There are no bad seats here, which is marvelous for folks moving into Denver from places like LA, Dallas, and Houston where the nosebleeds are terrible and you would be better served just watching the game on TV. The food lines aren't too long and the food is marginally above average for arena food. I would love to see more signature foods here though.

Ball Arena is an excellent place to see a concert. This was my first visit to this arena, it definitely enhanced my concert experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous entering and exiting the arena. Everything was well organized and well laid-out. The mask mandates have been lifted, so this was the first concert I’ve attended without showing vaccination proof or having to wear a mask. It felt like a pre-Covid concert. This arena is definitely a great venue to attend a concert.

What an amazing experience, watching the Denver Nuggets win the NBA championship here at Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. This arena is easy to get to from either downtown or from the interstate. Parking is very accessible and there are plenty of entrances into the building. The facility is kept very clean including the floors bathrooms and seating areas. The energy in this place is off the charts when it comes to Nuggets games, Avalanche games, concerts, and performances. Whether you live in Denver or you’re just visiting this arena is certainly worth visiting.

The Ball Arena (a.k.a The Pepsi Center) is Denver's premier venue for major events such as concerts, hockey, basketball, wrestling, political events, etc. It sits conveniently in the downtown area next to Elitch Gardens and Denver's many high rises. Easy access to the city's light-rail system is available as the nearest station is located only a few hundred yards from the arena's main entrance. It's something I recommend you consider using should you wish to avoid the high fees of event parking and the traffic that comes with it. The building itself is well-maintained, clean, and easy to navigate through. Seats inside the area are conformable and don't sit at too steep a slope as they tend to do in many other sports arenas throughout the country. In all, the Ball Arena is a pretty decent place to go to for any event.

Ball arena is a very spacious venue. Nice variety of food and beverage vendors. Parking available for $25. Proof of full vaccination or 72 hour negative covid test. Mask are required. Nuggets and Orlando had a wonderful time.

Saw twenty one pilots here in September! Never been to the arena or area before but the experience was great! The venue was nice, staff was nice and everything. With plenty of people waiting outside it was nice they had special bathrooms we could use at any point. That was very generous of them. Take notes other arenas!

Easy access to the arena. The concert was great. Tears for fears put on a incredible show. Well worth it. The warm up band Cold War Kids was great too. The only negative I have say is those seats where not made to seat there 4 hours.

Perfect for Peter Gabriel 🎢. This is a beautiful Arena! We parked in the Toyota Parking lot for $30. Don't fall for Ticketmaster's $50 offer that pops up after you purchase tickets. We parked early enough to grab a bite & a brew @ Brooklyn's before the show ($16 for a can of beer inside). Don't go in through the main entrance. There's a restaurant in the Arena, Breckenridge Brewery Mountain House, go in through that restaurant, you get scanned upon entry so you can wait in line and only have to show your ticket when the doors open. We were in and already purchased a T- Shirt before the crowds came up πŸ‘ Peter Gabriel was so fantastic, I hope he adds more dates. We flew to Denver just for this show 🎢

This is an easy venue to get to located right off of Speer Blvd. There is plenty of parking around the arena itself. The lots currently have Toyota vehicle names. We had prepaid for parking in the Rav4 lot. The worst part was that the majority of the parking attendants didn't have any idea where that was and gave us wrong directions. We finally found one attendant that knew where it was, but this wasn't until we were directed to four other lots and had circled the venue entirely. You can only bring a small bag with you, otherwise they won't let you bring it in. I would recommend bringing only items that you have to have. There are more than one entrances to Ball arena so if you have paid for a VIP experience make sure you are at the right entrance. The inside has plenty of food and drink options. We are easily able to find something every time we've been there. Make sure to bring your ID because they do card everyone. Plenty of restrooms around the arena. They are clearly marked and easy to find. We have sat in different sections depending on what we are seeing. The floor seats are usually the priciest. Sections 100-200 are typically just as good and tend to be cheaper. We have also sat in the 300 sections, which has been fine for stuff like monster trucks. Always fun to go and be apart of the crowd. Would recommend.

This venue did not allow unopened water bottles coming in. Not even a small size. You are forced to pay for their water or use the old fashioned water fountains like they have in schools. Either that, or pay 25.00 for a drink and refill that cup with water. The drinks were good though. Every other venue I've been to allows at least 1 small unopened water bottle and then you can refill it with more water if needed. My pretzel was incredibly dry. Even with the sauce (for an extra 3.00). The staff was friendly. They support disabled staff in wheelchairs too. The place was clean. The bands had good sound for the most part. I will say if you get general admission in the back at ground level you won't have an easy time seeing the band. It's completely flat. I am 5'10. I don't consider myself super tall, but even so, I could not see past heads most of the night. My suggestion is to get tickets the first few levels of the stadium to the left and right of the stage (there's always the pit for those up to the chaos). They all had a great view. Parking is 30.00 and it's cheapest to pay with credit card there at the gate. They explained it was more to do it online in advance. It's also more for cash. Inside the venue, none of the vendors I encountered allowed cash. Credit card only. Overall it was a great night. But if I had to do it over again I would have planned a little differently knowing what I know now.

I was 100% pleasantly surprised at how nice the venue was for a concert. We sat in section 126 and had a wonderful view of the stage. Lots of restrooms, concessions, and places to fill up your water cup for free. We parked in the Tundra lot and did not have to walk very far. GPS took us to a closed road to get to the lot. You can take Spear and then turn left toward the arean and the parking lot will be on your left.

Came here to celebrate the start of the NBA season and to watch the Nuggets' championship ring ceremony along with the game vs. the Lakers. The arena was easily navigable. Bathrooms were surprisingly spotless. Lots of food and drink vendors. There's no one walking up and down the aisles selling goods but I actually like that. Drinks were pricey as expected. The drink holders at the seats were not deep enough to hold the souvenir cups so there was quite a bit of spillage. I love the light-up bracelets that they had for every seat. I'm guessing they're connected via bluetooth to a master system to emit certain light patterns. It was really quite beautiful to see! The acoustics were good and the announcers were actually intelligible. I'm not a huge basketball fan but I will admit that I really enjoyed the game.

We had a great time at the Avalanche game. They really know how to deliver a great fan experience here. The only disappointment is they take the caps from your water bottles because they don’t trust the fans to not throw them on the ice. Otherwise it was a five star experience.

Great venue. We'll organized, and designed with seeing the show from every angle in mind. There us plenty of parking and lots of employees to give to directions. We recently saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra here. Wow, what an amazing show. If you ever have the chance to go I highly recommend. So much fun!

Easily one of the best sports venues I have ever visited (and I have visited dozens). Comfortable seats, good sight lines from anywhere in the arena, some of the best food options I have ever purchased at a major event, fantastic sound and light throughout the game, and one of the most raucous crowds you will find anywhere! If you are a hockey fan and have the opportunity, an Avalanche game at Ball Arena is a must-see.

Superb indoor arena with decent retail and catering available inside. The seats are comfortable with great views of the court. Security and access is pretty straightforward and there's hardly a queue. Also love the subtitles on the screen to help those with hearing difficulties.

Club level is the best !! Went for a concert little reverb but with a good mixer sounds are good. Food and drinks cost like you would expect at an arena but just expect it and budget for it. Great ecperience.

Awesome experience. 98% of the staff were knowledgeable & helpful in keeping me going toward my correct seat assigned (my FIRST TIME] ever at Ball arena (it was pitch dark by the time i was in the building & couldn't see a single thing lol. Will definitely come back over & over. Place was clean, people were friendly. Lot's of different kiosks all over the place to buy food, souvenirs, drinks and more KUDOS to all.

First ever hockey game today an let me say amazing 6 goals in one period. I couldn't believe how much fun I had I can't wait to come to another game an see what the Avs have in store for next time!! So glad they won!!

Great fan experience for both the Avalanche and Nuggets. Concerts are ok. It’s great to see the Nuggets championship banner hanging in the rafters. The parking lot can be hard to get out of after a game, if you park at the Metro campus you’ll save $10 and get out much faster

Had an awesome time with some cheap seat tickets and some friends. The Avalanche won, which of course made things even more awesome! I can’t give these guys five stars on account of their bag policy. They ought to at LEAST have lockers or something. I accidentally had a regular sized purse and they are militant about it. So, keep in mind that they will not allow it in and you’ll have to get creative if you make the mistake I did. Popcorn was delicious and beers were $15 but hit the spot. Other than the bag debacle I feel lucky to have seen a great game for not so many dollars.

Second time I've been here for a concert and it's still a great experience. Plentiful parking. Comfortable seats, even if you're standing for most of the show. Amenities were easy to get to. And the fans were great.

Such a fun night seeing disney on ice! Easy to find your seat just check that your bag meets the size requirements or you might not be let inside with it or have to stand in a separate line to have it checked. Also parking was $30
