The reservation cancelled, because we were asking about the check-in time and was getting a random answers! The manager of Front desk was showing his muscles shouting and proud to cancel the reservation! What a hospitality!! UPDATE(FOR OWNER REPLY) I did arrive at 3:00 PM; We called the reception at 11:00 AM to confirm the reservation for a room for a double bed and an extra single bed! The reception answer was "confirmed" and then we drove 4 hours to Aqaba! When we arrived(3:00 pm), the reception said they were unsure when your room would be ready! So start guessing 15 minutes, not sure, ...etc. Then he was very smirking and answered the reservation for three single beds! I thought that the manager was joining the front desk; he would solve the issue!! But, unfortunately, he started frustrating me by saying to keep calm and don't shout; then, he canceled the reservation! I wasn't shouting at all; I was asking for time and the check-in process, as this considers my rights as a hotel guest! If you cannot handle unpleasant guests in your hotel and can't handle your staff, then; don't blame the others for reviewing your hotel this way! Finally, the positive point was that girl in reception understood the situation and tried to fix it! But the front desk manager was wise enough to cancel the reservation to solve the problem!

Good option for Aqaba. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good. Rooms are non-smoking but our room smelled a bit, not too much, so we left the window opened. We were upgraded so our room overview the city, apparently other rooms’ view is not that good. The hotel is in a good location

They have a Good Room, and also they have wonderful service start from Front Desk who will always smile at you and assist you with anything you want until you reach your room. Especially Widi who has a sweet smile and so kind and will always assist you. Thank you so much for a great experience and I will come back again next trip.

Very clean and modern equipped hotel. The best location in Aqaba - right in the main street. Personnel is very kind and supportive. Breakfast is served for a long range of hours and is very delicious. As is situated in city centre, the hiotel does not have immediate access to a beach, but it offers free shuttle to an excellent beach club nearby.

I would definitely say it was the best value hotel of my entire trip. Offered an upgrade on arrival - room was modern, clean and very spacious. Gym was well equipped. Plenty of options for breakfast. Location was perfect as it was right in the middle of Aqaba and convenient to the JETT bus terminal.

Great place! Not your "glitzy fake gold in lobby" nonsense: down to earth clean and good place. Comfortable and great location (eateries, Cafés and stuff like that are all next door, including a very popular restaurant under the building). The room was cleaned daily, and the general service in the hotel was immaculate. Would be a pleasure to return again!

The hotel had a nice atmosphere! I loved everything about my stay here. starting from the check in, the receptionists were so friendly and welcoming with big smiles. The room clean and tidy, all of the staff is very kind and helpful especially Angie Widi from the front desk, who made our stay wort it. All in all our stay was great and we hope to come back soon ❤️

The deluxe room in this hotel was so good that even in some more luxurious hotels it wasn’t this good. It is very spacious. The staff is very friendly, they offered us free refreshing juice during our check in. The food in hotel was very good.

It was the worst experience ever for me I thought I would have a nice and calm night to sleep after a long day in Aqaba but it was unfortunately disappointing… as if I were sleeping in a construction area fully of heavy machinery… I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Very clean and attractive hotel that could pass as 5 star. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. We received a room upgrade and were able to check in several hours early at no extra charge. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options including omelettes cooked while you wait. The hotel is in a good location next to restaurants and shops. There's a free shuttle to a beach resort, although you still have to pay an entry fee.

I spent two nights. The first night was bad, the room has smoking smell, TV problems and I was so tired. He told me that he can switch my room but my mom was sleeping so I told him until tomorrow. The next night was awesome in my new room in all details cleaning level and service level so that I give you two stars 🤩

Nice rooms and best location for such a price. Tasty and various breakfasts. And a very good service: we stayed only for one night but the hotel provided us with free of charge late check-out (at 7 pm!) and a complimentary coffee and tea at the reception bar!

The hotel has it all... centrally located, newly refurbished, affordable prices, excellent food and service... the only thing is that Showers don't have enough protection from flying water.. which makes it a little annoying after bath to dry your legs out of the shower because pf flying water.

Good view from the room Friendly staff Easy to park The following thing only concerned the buffet in the hotel: We were recommended to try the dinner buffet-10 jd per person, which was totally fine. The tricky thing was all the plates were almost empty when we went to the restaurant at 7pm (which supposed to be the opening time of the buffet). The staff told us the buffet already began 30 minutes ago because there were some tourist groups ahead. It was still an unpleasant experience as if we got leftovers…

Great experience, very good service and the employees are very genuinely nice and helpful. Food is good and they have various options so there's always something for everyone. Rooms are quite soundproof, which is very helpful if you don't want to wake up at 4.30 am to the mosque😅 Beach Club is very nice and private and again good service. All in all definitely a recommendation!

This is a great hotel in the middle of everything in Aqaba. It is within walking distance of the Aqaba castle, the beach, and many shops and restaurants. The staff are lovely (shout out to Widi!) and very helpful with whatever you need. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds, free bottled water provided, and we got a free upgrade :) Some important notes that did not bother us much but might be good to know: The TV didn't quite work and the AC system did not keep our room cool at all (it hovered around 26/27C our whole stay, even when we set it as low as 20). The street the hotel is located on is incredibly busy and there are several mosques close by, which means it gets quite loud every now and then. We were woken up by the morning prayer (4ish AM) both days of our stay. If these things don't bother you, then I highly recommend staying here. You'll have a lovely time.

It exceed my expectations! The rooms are super clean and spacious. Staff is welcoming and professional. It is located near many restaurants , cafes and supermarkets. I loved that the owner is always there to make sure Operations are as professional as can be. It is a gem and should be checked out

Nice hotel where I often stay for work. The staff is friendly and always trying to help. The fitness room is excellent. Of the minuses, I would note the presence of a bad Internet that is not stable and periodically disappears. Also, the presence of a sauna and a swimming pool that do not work, I think, does not add pluses to the review.

We loved this hotel! It's in the heart of Aqaba, the rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was good as well. A great place to stay for a few nights.

An excellent hotel to start and end our tour of Jordan (flying in and out of Aqaba). Staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfasts offering a wide range of dishes and just what you need to start the day. Rooms were clean and a good size. Relatively easy to find parking space right outside (check with hotel just before arrival to see if they can reserve a space, otherwise you may need to wait a few minutes for someone to leave), and a wide choice of restaurants on the doorstep, as well as a short walk away, e.g. the Marina. A couple of very enjoyable stays!

I didn't find Aqaba a nice or beautiful city, so considering the location, it doesn't really matter, but the hotel is not near the beach (although you won't want to go to the city's beach either, since it's so dirty and polluted). The staff was nice, the breakfast and dinner buffet average and the room so so, but we were facing a wall ("excellent" room choice by our travel agency, Abreu, as with all other hotels during our stay in Jordan... Not happy at all!). There's a Hilton nearby, so I would probably choose it over this one.

Clean, nice staff, spacious, good beds. Breakfast is very complete. Call ahead for best prices. Minor room for improvement: parking around the hotel is difficult.

  • 5/5 Mohammed Imad B. 1 year ago on Google
The location of the hotel is very close to the public beach and shops, around 200m, and its located in the middle of the restaurants area, Which contains a number of local and international restaurants, the room area is good and the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The reception staff are very professional and helpful. The receptionist, Mr. Sanad, is a respectful, professional and helpful person.

Though its a 4 star hotel. It was better than our 5 star hotel stays. The rooms are new and big and the location of the hotel is amazing. You can walk to the beach, the cafe’s and the market area. Do book.
