This location has Really bad customer service . This is the second time this happens. I ordered a grande refresher but since they had ran out of cups they used a Venti cup and just filled it up with ice ( which made my drink taste water down by the time I drank it)when I was telling her she should of just put the grande amount in the cup with out the extra ice she just ignored me and walked away . I will not be going to this location anymore For many years this location was my favorite because I live close but now in my opinion it’s the worst.

This location is often quite busy when I am there, but the baristas always make an effort to say good morning and seem friendly with each other, too. The store is clean and they often have free samples out. You guys are rockstars!!

My opinion this Starbucks has the best management, crew and the best service. They make you feel very welcome and it's like a home away from home. remember if something's not right let them know and they have zero issues making it right for you. this place really does go out of their way to make the customer feel important and that's what counts. This place rocks. Check out the menu. Update I go here about 4 to 5 times a week and I never have an issue. I am in and out pretty quick. Even the drive thru is pretty fast. Keep up the good work. New drinks and eats that are very good. Well I think so. Get a quick cup of coffee and on my way. Never any problem with my order or when I meet a client at this location. I like that I can plug in my laptop and phone. The staff is fantastic. Seats around 50 people. ***Update. Let them know if something is not right and they will make it right. They did this for me on an order. Great customer service.

Made my drink with dairy twice and wouldn't fix it again. They put whipped cream on the first time, and the second time they remade it in a hurry and I saw them use the regular milk gallon. Was supposed to just be soy, definitely wasn't. Don't waste your money here if you have food sensitivities.

Drinks were as expected. Service was great. They made a sample of a drink for my grandson to be sure he'd like the drink before ordering it. The cleanliness is way below par. The floors are filthy. Table tops are also dirty. Bathroom very dirty. One bathroom is out of order, wifi is down. Disappointing, to be sure.

Nice thought but the sharpie marker made every sip smell like sharpy ha. Maybe just stop writing on the cup and say the words.

This one in particular (plenty of others too) is larger in terms of indoor seating availability. I enjoy it for meeting up with friends more than other nearby locations for that reason. Staff is really nice too & no complaints about the quality of anything ordered at this location

Extremly rude service. The people working there definately leave you w a bad taste in your mouth being the start of your day. Leaving in a very bad way, the way i was treated and given my coffee. This place is right by my house. I come here alot, cant say i wanna come back after the treatment i just encountered
