Restaurant

👍 We had lunch in this place at around 3 which is not a popular time for lunch therefore we were a lone at the restaurant. We ordered griller fish, salads, pizza, sautéed shrimps and some other dishes. Food came quickly and was clean. Flavors were ok. Service was great. Very delicious food with affordable price ☺️. We ordered Arabic salad, tomato frying pan meat, Chicken Sajiyeh and chicken with cream. The service was excellent and the team was helpful ☺️. Hoh sweet was nice but not the best and better don’t try it 😁. I highly recommend this restaurant. Don’t forget to try fresh orange juice 🥰.

Splendid family owned restaurant with amazing manaqish and everything. The hoh aqbawi is divine, service was attentive and polite, an amazing example of Arabic hospitality

We were a week at Jordan. We looked for special traditional dishes, but we had disappointed many other restaurant before. After that, we discovered this place accidentally, and then we went back 5 times. The personnels were kind and perfectly attentive. The dishes were delicious, abundant and were in real prices. That was one of the best restaurant in Jordan, if I could I would go back to there.

The best place to eat in Aqaba from my perspective with local tasty food and value for money prices and amount of portions. The BEST fattah with meat EVER. I wish if I had the recipe from them, I loved it! Don’t forget to order it. For two people we ordered too many things. The dish with eggplants it was not good. The bread came to us warm and super tasty because they bake it right in the moment there. The waiters are helpful and explaining the menu enough. You can pay by card here. The place is highly recommended, don’t skip it from your visit! Edit: we visited the place once again and we were not happy as the first time. The food was not tasty.

A lovely cosy place with local food. Kofta, babaganoush and cocktails were fantastic. Portions were not big, but price was good. Frappe was made just how I wanted - not sweet but still delicious. But the rest of drinks we tried (cocktails/juices) were better in other places. But, still good. Also, we’ve been to a couple of other places around, and this one had the best atmosphere and food so far.

We came for dinner. The food was delicious and seemed fresh and clean (if one can say that for food). It was very good. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our server, Ferris, was extremely friendly and happy and spoke good English. I would recommend giving the restaurant a try. We would come back.

Absolutely glorious chicken fokhara! Reasonable prices and very nice service. I was there with 3 of my friends, everyone ordered something different and we all agreed that this was the best food that we ate in Jordan during our 10 day trip. I can definitely recommend this place!

Friendly staff. Food presentation is very nice but the food was not that good. Ceasar salad had lemon dressing and most of the food was too sour. We asked to change the ceaser they got us the plate with the same dressing and they just added water to the dressing.

Delicious food we visited twice.  Once for lunch where we shared the Ayres and chicken pie. The next evening we had the beef and chicken Sajiyeh which was emense. The beef one was particularly delicious. Tender beef and flavoursome peppers, onions and tomatoes. Bread to mop up the olive oil.  I'm salivating now thinking about it. For dessert we had the Houh with nuts.  Very very good and a local Aqaba dish. The lemon and mint drink it lush,  very strong flavour and refreshing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.  We were given a complimentary tea on the house. My best meal in Jordan. Yummy!!

Delicious food and nice price. Make sure to try their tabouleh and the grilled Jordan dish General advise: be aware: you will see around Aqaba some Restaurants inviting you for a buffet - run away!!!).

Service was very slow even though it appears that enough staff was around. My dish shrimps in garlic and lemon sauce was quite blend. The bread however was super delicious. Not sure how this restaurant got such a high rating because it is definitely not that good for me.

the worst food experience I’ve had in Aqaba and expensive at the same time. I ordered salmon fish and the taste was terrible, also I had chilli potato (بطاطا حرّة) and it doesn’t match the origin, the only good dish was hummus. Service also was bad I don’t recommend to go there unless they make good quality food and service.

We had a great lunch with the seafood dish being a stellar 10 out of 10 points. Fresh food in generous portions and with fabulous taste. We will be back.

The food is supreme. I specifically recommend the shrimps Fukra it was so good, I think its the best dish I ate in Jordan. But be aware that you need to be patient because the service takes time. Totally worth it.

Today I had lunch at a restaurant and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes for a more enjoyable meal. The food was not particularly memorable, but it was satisfactory and met my expectations. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also nice – it was comfortable and had a good energy. In summary, my lunch at this restaurant was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others looking for a friendly place with decent food and a good atmosphere.

My god this was so good. I thought the sea food soup was fantastic, but when the creamy chicken with bread on top came, I was amazed.. so delicious and fresh. I would love to come here every day.

Tried the Alshinawi restaurant based on the good reviews and also didn't want to eat in a hotel or captured tourist trap. Had a great dinner of Fish Sajyeh and the hummus and bread was great, one of the better meals I've had in Jordan. Prices seem fair as well for the quality have paid the same or more for worse. Would come again but is my last night.

This is one of the best places in Aqaba to eat good food on a reasonable price. Chicken humus and their thabule are just perfect.

Try the grilled fish. You will not regret it. Excellent service. Good price. We were three days in Aqaba and this place was the best.

Probably the best restaurant in Aqaba. Freshly made and authentic Jordanian food. The complementary bread is baked as you wait for your food. Delicious. Good prices and excellent service.

The food is very good. Meze( appetizers) must try all of them. Fuhara, arayis, tahini kofta are all very tasty. Service is on the top level. This is a must visit place for local cuisine. Came back again after trip in Jordan. This is the best food we had during the whole trip. The food, the atmosphere and service everything is very good

We had a lovely dinner at Alshinawi. The restaurant was full, nevertheless the service was fast and polite. We were looking for a break from the meat and we enjoyed Shakshuka a lot. We added a couple of salads and pita bread. The price was fair. I will definitely come back!

Best meal I ever had. Try the chicken "furhana" (if I spelled it correctly), it was amazing ! And the little tea at the end helps getting over your full belly.

Walk past the number 1 trip advisor restaurant. Walk past the 24 cafe bon with the cheap prices. Come to this restaurant. They don’t advertise, they don’t ask for trip advisor reviews, and the food is the best. The falafel is best in town. The lamb plate is fantastic. The fresh bread is warm and melts in your mouth. The fried eggs are buttered perfectly. The lemon mint juice is fresh as can be. The fried tomatoes is excellent. What a great way to spend our last meal in Aqaba. #unforgettable!
