I shop at Murdoch's in Longmont. And Mary Beth, one of the cashier's is so friendly and nice to me. I work at a job where we do mystery shopper's, and if I where a mystery shopper I would give Mary Beth a very good review! Thanks for all you do, and to everyone else who works for Murdoch's!:)

We've shopped here for a while, but today we'd thought that we left an envelope with some cash in it in the parking lot, well, not intentionally left, but we'd thought it had fallen out of the car. Anyway, the stellar employees there actually looked for us when we called. We found it under the visor after an hour because we're wildly stupid, but that doesn't change the fact that this store hires some accommodating/excellent folks.

Hello! I wanted to write a review of Murdoch's in Longmont. EVERYONE is unbelievably helpful. I have been going there forever. The staff is so kind. Some stores... it is like you don't even exist there. I ALWAYS have conversations with folks at the store! I love bringing my dogs in the store. Everyone is so kind to them and loves petting them and talking to us. Everyone is helpful to find products. I haven't met one cross employee. I had a particularly scary event happen at the store. One of my dogs started seizuring near the registers and two of the gals helped me take my dog out to the car and also my bag while I escorted my other dog out. That was super appreciated. Thank you for going the extra mile!!

Love the bulk dog treats. They are hit or miss on our dog food, but most places are these days. Service is always good.

Such a great selection of anything, always someone to help and don't forget to pick up some Annie's caramels!

Wow. What can I say about our local Murdoch's. It is amazing. They have such a great selection of products. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I love that I can bring my dog in while I shop. I did most of my Christmas shopping at this store. I have also done many curbside pickups, and the staff who bring out my order are so helpful and kind. Thanks all for your great customer service.

Woke cowpokes. Looks like the inventory manager is a very large transgender, too many extra large women's shirts hanging in men's section. No more regular large size shirts in men's only very extra large shirts more for women's taste. Very feminine men's section. Store really sucks now. ( Never had any sales anyway)

Ordered my compressed bales of hay on line, paid for them, drove up an ta dah! Got er done. Their on line stuff stinks on iPhone/ iPad, very difficult to make it give me the right store. Not formatted for mobile devices. That part gets 1 star but product and store were great.

One of the best places to go for just about everything... Besides food, other than plenty of snack type food. Great selection of clothing, shoes, boots for men, women and kids. Pet supplies like toys, collars, leashes, clothing, sleeping pads, kennels, medical items and food for almost any pet or farm animal. Fencing, gates, tool boxes, pumps, automotive, hardware, tools, jewelry, perfume, cologne, gun safes, firearms and ammo. Just go to their web site to really see what they have.

Kate in the boot department was fantastic, great help. Deserves a raise and a promotion! She enjoys her job and does it well always seems to have a smile on her face and more than happy to make sure you find exactly what you need.

Selection was amazing! Hard to find a Murdochs in Northern Colorado with this amount of product. Even has horseback riding clothes which is a huge plus. Staff seemed annoyed to be working, could be because it’s currently the holidays.

Most businesses will allow you to keep a product if they mislabel the price, considering that's their fault. Not Murdoch's. They will rudely force you to give the item back and waste your time processing a return for a mistake they made. I used to buy pet food here every month but this put such a bad taste in my mouth that I be returning again.

I was looking for clothing from Ariat and found some here. Pretty much cowboy clothes as well as work clothes like carhartt. Many steel toe cat boots. Now that winter is approaching I bought a hat and gloves. My main purchase was a conceal and carry vest from Ariat. Super excited

Great place to shop for country supply items. They sell clothes, power tools, air compressors, welders, HD tow straps, firearms, and goods for livestock. And a beautiful assortment of hardware. This place has much more than you think. Don't judge this book by its cover! Get yourself some boots a hat as well as some baby chickens!

We bought a woodsplitter that was on clearance and half off 2 days ago. It was their display model and had been sitting outside awhile - thus the discount. The splitter has been great, used it a lot over those 2 days but... The customer service was phenomenal! They answered every question even if the answer was "depends" rather that something easier to say or explain. They showed us a independent YouTube review, dealt with my sorta kinda knowledge based on googling over the last few days which gave me just enough info to be nervous, gave us tips on using it, started it to show us it worked without us asking, gave us a hose to replace one that had started to split after being in the sun for forever. They even checked and topped off the tires. There wasn't a moment where it felt like we got discounted service even though we were buying a discounted item. There was no "of course the hose is splitting it's been out in the sun, take it or leave it." Nothing of the sort, only truly excellent service. I wish I remembered the names of the guys that helped us. Seriously fantastic!
