I came in around 8:30pm and as I stood in line waiting for my turn, I watched an associate, her name was Stephanie and her tag actually read "team lead" or something of that sort, anyways I watched her help two employees with questions/problems as well as customers all while checking someone out at a register! Not once did she have an attitude or a nasty look on her face! She juggled it all completely professional! She even helped me exchange my propane tank and was already out there waiting on me by time I made it back up with my empty tank. You just don't see customer service like that much anymore and I couldn't let it go unnoticed! Thank you Stephanie!

The delivery driver, Vicktor, did not read the delivery instructions for the order. They not only refused to communicate with my daughter via phone and text to deliver to her location at the university, they instead marked the order as delivered and sent a picture of all the groceries I ordered for my child at a location that was a 7 minute walk from her home. When she finally got there after running to get her food, is was gone. Campus security captured on camera the delivery driver putting the bags in front of the office building, taking a picture of the delivery, and then putting it all back in his car. He is a thief and has been reported. I can only hope her is banned from any further employment that requires be be honest.

OK, yes, Walmart is bad on the environment and don’t treat their employees well but I found an amazing employee who had saved a Covid test kit, and when I walked in With a desperate look on my face, was happy to go get it for me and calmed me down. God bless her, I wish I had gotten her name! Indeed, Walmart has practically everything and the super Walmart even has groceries. They don’t have a ton of organic produce, but they do have a good amount. You can do the self check out even with large amounts of items and they help you when necessary.

1030 am on October 13th I sat in the pickup area for 5 minutes calling the phone to no avail. I eventually had to exit my car and knock on the warehouse door to get one of the girls to helped me. I asked why no one was answering the phone and they said they didn't know where the phone was. When I asked who among them was accountable they looked in my eye and told me no one. This walmart is a joke. Hire adults who appreciate their job

Walmart is horrible no matter what location. Stock the shelves. Stop blaming it on staffing. Pay your employees more and you will have a staff. ...and get your current employees off their phones. they don't even try to hide it anymore. it's tacky.

I was looking at hot wheels going through the boxes and this guy came up to me yelling, cussing at me saying I couldn’t go through them, which if it’s on the floor it’s for sale, and I tried to file a complaint and the Manager Ben kicked me out and wouldn’t give me the name of the associate. When I asked Ben what he was going to do about his employees behavior he started yelling at me to leave, when I asked to speak with another manger I was they were going to call the cops if I didn’t leave. Great to know the managers act that way and let their employees as well.

I’m usually one of the last customers because I get out of work late too. The night manager, he is incredibly rude as are the employees who work the self-checkout during closing. The rude and disrespectful behavior is ongoing and not a one-time occurrence. I understand being tired after a long day but Walmart customers are humans too so please use a little common courtesy.

Felt extremely judged and uncomfortable while using self check out. The employee in charge of the self check out area was starting at me - and only me - for the entirety of me checking out. She also had a rude look on her face. It was really busy so she was out of line.

It was 6:30 am and the Walmart attendant asked my elderly Mother to Move so she could stock that particular fridge that was right behind my Mom 😠 As you can see the store was empty and I feel she could have stocked any other fridge until we were done checking out. We have to do 3 different transactions, and that's why we went early so we wouldn't inconvenience anyone but apparently we did. VERY POOR ACTION TAKEN BY YOUR EMPLOYEE

I arrived right as they were about to close, but they were dealing with a shop lifter so was able to get what I needed. While checking out I realized that they don't offer plastic bags as an option anymore. I asked a cashier if they had any plastic bags just to make sure. He told me they only had the reusable bags. I was using food stamps and had no cash on me. I explained this to the cashier, who then surprised me by buying a couple reusable bags and giving them to me. I really appreciated it because I had a lot to carry. That man was super nice and he really helped me out. Id go here again.

Almost everything in the electronic department is locked up. When I got someone to unlock my $4 cord they asked if I had any more shopping to do. I said yes and they said okay I'd probably be alright continuing to shop. It was as if they thought I was going to steal it. They do have nice self checkouts with conveyor belts so that was nice to see.

Seems a little downtrodden. Fair amount of products locked up behind glass. Staff is VERY pleasant & helpful! This is a smaller Walmart than we're used to, but still has everything a person could need.

This Walmart is so pretty! It's kept very clean most of the time, and they have very clear and pleasant signage. The store itself is massive, so it's pretty easy to get around people if you need it. The groceries are stocked pretty frequently, it seems, but if you come in later towards the night you might find some empty shelves. The staff can sometimes be a little intrusive, but it's usually not a huge issue.

The best experience I’ve had in Walmart in many years. I’m disabled. I come here with my clients all the time I work in Mental Health. Today I came with a client and we didn’t have the money to buy a bag. One of the associates saw me. Her name is Jennifer. She helped me find an empty box and because of her saved my money and made me feel special. This is the way Walmart used to be. I’m so grateful.

I like Walmarts prices. Your employees are helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The self check out stand works good 98% of the time they’re in stock with their products

Heads up folks. When your self checkout machine stops and a store employee shows up telling you there's a miss scan that's code/polite for accusing you of stealing. Oppppps after reviewing the video. Yah oops after accusing you of stealing. Just wait till customer get angry and get physical. Shame on you Walmart.

The gentleman that worked in the garden area outside was so helpful. His name is Jake. By far the best employee there!

Today I went in to purchase Q-tips and socks. Four items total. I scanned the items properly and tried to pay, but no... my transaction was frozen. The attendant comes over, is poking at my package of $7 socks treating me like a thief. Picking them up, inspecting them up as though I tampered with them or something! Also, my four items weren't even in a bag. They were on the platform totally visible. After several minutes being "frozen," unable to complete my transacton because the attendent is being ridiculous, I abandoned my items and walked out!!!! Enough is enough. This has happened many times and it is extremely offensive. There is a line between loss prevention and treating customers with dignity, and this Walmart repeatedly crosses that line. There are many other stores in the area in which customers are treated in a kind and respectful manner, so I will shop elsewhere from now on. Thank you

The clerk was seasoned and ok. Not very interested in helping Me sack groceries. It's sad, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANY MORE AT WALMART..!!! We don't get paid to do your work, sacking and checking out our groceries . The elderly can hardly walk and there body is frail. Your making them put more money in your pocket and we're suppose to thank you!!!

I don't normally write google reviews but I had a really positive interaction with multiple staff at this location a little over a month ago. There were a couple things that staff went above and beyond to track down for me. The employees are very kind, and their help is very appreciated.

A young man named Mason helped me in the check out lane a few days ago. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and fast with helping with a wrong price that came up for an item. I will return because of the customer service he gave to me. These are the types of employees Walmart should consider for management and higher pay opportunities.

For holidays they need to add more cashiers. Luckily the attendant in self checkout was wonderful. She has black hair short on one side and long on the other. Best person on front end!!!! Please give her KUDOS!!!

It seems to be pretty much common sense that if the store is open, the return desk should be open too! OR at least list that information on your website like you do for your other departments hours! My time is just as important as anyone else's, I shouldn't have to find out that the hours of your return desk aren't the same as your store hours by my getting there when you open to be told that's the case. Store opens at 6 AM, their return desk doesn't open until 8 AM.... Ridiculous!

Busy as usual. 😒Waited in line for about ten minutes to ring my cart up. Sorry I wasn't trained to do this without some help wish the staff would help instead of getting annoyed with doing their job. I'd love the job if they don't want it.
