4/5 Or B. 1 year ago on Google
I
slept
at
the
Al
Manara
Hotel
for
3
nights.
A
hotel
that
is
great
and
very
new,
I
was
told
that
it
is
only
5
years
old.
The
entire
hotel
staff
was
nice
and
welcoming
from
the
reception
to
the
last
employee.
The
breakfast
was
excellent,
very
varied
and
the
waiter
service
during
breakfast
was
fantastic.
Another
plus
is
the
hotel's
new
gym,
it
has
high-end
machines
including
towels
and
almost
always
bottles
of
water.
Now
for
the
less
good
things,
there
were
some
very
strange
incidents
during
the
stay
that
I
would
have
liked
the
hotel
to
pay
attention
to.
During
check-in,
the
luggage
was
taken
from
me
by
the
concierge
service,
and
in
a
strange
way,
I
received
them
after
an
hour
and
a
half
and
after
I
turned
to
the
reception
to
ask
what
happened
to
them,
interesting...
It
was
also
strange
to
me
that
every
morning
I
had
to
chase
the
reception
to
have
my
room
cleaned
as
usual,
probably
in
hotels
5
stars,
there
was
a
day
when
my
room
was
cleaned
at
4:00
pm
in
the
afternoon
sucks….
The
last
thing
that
bothered
me
was
that
the
hotel's
facilities
were
not
always
maintained,
it
was
a
shame
to
enter
the
gym
one
evening
and
see
that
there
were
no
drink
bottles
at
all
and
the
gym
was
full
of
empty
bottles
scattered
everywhere,
it
seemed
as
if
no
one
came
in
to
maintain
it
for
a
good
few
hours
plus
The
alcohol
prices
here
don't
make
sense,
8
Jordanian
dinars
for
a
330ml
bottle
of
beer,
It's
more
than
$10.
The
bottom
line
is
that
the
hotel
is
really
good,
pleasant
staff
and
tremendous
potential.
But
if
you
are
wondering
why
I
put
a
4
star
rating
in
the
review
and
not
5
these
are
the
reasons.
