I have a unique hearing loss and all the audiologists here are fantastic, patient and understanding. The staff is very efficient and accommodating. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been with Sound Relief for awhile now and have had a great experience from day one. From Courtney who runs the front office to Dr. Labrec who has been handling my case...all involved have been highly informative and professional. Would highly recommend.

Three years ago when I first came to Sound Relief, I described my tinnitus as screaming. The screaming was with me constantly as I drove, as I worked, talked on the phone, during evenings with my family, and at night as I tried to sleep. It affected my relationships, work performance and my emotional responses to most everything. Three years later, after treatment by the Sound Relief Hearing Center, the screaming in my ears has completely stopped! Now I go through most days without even noticing soft ringing. The difference is like night and day. I feel like a whole new person at work, in my car, and at home. Truly and sincerely, I can not thank Sound Relief enough for what they have done for me.

The folks at the Sound Relief office I attend, every 6-7 weeks, are SUPER!! Very friendly and caring about how the system is working for me. I am not sure how things would be at any other office but the one in Golden is a great place to go.

This was one of the best doctor experiences I've had. The receptionist was very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. My appointment with Dr. Kaela Fasman started right on time. Dr. Fasman explained some background on tinnitus and answered my questions patiently before the hearing tests. She walked me through each test step-by-step, ensuring I was comfortable throughout (it only took 10-15 min total for the tests). She then reviewed my results with me, again patiently answering my questions, and explained the recommendation for sound relief therapy. I cannot recommend Sound Relief and Dr. Fasman highly enough.

I went in to see if they could do anything for my tinnitus. It all seem so fake and plastic with every person I encounter telling me that they were the only clinic that could offer a solution.. I went through a hearing screen and then I sat down with the doctor while she went through a pre-arranged slideshow to explained I needed to buy some hearing aids for around $6,000. It all seemed like a pitch giant sales pitch. I asked about alternative therapies such as CBT and the doctor could not provide any other cheaper alternatives. I hleft and consulted with some other doctors, all of which explained not much can be done I'm not the hearing aid sound relief wanted me to buy or not a guaranteed remedy. I did not buy the hearing aids and I am living fine with my tinnitus after going through CBT to manage anxiety and amount of attention I give it

Great service provided by excellent staff. Dr Leblanc is excellent she is very knowledgeable takes time to answer all your questions.

I was so excited to be able to hear again in January of this year. Sound Relief fitted me perfectly, treated me kinder than I could have imagined and were beyond amazing. So when I called them last week after a burglary asking how to file a claim, I knew they would keep it simple. TO MY SHOCK they replaced both devices at no cost as it was no fault of my own. If you struggle with your hearing just a little or a lot, call them and let them take care of you. I'm wearing my new ones as I type this. Thank you Sound Relief!!!!

The staff at the Sound Relief office in Golden has been awesome! From my initial appointment, I felt comfortable with Dr. Fasman and Courtney at the front desk. Dr. Fasman explained my Tinnitus, hearing loss and a plan to correct my issues in a way that I clearly understood. She was able to answer my questions and got me on the road to hearing again in no time at all! Whenever I have an issue or question I can get an answer with a quick phone call or email. The other day I was scheduled for an MRI at a nearby office and totally forgot about my Lyric hearing aids. (MRI + hearing aid =no good.) I realized it on my way to the MRI and contacted SR to see if they could help me pull them out and get me back in to re-insert them. As always they provided me the service I needed with a smile. Dr Fasman was in an appointment but Dr LaBrec came right out, removed my Lyric hearing aids and sent me on my way for the MRI. A few hours later I was back and Dr Fasman re-inserted my Lyric and I was all set. I am very happy that I chose this office to address my hearing issues.

Dr. Julie was very professional and knowledgeable when I met with her recently. She took the time to explain the results of my various test and what to expect in the future. Her support staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Sound Relief Hearing Center to anyone wanting/needing to get their hearing checked.

It seems like great customer service is harder and harder to come by these days, not the case at Sound Relief Golden .
