Location is good, however being in the heart of town, a lot of noise can be heard throughout the night. Ear plugs are helpful. Plenty of free parking outside. Staff are very friendly. The shower in the room has no pressure at all, does have very hot water though. You must ask for towels when checking in. No toilet paper is provided. The wireless signal did not reach into the room. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit was placed facing the front on the bed, blowing air directly towards the pillow.

Bed covers have piss and stool residue on them

Dingy sheets, lack of space, bathroom measures not right, no spare sheets and blankets.

Uncomfortable in general, expecially the bed and sheets.

Bad experience, The room was so dirty, when i asked the employee to change the sheets he swapped them with dirty ones, I called the owner to complain and he told me “those are the sheets that we have you even use them or go out of the hotel” Not to mention the attitude and the manner that was used by the owner. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

There is no organization, no management, the place is not clean

If your looking for an awesome place to stay with excellent customer service and very friendly staff Abu-Tamir & Hamuda are the best along with the others, I’m saving this location for another round when I stop by in Aqaba,JO

One of the worst experience ever no toilet towel not clean rude employees

There is no organization, the staff is rude, the bathroom is broken, the place is not clean. I do not recommend it to anyone at all.

It is forbidden to be called a hotel whose location is disgraceful, there is no cleanliness, there is no management, there is no organization. It takes 3 hours to get a room and in the end it comes out and it is not yours.
