Not the best Panera bread. I’m a huge fan of Panera bread over 10 years. I subscribe to the unlimited drink, so when I relocated to this area, I was happy to have one near by. Not anymore. From not opening on time, to three employees ignoring me while standing at the order counter ( one fixing bakery items right next to register). I decided to just redeem drinks at this location, now that’s an issue. No half and half creamer over a week, constantly out or low on coffee prior to 10 am. Does no one routinely check the levels? Is it the customers responsibility to let you know your out of all flavors of coffee ( I didn’t check decaf). Gave it two stars because food and drinks is good, if you can make it that far.

I don’t know what’s happening with this location but this is the second time somethings been wrong with my order here. Today, my breakfast sandwich is missing the egg! And just had a couple scraps of chicken.

Well I ordered door dash and they went to this location instead of the one by Belmar. I paid $15 for the sandwich in the pic. It's just one half of it but the other half was identical. What a waste of money. I was going to order from a nice sit down restaurant and it would have cost the same as this. Very sad and disappointing. Not to mention they gave me chicken instead of turkey on this, and the wrong sandwich for my daughter. It's something she can't eat. Wow! Never making this mistake again!

Went to Panera expecting all good things as usual but I was suprised to be extremely disappointed. I ordered one bagel with cream cheese and waited 20 minutes to only get the wrong bagel. The first time I went to the counter I asked where my bagel was and the teen boy said it was coming. I waited another 10 minutes for a bagel!!! After I got done waiting I went up to the counter and waited. The kitchen seems to be full of high school amuters who would rather be messing around and using foul language then helping an angry costumer. These kids need supervision. They gave me glances but never said anything. Do better Panera.

This Panera drive through is always slow without fail. Every single time I have to plan to be in line for at least 15-20 minutes. On top of that, 50% of the time my mac & cheese is handed to me cold. Not ideal when I'm trying to pick up lunch to hit the road with and won't be seeing a microwave for hours. The other Paneras around town are much more worth your time.

Screw this place. Not this particular Panera Bread, but Panera Bread in general. I paid $20 for half a sandwhich and a small bowl of mac and cheese. I got 1 subpar meal for the price of 2 meals at Chick Fil A. It is outrageous that a whole sandwhich costs $13 yet they charge you $9 for half of one. HALF OF ONE. I don't know about you guys but 9 is definitely not half of 13. This place used to be good but now they are charging gourmet prices for subpar food. 100% not worth it.

So we stopped in for a quick lunch and we both ordered the Tomato Soup and grilled cheese (which is ONLY 1 half of a sandwich!) plus our 2 drinks and a small bag of lays chips and the cost was Crazy! 30 something $$$ for that tiny bit of food, we have never gone back since. Rip Off!!!

At 8:36 and they already had the drive-through shut down even though the hours posted are until 9:30. We waited 20 minutes for our food and they still shorted us a sandwich. We were able to get it and the food was good.

The restaurant was filthy. As soon as we walked in a nasty smell wafted in our faces. There was no greeting, we ordered our food, sat down and the majority of the tables were dirty.. no biggie it happens. But then we get our food and this is where it took a turn for the worse. We just paid $15 each for a turkey bacon sandwich. What we received was two pieces of bread, literally 2 quarter size dollops of meat, no bacon, a tomato that they couldn’t even be bothered to cut in half with the rest of the sandwich, and some sloppy looking lettuce. When I went to take my food back and let them know, I got blank stares from 4 employees including the general manager. It took a moment of silence from everyone for the manager to say anything. He offered to remake the sandwiches but at that point I just wanted a refund and to leave. The only employee that was actually pleasant and seemed to be doing her job plus everyone else’s, is the girl that assisted us with our drinks. I’d give 0 stars. For a first timer to Panera, I won’t be back. Make your food worth the money we pay for it.

I just waited 25 minutes for my takeout order, while others got their orders ahead of me. Then when I got back to the office, my sandwich seemed a bit empty, so I opened it up - it wasn’t even half full. I’ve eaten here before and it’s been ok but today was really disappointing.

This Panera had some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The drive through is horrendously slow. In the past I've had a front counter employee rudely tell me I'd have to pay for my second cup of tea that i was getting for my daughter (i have the drink subscription so mine was 'free') while i was getting my card out of my wallet, not sure who she thinks she is assuming I'm trying to steal the hot water and tea bag while I'm actively ordering and preparing to pay for it, but okay.... The front counter is left unattended so often you are forced to use the kiosks, which would be fine on it's own. However while filling our drink cups a group of employees was loudly complaining that customers use the kiosks to modify their orders to their tastes and that customers treat it like subway choosing every ingredient. To which I say 1. The kiosks and the online ordering limit customers to five modifications, that's hardly anything considering they count removing a condiment and replacing it with another as 2 modifications so calm down. 2. You are two feet away from the customers who are getting their drinks which are most likely to be the customers who just ordered the modifications you are complaining about, be professional and stop complaining within eat shot of customers. 3. If you don't want to, or are not capable of handling orders with customer modifications don't work in food service. People get to choose exactly what they want to shove in their body holes and i guarantee they aren't choosing your opinions. Get over yourself.

Very cute place, lots of seating. Weird service though... employees didn't know how to take an order properly and instead of greeting or making us feel comfortable, they just stared and waited to be confronted. I'd rather not have that kind of service but it wasn't rude just weird. And panera must have changed a ton since I've been here last because I remember the bread being better and the food being bigger. Not much for 13 dollars a meal and no drink

Ordered a single Chicken Caesar salad at the drive through. They said no one took my order, so I had to re-order at the window. Then it took over twenty minutes sitting there for a single salad. No refund or any apology, awful service and location.

they get extremely rude offended when sandwiches made wrong missing everything i had to throw it away. i would not recommend panera, gross!

Made a $74 doordash order nothing is right but the salad. Forgot our drinks, pizza looks like red hot sauce all over it with Gross cheese on only half the pizza. Sandwich is on soggy bread with holes and falling apart. Not happy with this horrible door dash order. To expensive to be wrong. $74 for 2 meals and 2 drinks that were never received not cool. We work at a bank short staffed and can't leave so very disappointing. Do better when you charge so much. Higher standards needed for delivery. Who is the Quality control.person? Is there one?

Yummy yummy in my tummy. Have not been here in a few years. Prices have raised but I can see why. The strawberry mint tea was absolutely delicious. Will be coming back here for lunch all the time.

Great food, but it's crazy expensive now. $90 for 2 adults and 3 kids for salads and sandwiches with 3 drinks. Yeah it's better than subway and probably worth it occasionally, but my wallet was crying after. Asian chicken salad is fire!

Panera is generally okay but this location really struggles. My wife ordered carry out and the two bacon Turkey bravo sandwiches we ordered were missing the turkey… kind of a key ingredient there folks. This isn’t the first time orders have been missing items and ingredients either. Overall the food quality at this location has been poor and getting worse over the last few months. We’ll take a break from Panera for a bit while they get things sorted. I’d recommend you pass on this place too.

Panera has a good location right next to the mall. Parking is a little tough as Chick-fil-A is next door. The staff is nice. Space inside is small and at peak times may be hard to find a seat. Overall nice place.

(drive up) mmmmmm look at all this delicious fresh lettuce that was on sandwich, yummy. only after I had to check my order and ask for my soup ($9?). last time here rip

Excellent food and service. Minus one star because of the extreme price hike on most items. Almost $16 for a 'you pick two' meal. I understand inflation and the need to raise prices, but it's just too much.

Love paying over 5 bucks for a half full coffee. Avoid this one, I dunno why it’s always bad. The other Panera’s in this city seem to have it much more together, this one consistently disappoints.
