I can only write the best about this hotel! The staff is fantastic! They were really kind and helpful. One of the day I felt myself really bad, I had a stomachache, and they brought me a herbal tea, which was really good to my stomach :) The hotel room was really clean, we got a mini dessert in the room :) Which is plus point is that there were more towels in the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable :) The breakfast was a wide selection, with lots of delicious foods. The staff was really nice there too, they helped us in everything. I really - really recommend this place <3 Once, when I'll come back to Jordan, I'll book again for this hotel!

GREAT HOTEL! Price was NOT EXPENSIVE at all, our room was 65 Jordan Dinars with a Sofa Bed and FREE Breakfast Included. Let’s start with the checking in, the lounge or lobby was very luxurious with stunning designs all over the building and the reception took not more than 10 seconds if you see no one there. When you get to your room, you’ll notice along the way the decorations and feel the soft carpet. The room? Everything was beautiful inside and a classic door to the bathroom, had like 15 pillows and the main bed was BIG! They’ve also got a large TV and in the closet were some hangers and a dresser. There’s also some colas in the fridge for FREE with some water (complimentary), the colas tasted a little odd to Pepsi or Coke but it was decent. The Breakfast… it was fully international and very yummy. Not to mention, one of the lower floor also has a full shopping center if I’m sure, it has like a gift shop and an Italiano Restaurant. If you’re not expensive? Sure! There’s a Carrefour right across the back of the hotel (200 meters). Gave this hotel a 18/10! 😉

The Bratus hotel in Aqaba has a soul. It’s a charming boutique hotel, with a unique decoration in tones of greens, refreshing and soothing at the same time. Our room was very comfortable, with enough space to exercise, wonderfully pleasant bed linen and an excellent mattress. The bathroom is large and well lit, and the shower delightful with a good strong flow of water and loads of space. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, from the immensely efficient ladies at the reception desk to the restaurant and breakfast staff - Bernie at the restaurant and breakfast room was the nicest waitress we’ve had in a very long time. Breakfast is varied and very tasty, options for all tastes and diets. They are also extremely fair, we had booked for 2 nights and due to a last minute passport issue could only make it on the second night, but even though they were entitled to charge us the 2 nights as per cancellation rules, they only charged us the second night, going through a lot of administrative hassle to do so. The Bratus and its staff made our arrival in Jordan a truly uplifting experience. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our last night in Jordan in Aqaba, and it was easily the best hotel we had stayed in all trip. They took their eco promise seriously with the materials chosen for the single use misc in the bathroom. And the room itself was magical! We had a sea-facing balcony double room, and it was designed immaculately; beautiful use of the colour green, modern design, clean, and lovely soft lighting. And the bathroom was lush, modern, and had a spacious walk-in dual-headed shower. We even had a tray of deluxe chocolates waiting for us in the room after check-in, and some refrigerated water bottles, as well as the usual complimentary teas/coffees provided. But the highlight of staying here, was when we heard a knock on the door, and room service surprised us with free of charge birthday cake for my partner who's birthday it was that day! The service was infallible throughout, the staff kind and helpful. And breakfast was included, and had a variety of vegan options as well as alternatives, to keep everyone happy. Would recommend that anyone staying in Aqaba stay here.

My wife and I found this to be an exceptionally good hotel. From the moment we came into reception where we were met with very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, to starting in a fantastic new and well maintained room. Everything in the room was just how we would have wanted it. The hotel is new and so everything was nice and fresh. The location was a few minutes from downtown and it was an easy walk for us. We also had breakfast and, once again, the food was plenty, local and very good. The staff at breakfast were also very good. We have stayed at many hotels and this is really 'up there'. I highly recommend it.

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Very clean modern room, good attention to details everywhere around the hotel (the lobby also smells nice) and the breakfast was just delicious. A definite recommend!
