While there I heard one of the employees say "we don't mess around with BBQ". I definitely agree. As of right now this is my favorite BBQ in the Denver metro area. It definitely reminded me of some Texas BBQ. The fries were just ok but the tots are like crack. I don't know what they do to them but they are really good. Was lunch from work so didn't get to try the brewery side yet but loved the food.

I will never give this place a bad review! I came here for the Carmel ale and of course couldn't leave without having the Texas Twinkies! And they were delicious! Make sure you hit the spicy pickle shot! One of the best in Aurora!

Excellent BBQ! The Brisket and smoked beans are terrific. Mike was an excellent host particularly after a 15 hour day!

What a great beer selection! The AC/BC NEIPA was delicious as well as the saison. It is impressive they nailed both these styles. Food was also on point with a mouth watering brisket. Friendly staff and cool location!

I am so glad this place opened up. First off, the staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Amber was my bartender, and automatically she created a warm comforting atmosphere. The food here is hidden barbecue gem. My boyfriend got the brisket - in which the sauces paired with it brings the flavor to the next level. Then, on top of it, their flavorful brews are next level. They have rotating flavors, in which are unique and fun - depending on your flavor of choice. They have different varieties for all kinds of beer lovers! My boyfriend loves his IPAS but they also cater to me (the girly beer gal ) having a fun selection of sweeter and sour beers that taste absolutely insane ! Please try this local brewery out, I’m so glad I live right down the street from this place . Support your local new businesses and enjoy your experience here from the moment you walk in!!!

Y'all, let me tell ya 'bout the A Bit Twisted Brewpub – it's a real gem in Colorado! I reckon it's a solid 5/5 stars from me. Now, I hail from San Antonio, and this place takes me back home in every bite. The barbecue here? Lordy, it's the best I've had this side of the Rockies! That brisket, y'all, it's a masterpiece – the smoky goodness, that crust on top, and just the right amount of fat to make it divine. I swear, it's so dang good, I didn't even feel the need to reach for no BBQ sauce. And them brisket tacos? Oh, they're somethin' else, I tell ya. The poblano ranch, pico, and cheese combo might be a tad different from what I'm used to (guacamole's my usual pick), but let me tell ya, they're the bomb! Found me a new favorite eatery, right close to home. Now them baked beans? They got a smoky flavor that's downright addictive – leaves me hankerin' for more with every bite. A Bit Twisted Brewpub, you've won my Texas heart and my taste buds. If y'all want a taste of that Lone Star barbecue love, this place is where it's at!

Found our new BBQ spot! The owner Matt was amazing and as a fellow Texan he sure can make some great BBQ! I got the loaded baked potato with brisket, Cam got the Chicken sliders and we both had 2 ribs and it was amazing!!!! Only two things could have made this absolutely perfect- some cornbread and friend okra!! (Hint, hint lol) Didn’t get a before picture of the ribs because they were just too good!!

Excellent brisket and pork, the baked beans are so flavorful. Great selection of beers. The Hefe is a winner for us - love the slight citrus flavor. Glad they have 4 packs to go. Easy place to relax and enjoy good food and beer.
