Today
I
went
in
to
purchase
Q-tips
and
socks.
Four
items
total.
I
scanned
the
items
properly
and
tried
to
pay,
but
no...
my
transaction
was
frozen.
The
attendant
comes
over,
is
poking
at
my
package
of
$7
socks
treating
me
like
a
thief.
Picking
them
up,
inspecting
them
up
as
though
I
tampered
with
them
or
something!
Also,
my
four
items
weren't
even
in
a
bag.
They
were
on
the
platform
totally
visible.
After
several
minutes
being
"frozen,"
unable
to
complete
my
transacton
because
the
attendent
is
being
ridiculous,
I
abandoned
my
items
and
walked
out!!!!
Enough
is
enough.
This
has
happened
many
times
and
it
is
extremely
offensive.
There
is
a
line
between
loss
prevention
and
treating
customers
with
dignity,
and
this
Walmart
repeatedly
crosses
that
line.
There
are
many
other
stores
in
the
area
in
which
customers
are
treated
in
a
kind
and
respectful
manner,
so
I
will
shop
elsewhere
from
now
on.
