To get the towels we kept calling the lobby but no one answered, had to go down to the reception to ask for them. The breakfast was cold at 8 am, the lunch meat tasted bad, the juice was more sugar than juice. The rooms have not been mopped especially under the bed it was so dusty. It was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in and when we complained no one listened, they gave us no attention what so ever.

Awful experience in this hotel! Rooms not clean and no towels, we had to ask to get it. We had a terrible experience when using the pool, other guys that went to the pool after us, insulted and judged us, without us understanding why! They could at least tell us to not go to the pool since they knew we were going there, and would avoid this horrible experience! We changed hotel and even after having to experience all of this, they made us pay 10JD per room, just for using some towels (we were there for 1h30 more or less) and didn't even apologize for what happened.

The breakfast was very bad and the tv doesn’t work the telephone is broken the rooms are too small the plates are all broken I would rather eat from a 1star restaurant from how bad it is

If you're in Aqaba on a quick trip and need a clean hotel to spend the night with direct access to 2 main roads in the city, then this is the perfect place. Rooms are spotless clean but very tight with barely enough room to move inside.

Very nice hotel, we stayed for two nights room is clean and service is very good. Breakfast is also good sufficient options. Location is a bit far from center and not a good view but in general very good value for price

Our tour company screwed us and the hotel over by not booking our group in properly (3 families in group, but they only booked 1 room with 2 beds??!) but the staff at De Lara bent over backwards to help us, and quickly had our group in rooms. The room, while smallish was very clean and well maintained. As mentioned by others, the location is a little rough, but it's within walking distance of the main street and beach

We spent 2 nights here, the hotel is really awesome! Rooms are clean and everything is provided. I liked the swimming pool and spa as well. I really recommend since it has a very good location near sea.
