This
Panera
had
some
of
the
worst
customer
service
I've
ever
encountered.
The
drive
through
is
horrendously
slow.
In
the
past
I've
had
a
front
counter
employee
rudely
tell
me
I'd
have
to
pay
for
my
second
cup
of
tea
that
i
was
getting
for
my
daughter
(i
have
the
drink
subscription
so
mine
was
'free')
while
i
was
getting
my
card
out
of
my
wallet,
not
sure
who
she
thinks
she
is
assuming
I'm
trying
to
steal
the
hot
water
and
tea
bag
while
I'm
actively
ordering
and
preparing
to
pay
for
it,
but
okay....
The
front
counter
is
left
unattended
so
often
you
are
forced
to
use
the
kiosks,
which
would
be
fine
on
it's
own.
However
while
filling
our
drink
cups
a
group
of
employees
was
loudly
complaining
that
customers
use
the
kiosks
to
modify
their
orders
to
their
tastes
and
that
customers
treat
it
like
subway
choosing
every
ingredient.
To
which
I
say
1.
The
kiosks
and
the
online
ordering
limit
customers
to
five
modifications,
that's
hardly
anything
considering
they
count
removing
a
condiment
and
replacing
it
with
another
as
2
modifications
so
calm
down.
2.
You
are
two
feet
away
from
the
customers
who
are
getting
their
drinks
which
are
most
likely
to
be
the
customers
who
just
ordered
the
modifications
you
are
complaining
about,
be
professional
and
stop
complaining
within
eat
shot
of
customers.
3.
If
you
don't
want
to,
or
are
not
capable
of
handling
orders
with
customer
modifications
don't
work
in
food
service.
People
get
to
choose
exactly
what
they
want
to
shove
in
their
body
holes
and
i
guarantee
they
aren't
choosing
your
opinions.
Get
over
yourself.
