While I enjoyed my visit to this Coach Outlet, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of racial profiling when I walked into the store. Mind you, I've been a Coachie and an Insider for YEARS, spent more than I care to admit and am known in the Castle Rock store by name. It's not just the store, though. It's a general attitude of the entire area that concerns me. People of color should never be subjected to treatment that is "less than" that if any race. Period. This rings especially true when I walked in carryinga pocket full of cash. My salesperson was helpful and I like the assortment they had in stock. Three stars.

I been coming to this store since it opened. The customer service was the top notch best. Unfortunately I’m not a satisfied customer these days. The customer service isn’t the same. My last visit was not bad but just mediocre. Well on to this last visit, didn’t even buy a purse because because the service was horrible. I will not go back!!! I’ll just order online or drive to castle rock!!!

This is my favorite Coach Outlet store! I have been to all of them in the area but keep on coming back to the one in Colorado Mills simply because of the lovely people who work here. I am always greeted when I enter the store and assisted in a friendly and courteous manner, without being overbearing or intrusive. Every single person that works in Coach Outlet Colorado Mills has been wonderful, so it's difficult to single out anyone in particular. I have returned some items that I have purchased online, and I was never pressured to buy anything in return. They even returned things for me for free to the Coach Outlet Headquarters because once I purchased them online, using PayPal, not my credit card. And when I buy something there I have always been assisted by one of the lovely people who work in the store. Like today, for example: I went to buy one their lovely perfumes and was set on a certain fragrance. However, one of the ladies there suggested that I try their new product- Dreams Sunset. And I am so happy that she did, because ai ended up buying it and absolutely love it! Thank you, Coach Outlet Colorado Mills, for your outstanding customer service! You have a customer for life in me.

Be careful what you buy from an outlet, they say overstock, I think defective. Stitching on Loafers began to shred after only a few indoor debuts. The other side of the heel is pulling apart as well and the company does not want to consider it so I am letting you all know what sub par product you might want to avoid.

This is a beautiful store to visit it is always clean and well organized. Of course it's 'Coach' so you're going to pay more for items. Which is my point. It seems that the women who work here are always so kind and helpful, the two men I've seen working there are just mean. NO customer service what so ever! One had dark hair the other lighter hair and some facial hair. They are rude when answering questions and very abrupt. Maybe I don't "look" like I can afford to shop there, but in the past two weeks spent $2k. Maybe that isn't enough for this store?

Saw a coat that caught my eye. Ashleigh greeted me and was very kind and answered my questions in a friendly and professional manner. They had a good selection of Coach items to choose from including bracelets, earrings, necklaces, jackets, and purses.

Came in to try and replace a damaged bag, after being instructed to by Coach Corporate Support. The assistant manager was immediately annoyed that Coach Corporate had told me to come into a store. Then proceeded to explain that she didn't have anything to replace it with, wouldn't offer a discount for a different replacement, and was snippy during the whole interaction. Do not recommend.

The customer service is amazing! I couldn't decide between a backpack and purse and one of the young men helped me decide. Also recommended a wallet for me and my boyfriend. Coach is the only purse brand I splurge on and they last forever

I previously went into another store at the mall looking for a bag for my wife for Valentine's day. All I got was snobbiness nose turns. When I arrived at Coach I had a totally different experience. The greeter was so nice and pointed me in the right direction and the gentleman at the time was very easy to talk to and the person at checkout completed my amazing experience. Spent a nice penny in there but will bring my wife back definitely

First time going into a Coach store looking for a new wallet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One in particular was quite attractive lol. Was eyeballing some backpacks as well, will be back again. Left with a cool wallet, very satisfied.

Do not order from these people they’re just a scam you’ll buy something they’ll send you confirmation that you bought it but never sent you a shipping email you’ll never receive your goods and then when you don’t receive it you contact them they won’t refund you so they’ll just steal your money and pretend to give you a shipping code which will never work it’s a fake shipping code they send you don’t buy from these people!

I came here last Sunday because a little accident happened with my bag and I wanted to see if they would exchange it, and the lady who helped me was super amazing and exchanged it for free for me! Thank you coach for going above and beyond! I love coach so much!
