If I could give this place zero stars I would!! I received two sweaters for Christmas as a gift that didn’t fit.. I was thinking since I had my Receipt, I would be able to get the money back.. Nope 👎 since it was purchased before the Holidays, could only get a in store credit and even though the tags were on them they said it was “ripped!!” Such bs!! Could only get a in store credit.. There’s nothing in this cheap store that I like and your manager and sales person shouldn’t be in sales! So rude!! Will never shop here again!!

This store is terrible. They had my prior review deleted after I posted that I returned a few items and they sniffed the garments In front of me and accused me if wearing it. No one from management ever reached out and they told me that if I ever brought and brought anything back, they wouldn't accept it. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store but will never return. This is horrible. Their customer service is the worst, and they are overall horrible with how they handle return. I have never returned anything to them and when I did, they were entirely disrespectful. Do not shop here!

Redoing my entire wardrobe and my daughter was looking for a dress. Me and my 2 kids went in Friday night Oct 10. The rudest staff ever!! If employees don't want to be treated in such a manner (rightfully) then how can treat their customers with total disrespect. The entire staff there last night is the sole reason why we will not step foot back in your store.

My package has said delivered for multiple days now and I have not received anything. I have reached out to customer service and completely been ignored. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Cute dresses however we were treated very rudely by the manager "Jess" two separate times for absolutely no reason. Not how you treat customers and definitely not good for business. We'll be spending our money elsewhere moving forward.

Great selection of dresses. It would have been nice to see more A-line or skater dress options. We were able to narrow down our options and found a dress for Homecoming.

Terrible customer service couldn’t exchange my Christmas present the day after Christmas with tags attached and all I was only trying to get smaller size but the girl was telling me to get my receipt or shipping label FROM A CHRISTMAS PRESENT

I like shopping at this store but the people that work there are super rude! It like they wanted me to do their job for them. They got mad because I gave them the clothes I wasn’t taking and told me that next time to hang in in a specific spot and gave me attitude. I asked them about a dress I saw online and they just said they didn’t have it and kept talking to each other. This isnt the first time they are rude and they need to do something about it.

Lots of nice clothes and at reasonable prices

They close their fitting rooms one hour before closing because they do not care about their customers at all

Beautiful dresses. Great place to find what you need

I came to this store and found a beautiful dress with no other sizes. I asked the employees if they can check it online and they did but didn’t bother to explain why it was not there. I came back and was helped by Paula, even though the online store didn’t have it she made the effort to check other stores, call them, and place it on hold for me. It was at the end of the day too but she was so nice and helpful. She is a great asset to the store!
