ways to get new friend home or gift to the destination. It can be pricey especially if you get a special character but they have reasonably prices teddy bears. They also will have characters or animals on a special sale. So it adds up quick if you do a sound, purchases more expensive stuffed animal, and purchase extras (clothing, accessories, etc) but there's things you can find on sale or clearance. But it's not everyday you're building a best friend. So it's a fun special occasion.

Great selection of animals and outfits to choose from, staff was friendly and helpful, and overall a great experience for our kids (5 and 3 years old). Had some fun upgrades to add to the bears, the only downside is the price. I'm happy we did it because it was a great memory and the kids get to customize their bears but not something we would do often with the prices.

Go to build a bear for my children's birthday every year ! My daughters love it and the staff is super friendly insuring the kids enjoy there time.

They took such good care of us. You could tell that the staff really love kids. So much patience and so helpful. My niece and my sisters are thrilled with their bears.

Of course the kids loved it. Lots of different animals to choose from. Staff was very good to the kids but didn't need the upsell tactics after picking out clothes they asked the kids about loading sounds and scents to their animals, with extra charges of course. This should have been directed to the parents first. Otherwise, nice clean store and fun selections.

Staff was friendly, the flow was nice. Didn't take long to go through the line.

The staff are very nice and so helpful. They helped us and we're very patient. The cashier I think was done with the day but she was nice. It was a very expensive trip but so worth it.

A fun place to go. My son loves going to his favorite place in the mall.

You can build a Bear or other animals. Including Paw Patrol , Mickey mouse , Star wars and others. Starting at $12. For the smaller ones. Most are around $24. Children can help in the making of their bear. Each Bear gets a personalized birth certificate. Clothing and other accessories available for sale . They made it a fun experience!

I came in with my family and the person that helped us was very patient. Although it was so busy and chaotic Jasmyne was kind enough to assist the people in my family! Thank you for the great experience.

We went for my daughter's birthday to get her a bear. Of course she had a blast however they were very understaffed. There was 3 people working that I could see and about 20-30 customers waiting for help. It took well over an hour to get our bear made. We went first thing when they opened. Overall was fun but they could use some more employees to assist customers. Prices were a bit high, but that is expected for a custom item.

Tho I'm in my 40s, i still enjoy this place for myself n growing family. (14,4,1,NB)

We went to Build a Bear for my daughters 2nd birthday and she absolutely loved it. There was an amazing deal and we left with two! Staff was helpful and pleasant

Never been to bab, told employees so, got no explanation of how it works, but kids love their stuffies. Most I've EVER paid for a stuffy.
