It's all about how to take your money. Rooms not clean, the breakfast was disgusting, the staff rude.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only because we had an early morning flight from Aqaba, but I’m sure we could have found better accommodation. The photos and brand name are very misleading: the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were stained and definitely not fresh, the room was very cold and it was very noisy. We are not pretentious people but Golden Tulip deeply disappointed.

The room was not clean as expected, i guess the room service just need to deliver the room to next guest in high season with low cleaning effort And no special parking for hotel guests, i suffered to find a park slot in the street

The hotel is clean. Rooms are good. The location is excellent. There is a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and coffees to the hotel. If you want to change money there is western union 2 minutes away from the hotel. If you need a taxi you can find it very easy. The breakfast was rich enough. The staff is friendly and helpful.

    1. Receptionist English language was at an inadequate level. If you going to hire a hotel receptionist at least hire someone who can speak a foreign language fluently 2. Safe inside the room does not work/damaged 3. You have to call receptionist if you want housekeeping done for your room, if you are lucky then sometimes they do it before you call them 4. WiFi crashed and had no back up plan which led to me having no way to contact my dear loved ones back at home. Was down for more than 12 hours 5. When you ask reception for housekeeping it takes more than 2 hours for them to give what you want 6. Towels are not properly replenished, so you start of with 4 towels and if you use 2 of them they give you 1 in return. How does that work? 7. Requested cot bed for our newborn however this was old, dated, filthy and dirty 8. Heater does not work, probably not even serviced as cold air just comes out 9. Been locked out 3 times when trying to come into the room the card deactivates itself , I was told it was because we may have left electrical items on charge. But we always remove and secure our chargers away before we leave so this isn’t the case 10. Toilet / shower area lack of space and unsafe with door stopper. There is no bath tub which comes at a disadvantage for families with young children. The main light of the toilet was not working for 5 nights stay and still not fixed 11. Breakfast was absolutely mediocre , bland with no taste and very few variety. Overall hotel was a shambles and don’t know how it received 4 stars rating. This hotel is lucky to receive a 2 star from me. Won’t be coming back to this hotel anytime soon that’s for sure !

Respectful service and good hotel position, literally in the middle of the city and beside the markets, I have it 3 stars because the rooms aren't clean enough, my room's AC wasn't working properly ( I hope they fixed it ), breakfast should have at least pancakes, it wasn't professional, but it was acceptable, internet connection is frew and is good, but if your room is far, the wifi is not gonna cover to its range.

Stayed for a week. Location great (but noisy). Room was ok and cleaned daily. Water, tea, cofee replenished daily. The staff was nice. The breakfast not great, but ok (there are too many local dishes, but tourists mostly want ham, yogurt and more pastries in the morning). The internet was a problem, always crashed, always went on the hallway and restart the router. At some point I gave up and used a local SIM. Funny: there are everywhere no smoking signs. And an ashtray just besides them :)). It was good value for money.

Basic hotel, they didn’t have hot water and after asking the reception they kept promising it will be available and there was no hot water.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of aqaba city which makes it really easy to explore the city with no need for transportation. It's within walking distance to restaurants and the market. The room was clean and I loved the amneties, yani they think of everything which I loved. The breakfast was good with varieties. They have an outdoor pool for relaxing. The staff was friendly which made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend 😁

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were nice, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel’s location is strategic around all the beautiful sites in Aqaba. The price is very good.

Good value for money, great location in downtown, many restaurants nearby. Currently, some renovation work is being done in the lobby.

It was not the best experience I’ve ever had but for a hotel that’s not a 5 star hotel that’s what I’m going to expect but on the other hand the receptionist rahaf was very friendly, kind , and very hard working she made us live the experience of staying in a 5 star hotel ❤️

just smell the curtains in the room and you'll surely want to leave, forget about the noise from the school infront of it, or the 4 people max elevator, narrow hallways, sticky floor, broken pool or any of that. just book somewhere else because apparently this hotel is for teenagers and not for out of town tourist looking for any sort of comfort. the toilet seat cover i got was tilting and saw a couple of hairs on it and the towels are far far from clean. and for some reason the lighting in the entire hotel is very dim it really feels cheap, plus for some reason my window has iron cage thingy outside it for safety i guees? really ads to the prison nightmare vibe. hairdryer broken. beds could be cleaner, I'm not sure i wanna go to breakfast the next day but telling from the cups i have in the room they don't polish anything.

This is seriously an awful hotel i have no idea why they're open especially some of their staff are annoying when you tell them about problems they try to sugar coat it and outright lie i seriously regret spending my time in this hotel, save your time and effort and find other places as this one also has false advertising on their pictures, theres no tables no seats no heaters nothing
