far
the
worst
Snarfs
location
I
have
been
to.
Food
is
sloppily
made
compared
to
other
locations,
they
are
ridiculously
slow,
and
the
staff
is
rude.
Just
in
my
last
experience
here:
Came
in
on
my
lunch
hour.
Not
very
busy.
Group
of
3
in
line
in
front
of
me
in
the
process
of
placing
their
order.
Cashier
was
clearly
irritated
with
the
group
ahead
of
me.
So,
when
it
is
my
turn
to
order
I
very
carefully
asked
for
“a
medium
Italian
on
white
with
everything
except
tomatoes
and
pickles”.
The
employee
-
face
tattoos,
very
clearly
high
on
meth,
you
can’t
miss
him
-
said
with
an
aggressively
rude
tone
“So
you
dont
want
EVERYTHING
then
do
you!?”
I
apologized
and
listed
all
the
possible
toppings
except
for
tomatos
and
pickles.
After
45
minutes
of
standing
and
waiting
for
my
food,
I
saw
others
who
had
already
ordered
and
were
still
waiting
for
their
food
when
I
got
there
begin
to
go
up
and
cancel
their
orders
and
get
a
refund.
I
very
politely
asked
to
do
the
same
and
the
employee
with
the
face
tattoos
basically
went
on
an
angry
tirade
about
how
people
didn’t
want
to
wait.
I
pointed
out
that
it
was
likely
everyone’s
lunch
break,
that
it
simply
isn’t
an
option
for
us
to
sit
and
wait
an
hour
for
our
food,
and
that
it
would
have
been
nice
to
know
ahead
of
time
that
it
would
take
so
long.
He
then
immediately
told
me
my
food
was
almost
out
and
stormed
back
behind
the
counter
audibly
cursing
me
under
his
breath.
The
entire
restaurant
awkwardly
stared
at
him
in
silence.
Talk
about
customer
service…
Got
back
to
the
office
and
see
my
sandwich
had
tomato
LOL
