I just ordered the "Veg Head" for lunch from Cheese Ranch Deli and as always it was delicious! Lot's of great veggies on there, toasted, warm and super yummy. Plus, the customer service was great as always. They just reminded me that they do a "fondue night" on Fridays and they will do it just for 2 people if you want a yummy date night- just call a few days ahead. Love this place, thanks so much Rich and your wonderful staff! I should have taken a photo - I ate it too fast :(

Amazing food, delicious cheese. Very great place to go for lunch. I looked around and didn't necessarily need any of the things there, but I wanted it all. Once you walk in hold on to your wallet cuz you're going to want everything in there and once you have a taste of any of their sandwiches it's going to be one of the rides of your life. Wish I could have taken a picture of the sandwiches but after that first bite it was gone.

These sandwiches are delicious, especially the Prime Rib sandwich. Great for a lunch stop, hang out in the covered outdoor seating. Or, peruse their great selection of cheeses as well.

What a great shop in Golden, Colorado. The owner offered a taste of some cheese he had just brought in from another part of the country and it was outstanding. We bought some to take home. The sandwiches are delicious and very reasonably price. What a great atmosphere on the inside and it was such a beautiful day in golden, the seating out side was excellent. If you are near Golden, I highly suggest the Cheese Ranch for a quick bite or some very tasty chesses and meats.

Excellent! You know how most 'chain sandwich shops' just slap together a sandwich and call it good? Well Cheese Ranch does it right. Our sandwiches were built to perfection. I almost didn't want to take a bite because it looked so nice but the smell got the better of me and I dug in. It tasted as good as it looked. We'll be back for sure!!!

One of my favorite sandwich shops in Golden. Great outdoor seating area (sun and shade options), friendly staff, and a rotating list of daily specials. Highly recommend the PRC! Don’t forget to check out their selection of jams, jellys, and cheeses!

My special someone lives in Golden and I live in another state, but wanted to do something really nice for their birthday. A certain charcuterie company is currently blasting social media with advertisements. When I checked out their website, I gagged at their prices! Out of my budget, I thought my idea wouldn't. Then I thought, hmm, maybe I can find a cheese shop in Golden that could do a local delivery. I am all about shopping small and local and lo and behold, the Cheese Ranch appeared in my search! Looking at their beautiful menu I decided they were getting my money if they could or would be able to deliver to my special someone. I easily inquired through their website form and had a response email very early the next morning. Yes, they would do a delivery for my special person. I was delighted. We managed business right over the phone the same day. Rich, thanks for your great customer service. You are thoughtful and had great suggestions. Quick, efficient, and open to an unusual request; 5 stars. This post will get updated next week with a food review. I am sure my someone is going to love everything.

A short distance off Washington Ave but well worth it! Locally owned with unbeatable quality and plenty of amazing cheeses to choose from. My veggie sandwich was impeccably made and the potato salad did not disappoint. Meeting the owner, Rick, was a real treat. What a super guy! It's a YES from this Florida girl!

Great little specialty sandwich & charcuterie shop just on the edge of downtown. Love coming here for a delicious bite where I can avoid the crowds. Love the Yard Bird and RichWich, but don’t forget to ask for the (breadless) fried curds!

Cheese Ranch is amazing! Rich helped us select a variety of delicious cheeses for us to bring to a mountain cabin weekend getaway for our elopement. Can't wait to go back soon :)

I give this cute deli 👍👍. The artwork is quirky and eye catching when you first enter. Tried the GCOTD (grilled cheese of the day), which had green chilies on it - absolutely amazing!

My husband and I love going here for a simple date. You are able to chose your cheeses and meats for a charcuterie board, The presentation is on point, and they have a nice and simple selection of wines and beers. We usually get the rocks box. Highly recommend for a nice bite after a hike around golden.

THIS IS THE SPOT!!!! I come here at least once a week and the sandwiches are always on point. Staff are super friendly and know their cheese. There’s always a sample of cheese to try while your sandwich is being made.

Just paid $25 after tax and tip (tipped 15% before I grabbed the container to see how light it was) for this. What a rip. There are exactly 10 slices of meat here. Will never be back and would NOT recommend this place, at least not for charcuterie. Sunglasses for scale.

I had the Strami here and it was absolutely amazing. Hands down one of the best hot sandwiches I’ve ever had. In addition the people at Cheese Ranch are super nice and there is wonderful outdoor seating.

Good value here compared to some other sandwich shops nearby. Easy parking. Wish they were more consistent with homemade sides or even fruit, but otherwise you still get chips which is the same as other places.

A great, unique find in Golden - definitely check this place out for sandwiches, cheese platter, even Fondue on Friday nights (which I just found out about! Call to ask about it). The owner Rich is awesome too! Make your way over for lunch at the very least.

The Red Rocks box is the perfect pre-concert tailgating snack, all of these cheese, meat, and accoutrement were delicious and I was envy of the Red Rocks parking lot

Still one of the best sandwich shops around. I haven’t been back to golden in a few years but I actually had my rehearsal dinner at cheese ranch a few years ago. It’s nice to come back and still have all of the owners fundamentals still working strong, such good food!
