Room
Service
I
recently
stayed
at
the
hotel
that
offered
excellent
service
and
had
a
beautiful
room
with
a
stunning
view
of
the
sunset
over
the
sea
and
a
lovely
pool.
The
price
and
overall
services
were
worth
4
stars,
with
one
notable
exception
-
the
24/7
room
service.
I
decided
to
order
a
pizza,
hoping
to
enjoy
a
relaxing
evening
in
my
room.
Unfortunately,
the
pizza
had
a
strange
taste
and
texture,
as
if
it
was
made
with
puff
pastry.
To
make
matters
worse,
shortly
after
taking
my
first
bite,
I
became
ill
and
had
to
rush
to
the
bathroom.
I
spent
the
entire
evening
feeling
unwell,
which
certainly
wasn't
what
I
had
anticipated
for
my
stay.
The
pizza
was
far
too
heavy
to
digest
and
left
a
negative
impression
on
my
dining
experience.
Upon
checking
out,
I
shared
my
feedback
with
the
hotel
staff,
who
apologized
for
the
inconvenience.
While
the
room
service
was
a
disappointment,
the
rest
of
the
hotel
was
delightful,
with
a
beautiful
room
and
impressive
facilities.
It
would
be
nice
to
see
a
better
selection
of
slippers
provided
in
the
room
for
guests'
comfort.
Overall,
I
had
a
mixed
experience
during
my
stay,
with
the
disappointing
room
service
marring
an
otherwise
lovely
hotel
experience.
I
hope
that
future
guests
will
have
a
better
dining
experience
than
I
did.
