I love the staff here. They take great care of patients. They are caring and get to know the patient. They are also good about keeping appointments on schedule and getting you in and out efficiently. Ellen Fuchigami is wonderful, she takes the time to listen. I felt comfortable right away when I first met her and as I’ve gotten to know her a little more, I am very happy to have her expertise and care as my PCP.

I was very happy with my experience! I find it rare to find a doctors office where you feel like you’re talking with a friend and having clear communication of what is going on. I can tell that Ellen cares about her patients. All the staff was great!

This place is an absolute joke! Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 10 mins for someone to answer the phone. Then deal with a receptionist that doesn't really want to help. Going through a mental health crisis trying to make a counseling appt, like I have dozens of times. And now they state they are unable. So waited on the phone for a total of 40 mins this morning, left a message and never got a return call, then was rudely given a number to call and had to wait another 30 mins to get an answer. And now have to wait yet again for an appt. This place is making mental health problems way worse with the way they deal with patients. All I wanted was help, and all I got was no no no.

The nurses and doctors are Awesome!!! I especially loved Ellen. She was so kind and sweet. The only complaint I have is about the woman at the front desk. On the first visit she was on a personal phone call for at least 20 minutes and she was annoyed that I was trying to ask a question about the paperwork. The 2nd visit, she was extremely rude again. Luckily on the 3rd visit the healthcare worker came out and took us into the room immediately so we were able to avoid the front desk rudeness.

Can’t believe the high quality of care we’ve always been given in such a small rural community. Dr. Byrne treats both me and my husband, and he has shown nothing but professional give-a-damn for our wellbeing. Personable, knowledgeable and actively troubleshoots our issues and never tries to rush us out the door. He’s competent, compassionate and NOT a cocky jerk like many PCPs we’ve seen in our lifetimes. Hope he stays at CHPG forever.

The best doctors office Ive ever been to. Dr. Fuchigami and the entire staff here are so knowledgeable, uplifting and caring. They really made my visit STELLAR. Thank you.

The staff were exceptionally nice and polite. And everyone was real respectful.
