Review 693 for this Dutch Bros. This is the first Dutch Bros I have been too that actually seemed big enough to be a restaurant or offering indoor seating. In fact I asked the person at the window and it used to be a good times burger joint. So that was pretty cool. There was plenty of parking and even some grass for my service dog to go potty while we say in the parking lot and ate breakfast. Which if you’ve been to a lot of DBs their normally a small joint in a parking lot. So this was a nice change in vibe.

Didn’t know what to order and the baristas helped me pick out this delicious iced Caramelizer, heaven in a to-go cup! I had to take a photo before I drank it all and now I’m ready for a day at work!

Dutch Bros Castle Rock is one of the places that I commonly refer to as the happiest place on earth, and while yes some of you will definitely say that it indeed is not and that Disney Land is the happiest place on earth, respectfully you are wrong. Dutch Bros is my favorite escape and I have made so many genuine connections with the people that work there and every time that I come by and they remember something that I’ve told them in the past, it makes everything feel just so special. Always helping me to try new things and meet new people. Whatever kind of day you are having I strongly recommend a trip to Dutch Bros, because if it’s good trust me it’ll get better and if you’re not having the best day I promise it’s about to get a whole lot better. Now if you’ll excuse me I am on my way to the happiest place on earth:)

Awesome coffee, really nice people. The place itself isn't a real cozy vibe - feels kinda like a grab your coffee and go rather than a chill and drink it place. The coffee is worth it though. The Annihilator is delicious!

They were crazy busy when we went there. But they had someone taking orders out in the line which made things go really quick and smooth. The drinks we got were great. Can't say much about the atmosphere inside.

We has a very pleasant experience on "Sticker Day" at this location! My service dog 🐕‍🦺 Luna was able to meet some nice employees and receive a "pup cup" from the very hard working staff members 😀 I highly recommend this location for great service and high quality drinks, coffee and muffin tops! 5☆☆☆☆☆

First time trying them. We got 4 drinks and all of them were excellent! I wish we had these by us. So much better than Starbucks!

Seriously you guys have the best staff in the world! One who shines the brightest is Emma. My son (7) has a raspy voice like Emma does and every time we come by it brings so much joy to our family and Emma. It’s one of the most wholesome things you’ve ever seen. You have a customer and friend for life!!! Thanks again team!

Can’t say enough good things about Dutch Bros. in general. This location was top-notch: staff, coffee, speed, etc… Best coffee and experience in the U.S.. Keep up the good work gang.

Yuck. I think there is an obvious reason they don't let you see them make your coffee. If the areas of their business that you can see are this gross, I can't imagine what the back looks like. The young woman who took my order was very friendly, the only positive. Run from this place. I wonder what their inspections look like.

When getting coffee, one is normally slightly cranky and agitated. This place will turn your attitude around instantly! Not only in great coffee but in smiles and amazing attitudes! They gave great recommendations and the sweet gal at the window was bubbly energetic and very personable. 10/10 experience!

Always a good experience here. The staff is friendly. The wait wasn't long. The drinks were tasty. One of our drinks wasn't exactly what we ordered, but it still tastes good, so no complaints here.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros! Any time I come in everyone is always so welcoming and just seem to really care about the quality of your drink and you as a person, it's amazing!

Came here late the other night and got a super sweet candy cane on ice. The young lady who helped me was a little Horace but nevertheless kind. She genuinely asked about my weekend and cared about my adventures to Gaylord with family. She left a cute note on my cup too! Wonderful service here and very likely to visit again. Thank you for your kindness, team ethic, and phenomenal coffee.

Absolutely unacceptable. We waited in the drive through line for 28 minutes on a regular wednesday night. The employees were rude and completely oblivious to the mess they were causing. They were unhurried and unfocused. There is no reason for a 6 car drive through line to ever take more then 15 minutes. When we finally got to order our drinks, we could see the employees making them and one took a drink out of the rebel she then poured into my drink. Disgusting and unsanitary.This was an awful experience and we will not be returning.

The staff at this place is absolutely top notch. Coffee is amazing too. One of my favorite coffee spots! Dexter loves his bandana!

In the drive through 15 minutes only had 4 cars ahead of me and still have 2 to go..... They aren't taking orders outside and they are incredibly slow at the window tonight... it's a little chilly, but it's not that bad. Get it together, guys.

Staff is very nice and friendly. They give good drink recommendations when you ask and make conversation if they aren't too busy. Even if the line is long you won't have to wait too long. Great point rewards system too.

These are some of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The coffee is fantastic. I managed people for many years. I would have hired any of these people on the spot. The goal of a business like this is to have customers leave much happier than when they arrived. They accomplish this with every visit. I was so impressed with Dutch Bros that I bought some of their stock!!

This is one of our favorite place to go as a family for a treat. We stick to hot chocolate or the frosts, and they are all amazing. The attitude of the staff matches the quality of the drinks. Dining in is a disappointment though. The inside of the restaurant has all of the charm of a bus stop.

The special coffees great. Iced Cocoa mocoa I think was the order mmmm. Staff extremely friendly and chipper. I do hope they make a simple black coffee option that’s not $4.

I only talked with two of the employees but they were very friendly and awesome, and i also noticed other employees all smiling which was very nice for my partner and I, which was a big mood lifter on our long drive home. Thank you for your excellent service.

I asked for a large, paid for a large, received a regular size and was told I'd have to wait at the back of the line for my order to be made correctly after I had already waited 10mins for my drink. I was not given a refund for the price difference either because she "didn't know how". My experiences at Dutch Bros keeps getting worse every time.

Over this location. I order the same drink every time I go, 1/2 the time it’s made the same. I went today and ordered 2 drinks, the usual ones and left with hot chocolate and butter flavored something. I asked for a toasted marshmallow and golden eagle. I went back through the line and explained the mix up, super polite people but both drinks still tasted awful. Kicking myself for not going to Starbucks, which will not happen again. Honestly, the line is always long and the drinks are made sub par, inconsistently. It’s not fun anymore.

Their drink quality and sizes are worth it. Get the app to view all their flavor selections. The rewards you earn on the app are fantastic. Dutch is life!💙

They remind me of the to strong coffee that Starbucks serves. I prefer my coffee to be balanced not super over powering. I got a vanilla raspberry lattee that tasted like barely sweet black coffee. It was okay.

Typically a long line but since there is no food to make, it’s. A breeze to get in and out compared to Starbucks with the drive through. Love their fall drink specials even more than Starbucks too!! Definitely stop in if you need a coffee boost!

Associates are very nice and I like the personal touch since they usually are on tablets outside taking orders. The energy drink options are very good and actually give you a pick me up. Will return for sure.

Absolutely love everyone at the stand! Super local and totally fun energy. I have never not been greeted with someone who didn’t have the biggest smile on their face. Great coffee and drinks too!

I absolutely ADORE this place. I spend way too much money here but I don’t regret a single penny. The Dutch Bros crew is always happy, upbeat, and just really awesome. I love that there are frequent events that give back to local causes. The coffee is also delicious but my favorite part about Dutch Bros is definitely the people who work there.
