Incredibly Good Food and Service! We've been going to this neighborhood Firehouse Subs, about once a week, since it opened! So good! The subs put Subway to shame ( If you can find the meat in a Subway sub. ) The Hero is my personal favorite. Lots of meat! And several months ago, we also discovered that they make these magnificent salads! The one shown here is my favorite - the Italian, with peppercorn dressing on the side. And their great manager, Sarah, makes sure that everything is perfect. We can't speak more highly of this restaurant!

The food was excellent. The staff greeted me upon entrance. They were extremely friendly and helpful with my order. I wish most restaurants were this way.

Absolutely TERRIBLE... The manager was rude even when we were polite as though my order was an inconvenience, the meat on the sub tasted old, the manager even sought to embarrass me speaking loudly in front of the other customers.

I have a gift that has 20 dollars on it. But their register would read my card. Asked if they could type the numbers in or if I could load it on my phone. The staff was incompetent and could not help. They are not friendly and came across as rude. I have experienced nothing but problems at this location. One of the biggest reasons I haven’t been here in over a year. Definitely won’t be coming back.

It was a delicious dinner. The employees were fun and had enough time for smiles and chatting. The atmosphere was as I expected. Not exemplary but tidy and good for a sit down feast of we had chosen that.

One of the best subs in town. The spicy cajun chicken is awesome. You can also build your own sub and order it online for pick up. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely will visit them again for a quick bite.

Bro, I ate one of them meatball subs. Large size. It was massive and delicious. Friendly staff, Karen was holding down being super freindly. Thanks so much Karen, I'll be back for more meatball sandwiches.
