Totally rundown place. Don’t be mislead by the famous (in the US) brand. Nothing to do with it. The reception staff is polite and nice but this is the only positive thing in the hotel. The common parts are dirty and neglected so as the rooms. The only thing in the room (I was upgraded to a junior suite!!!) showing that we are in the 21st century are the LED lamps. Everything else is old, wear and tear and extremely bad maintained and durty. The bathroom is “gorgeous” too - see the pictures. There is a cigarette odor too. The breakfast is basic, the amenities awful as the rest of the hotel. My advice: stay away. Even for a night. For the same or similar price you can find way better places around. We stayed also 1 night at the City tower hotel which is next to the big flag pole, 5 min walk to the city center. A new place which is nothing to do with Days inn. To the management of Days inn: guys I know that you’ll not like my review. Believe my if you don’t invest in this propery the competition will kick you out of the business- sooner or later.

The room was okay but one thing is so annoying is the lighting, there are only lamps in the bed area and a light that works on a sensor in the hall way and keeps turning when you move around in your bed. The bathroom is nice, even though the shower loses alot of water and need to be fixed. The food in the restaurant is really good, and that I give 4/5. Overall the staff were really friendly and the experience was generally fine. The place need just a little of improvement and will get at least 4

One of the key advantage of the hotel is the location - the center of Aqaba. Unfortunately this is the end of pluses. I didn’t get the fresh and clean bedsheet, it was changed upon my request - but still, can imagine someone who gets to the hotel so late and tired that wouldn’t even spot it. The bathroom is simply dirty. Starting from doors to bath. If you want to stay in a clean & neat hotel - I would definitely recommend looking for some alternatives.

Location and price are good. The hotel lack maintenance, the room is full of defects including but not limited to: no hot water, dors do not lock correctly, bath tub is broken and full of rust, the elevator is not well functioning, chairs are semi broken, curtains are ripped and not clean, baby cot is broken and the mattress is just a two chairs cushions. The room wasnt close to being clean and the phone was broken. The pool is not heated. In addition, the breakfast was extremely terrible.

Worst staff ever, check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m They gave us a dirty room at 3 p.m. And after that we had to wait in the lobby until 3:40 with no check-in. We left the hotel at 3:50 Their manager came to blame us that this was not their own mistake for not checking in and we should not take this delay as an excuse. Horrible hotel, will never come back although it was good in 2014 The reciptionists were unfriendly at all

Sad to write this as was so excited for our stay in Aqaba but if you want a relaxing, luxe 4 star stay by a pool in the sun, this place is not for you. I have stayed in hostels with cleaner and better maintained bathrooms. Our bed was comfy and the location is good but that’s about it. It is like 1 star standards, NOT 4 star. If you’re thinking it’s a good price, it’s because it’s old, dated, with rotting furniture, god knows what running down the walls in the bathrooms, mouldy, ripped outdoor furniture, power sockets that mostly don’t work, no ceiling lights, takeaway coffee cups and plastic spoons, and broken toilet seats and bath fittings. Sadly, will never recommend or come back.

The hotel is in urgent need for maintenance. The rooms are very old, dirty and smelly. The bathroom had a rusty bathtub, and the toiled seat cover was missing. The floor and the walls were dirty; the fridge was very unclean and had leftovers from previous occupants. Check in took over an hour even though I arrived after checking in time. The receptionist kept saying that the room is almost ready and only needs 5 mins, then they changed the rooms and we had to wait for over 30 mins. The TV didn’t work and I had to call maintenance. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Breakfast was okay, which probably is the only thing that was fine. When you leave the room, the door doesn’t close by itself, you need to swipe the card again to be able to close it. For about the same rate, I could’ve stayed in a different hotel (had I known of its precarious conditions). Not recommended.

The experience was not as expected, I was surprised of the room status and the facilities in the hotel. Their was issue with the sewage system where their was a bad smell at the lobby and rooms.. the staff told us that they are planning to renew the hotel which I wish that. The room was not clean, as the swimming pool is too smal that can fit kids.

A very very bad hotel! Starting with :- the room was not cleaned at all , tv not working !! , freezer not working !! A/C very noisy!! The floor dusty and alot of stains ! Dirty and small pool ! Gym were closed for no reasons !! During 3 days in series the I didn’t see housekeeping !!! Kitchen was dirty the breakfast very simple & shows that the food stored since minimum 1 week !!! Smth unbelievable!! The staff not professional at all except 1 guy I don’t remember his name he was very polite !! I could suggest to you guys that the cleaning costing ZERO and other services not required from such a 4 stars hotel !! - the only thing that was good is the location for hotel . Overall I don’t recommend this palce at alllllll ….

The toilets near the reception are a disgrace! 🤭 So dirty, the flush doesn’t work and it smells. Restaurant toilets are better than this allegedly 4-star hotel! 😂 We arrived around 4.30 pm and the staff said our room is still being cleaned… it was still dirty when we entered. Poor maintenance all over 🙃only one star because the sea view from our 5th floor room was very nice.

AQABA a necklace of the Red Sea, lands of Prophets and civilization, unique developments under taken by the highly respected, admired and loved Hashimiyet Royal family. Well designed roads. Even under the pandemic period this city is Lively,, Stress are buzzing and yummy foods of everyone's like. There stands 4* Four stars DAYS INN Hotel to offer Very warm welcome hospitality in the downtown center of Aqaba. Brilliantly lighted corridor, laminated sparkling floors, wide rooms with large balcony either on mountains facing or sea front facing. Do enjoy your stay at DAYS Inn.

Greeted by a receptionist who seemed to have been insulted by our mere presence. Air conditioning not working. When asked to fix it was left on whilst we were out and it dropped all over the room and my bag. Should have saved my money and gone to a hostel.

Worst experience ever! -The room is pitch dark( broken lights all over the place) -No coffee, water or heater -Broken AC -The floor, bathroom, everything is super dirty -You need to smash open the fridge -No towels -Dirty swimming pool -Rude and unprofessional receptionist -Super slow room service (4 hours at least) - Can't use the TV because the remote is missing batteries - No napkins - The view is garbage (literally all I can see is garbage bins) - Tasty breakfast 😋 - If you're still interested in this hotel, don't consider room 214 it's a living nightmare.
