For months, I’ve been going back-and-forth with Quest Diagnostics regarding the correct processing of lab work from the Cherry Creek Cardiology office. Kristin just called me saying she had spoken with Quest, and though I had already reconfirmed for the fifth time with Quest that they had my correct insurance information, they told Kristin that that was the issue. Once I explained the actual issue, Kristin offered to call them back to try to resolve this bill one more time. Even if her attempt is unsuccessful, WOW! Talk about going the extra mile! It was such a relief to feel supported in this situation! 🙏🏽🌞

Dr. Spaulding is one of the kindest doctors I’ve worked with. I needed help with a range of medical problems and she was responsive, kind and offered support through the process. If you are looking for a primary care doctor that is intelligent, compassionate and responsive, I recommend working with Dr. Spaulding and her team.

I have 8 doctors in one building at UC health. The parking clearly said that as patients we have parking in the building till 8 pm. I was confronted by an angry 😡 security guard who told me in a loud voice that he was going to have me towed and I am handicapped to top it all. I had to use the restroom at the mall. Give me a freaking break. The sign at the building clearly said that the building stayed open till 8 pm on weekdays. I was really shocked by this security guards horrible threatening behavior. What did he expect me to do…pee in my gorgeous dress👗?!?!? Shame on him for bullying a handicapped person. He totally 💯 ruined my day for me. I am giving all my business to UC health. 8 doctors in one building. I love 💕 the convenience of that. But some body has got to get the information you post on your doors right. Or some body needs to educate the security guard on parking permit protocols. I definitely do not want to get towed over misinformation on the UC health doors signs. If the security guard was having a power trip on me. He needs to apologize to me. Or you need to up date your door signs so clients do not get towed by a very threatening security guard. I have a new custom made car. The last thing I need is for a tow company ruining my $200,000 car for me due to your missing information

I came in earlier to get blood work done and the girls at the front desk seemed nice but they did come off very unfriendly. I spoke to Richard on the phone before I came in was really friendly and all so him I didn't mind. I even saw him and talked to him briefly when I was there. So he was great. The girls at b the front were so so. But the guy that did my blood work seemed very annoyed when I was there and seemed very annoyed when I told him to not go to my arms. You could tell he was trying to refrain from saying something rude to me and trying to not have an attitude. It was only like about 930 in the morning and kind of annoying to have someone who b didn't seem to want to be there and acted like theyv were really annoyed.

I had surgery on my hand here. My doctor, Amy Kelso, my surgeon, Andrew Federer, and their nurses, Tiffany R and Megan G, and Cecelia Chang, as well as the other members of the team whose names I did not get, were all wonderful to me. I have PTSD from medical trauma in childhood, and they were all so understanding and gentle. I honestly feel relief knowing that if I ever had to have another orthopedic surgery, it would be with this team. The surgical spot is also healing nicely, with minimal bruising and swelling - very nice work, all! I could not be happier to have my hand mobility back. Thanks so much! :)

I had such a great experience at UC Cherry Creek. The room was serene and soft with warm blankets and socks. The nurses were kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. My anesthesiologist was thorough and treated my lack of experience with respect. My doctor was straightforward and honest. Thank you for the great care. It was felt!

Great newer medical facility, and the parking garage is an adventure. I'm guessing they were short on space, and it works as long as there aren't too many cars and people moving around at the same time. There are 4 levels and 3 elevators. It was busy when I was there this morning, and we had a line of cars to the street waiting for cars exiting the garage because there isn't enough room for cars to go both directions at the same time comfortably. There are car mirrors so you can see if anyone is coming around the corner. Even though it was busy, I found a spot fairly quickly on P2. I thought this might be helpful for anyone who hasn't been here before, I was a little surprised by the unexpected adventure.

I had blood work done at their lab, the same blood work I get done every year for the last 12 years. I have always paid between $250 and $450 for the same work but UC Health decided to bill me $4,900. I disputed the remaining bill claiming how overcharged I felt and it was reduced to $0. Two weeks later I get a call saying the original charges stand. Very unfair billing practices.

The trick is to get an appointment. It is so popular you call to book an appointment and it is like 2 months out at least. They have great doctors but now they work at two different locations it seems resulting in fewer appointments. They do a good job when you see them.

Was there to have a Colonoscopy. I was treated with respect and dignity. Had two very wonderful nurses, Mary and Kristy. I wish I could give these nurses 10 stars because of the caring that they gave me . Very good job lady's 🙂.

I went on September of 2022 for a second opinion when I got diagnosed with breast cancer , I brought with me all my exams so I got the second opinion I was looking for . During my visit they run some test I didn’t ask for and 1 year later after several hours and calls to their billing department they are about to send me to collections . Nobody can explain why they did run a test that I didn’t ask for and I didn’t sign any waiver . Finally I gave up and I went to pay the bill online because my credit is important to me . Guess what? I can’t pay the bill online so I had to call again to waste more time . $300 is nothing for this huge organization but it is to people like me . Specially dealing with cancer . Every time I asked for a supervisor they would not transfer me and they told me I can’t submit a complaint. That somebody will call me to report my complain . Nobody called me so I am posting this review. Thanks UC Health !!! I am glad I didn’t chose you !!!

I loved the infusion center here. The nurses were incredible and the infusion rooms allow for such a private experience for you and your guest.

If you need treatment for any pituitary tumors and you get referred to UC Health, run! The endocrinology department is complete garbage at this healthcare organization. They give you the runaround refuse essential tests and disregard your symptoms. I have been waiting for 2 months for a referral to a neurologist. Worse experience of my life during the hardest time in my life.

I would strongly advise against using this facility. My experience - it was listed as in network with my insurance provider. However, I had routine labs drawn at this location and the folks here decided to send my labs to an out of network provider. Will not be using again

UCHealth is a rip off. They are some of the most expensive health services I have ever experienced. Had an office visit follow up on my thyroid (to Arvada location) and a nurse practitioner asked me bunch of questions and it costs me $237.05 (or maybe even more but didnt have time to collect list of all the charges for that specific visit) after all paid by my insurance. Absolutely did nothing and it was just a 45 minute conversation which cost me that much. Had another visit for colposcopy ( Cherry creek location) and it was again an hour conversation and a quick sample collection for test. Now a bill came for "facility charges" at $363.63 and another bill for "physician fee" at $348.50. Basically after applying insurance, I have to pay $712.13 for a simple procedure and test. I am speechless how expensive uchealth is. I had to switch from Centura health to UCHealth because of the insurance through my work changed in 2022 and the new one didnt have Centura in their netwrok. I would recommend you do not approach UCHealth. Your bills will go through the roof.

I’m not even sure if I am able to put into words what the team I am so fortunate to have caring for me at UCHealth Cherry Creek has done for me. I haven’t had surgery for breast cancer yet and have only been to a few appointments after leaving another hospital I wasn’t feeling was right for me. After a phone conversation and a couple of appointments I was so impressed and moved to tears at the difference between the two hospitals. I went from truly believing it was too late for me and depressed and very little support to feeling like everything was going to be okay. More then that. I felt really cared for and it was important to them that I knew and understood what was going on inside of my body and that there were options. The whole staff was so friendly and so knowledgeable. It really was a close team working together and you can see they all love what they do. Giving people hope and help them see a brighter tomorrow. I truly feel blessed to have them care for me. Thank you! Deanna Butler🌸

Dr. Federer and his nurse, Meghan, are the absolute best, and I am so grateful for their help today!! Dr. Kim is also a wonderful physical therapist! Everyone was so kind to me during all of my visits, I'm almost sad that I don't need to go there anymore. Thank you all for everything. It's like having a whole new hand! :)
