What a place ! Clean and well kept room. Splendid service. Superb food, for dinner and breakfast. What a pity we couldn't stay for some more nights and have time to use all the facilities at the hotel.

لم احبه ابدا. I didn't like it, I called the hotel for Beach entrance and day use only, and the said you're welcome, and when I arrived they saw me a Mediterranean guy with a big beard and Islamic look, so they said sorry there's no available places!!! So that's not acceptable. Anyway good 🤞 luck .

I rate the hotel 10/10. really well located hotel very nicely finished great service elegant large rooms great swimming pools and a beautiful beach. the staff tries their best to make you happy. our rainbow travel agency misled us about the dinner because they claimed it would be in the form of a buffet, although the hotel does not have a buffet dinner in January due to the low occupancy, but the hotel offered us dinner in the Red restaurant and does everything to make us happy with these dinners. if you will be in jordan then i highly recommend this hotel. Internet in the hotel is everywhere and really good. breakfasts were in the form of a buffet and a really large selection of excellent quality products the service was also great the only thing I recommend is to come before 9:00 because there are a few people later. I will definitely come back to this hotel. My wife and I greet all the staff.

Great hotel, big and clean rooms, stunning views, lovely pools and also excellent breakfast. But ... there is a problem with the little things ... Late check-in, waiting over an hour after entering the room, for luggage, ask for a room number in the pool bar and then repeat that the room can not be charged. In short the majority is excellent but more precision of service is required

I loved it! The hotel design is breath taking, so was our room. I loved the pools variation, there are many pools with different depths, suitable for all The beach is nice, but obviously synthetic And the showers are on the other side of the way back to the hotel.. that's a down side but still I loved it. Another note is on the breakfast buffet, the food is good but it is crowded and it might take you sometime for them to give you a table. But overall it was a great experience, I will definitely go back

Came to visit from Israel in the end of December. Great choice, epic location on the red sea, close to the border with Eilat. Another level hamam and SPA. Ping Pong and Pool tables for guests convenience. The breakfast is a good surprise, a lot of things to eat that will fit almost every taste buds. Pretty cool infinite pool that is getting warmed during the winter. Convenient Ayla community that reminds best places in Dubai and Greece. With the white and blue design the Hyatt hotel is really outstanding. The staff is nice, polite and super responsive. The hotel feels very secure and is guarded by not a small amount of security so you feel protected inside.

Such a great hotel, we enjoyed everything a lot. The rooms are super clean with big area, both inside and outside at the balcony. The material in the room is luxury. The staff almost everywhere in the hotel are very happy to assist. Breakfast was superb, vary of all kinds of food, tasty, fresh, with a great staff - sometimes we waited a long time to get our coffee. There are different pools - kids, family, infinity and couples. all of them were clean with very good staff both pool and waiters. The most important thing at the pools is to pass a massive renovation of the tiles, because the small tiles are not smooth and their edge is very sharp. I got injured very deep in my feet and I know another one that got injured the same as well. Moreover, there are some tiles that are missing which may also lead to series injury - A must fix! The food at the restaurants are great and tasty, but a bit expensive. The location of the hotel is superb! in the Ayla new walk, which is fantastic place and location in front of the Marina bay. The beach is awesome, sandy, without any waves because of the bay. There are water games in the sea which is really great. The bar on the beach la Plague is great with lovely atmosphere. There is Camp for the kids with a small water games and pool outside the camp. Moreover, there is a place for table tennis and billiard. Overall, very nice hotel with lovely service, we highly recommend and we will visit again!

The harmony of white and blue reminds us of Jordan's Santorini. As if moving from a rough desert country to a modern space with an intense collar, Ayla seems to have traveled to another country from Aqaba. In Ayla Hyatt, it is perfect without having to go out to other areas. Staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is diverse and excellent. There are spaces everywhere for families to enjoy together. The sand on the artificial beach is too good for children to play. One regret is that the heated pool is not constant and too cold. Still, it is the best place to be with your family.

Superb. The hotel and Marina is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a suite and it was possibly the best room I have ever stayed in. Staff were very friendly although security at the gate/front door was a little bit too much. You would think after driving in and out on many many occasions, I would not need to be checked for explosives each and every time. However, that this not detract from your stay which was first class. Only improvement I can recommend is that one of the pools should be heated as the water was bitterly cold. We very much look forward to coming back in the future, and have already recommended it to several friends. Thanks to you all for a great stay!

Third visit to Hyatt Regency Aqaba at Ayla and feels just as fresh & new as years back during the official opening. Happy to see many of the same faces still working here especially post those 2 blurry years. Rooms still smell as good & super comfortable beds with ultra clean sheets.

Amazing hotel, the scenery, views, the infinity pool is beautifullllll! The rooms are also very nice but a bit small, absolutely love the balconies though! The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, very welcoming and cheery which I loved. Khalid at the reception is very much helpful and nice and he is very quick and responsive and respectful. The hotel’s breakfast is SO! GOOD! Absolutely love it, and the waiters are the friendliest, especially Zahra and Abdullah The experience is great and I would definitely recommend the hotel, very nice place to stay. The best

i had such an incredible experience at this hotel that I am already planning my return the hotel had a fantastic breakfast spread with a variety of food choices. from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order omelets and pancakes, there was something for everyone's taste. the hotel also had more than one pool, providing all age groups. whether you wanted to relax in a quiet pool or have some fun in a lively one, there was an option for everyone. the hotel staff also organized water games, which added an extra element of fun and excitement to my stay. another aspect that impressed me was the quick room service. whenever i needed something, the hotel staff responded promptly and efficiently. they were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries I had. the hotel itself was massive, with sprawling grounds and a grand architecture. it felt like a world of its own, with various facilities to explore. lastly, I cannot forget to mention the amazing homemade iced peach tea served at the hotel. It was a refreshing and delightful beverage that I couldn't get enough of. whether I was lounging by the pool or relaxing in my room, the iced peach tea was the perfect companion. overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. the welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, variety of pools, quick room service, fun water games. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Hyatt Regency Spa, and it was nothing short of a blissful escape. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation. The spa's ambiance is breathtaking, with soothing music, soft lighting, and a tranquil decor that immediately put me at ease. Natalia the spa manager greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine commitment to making my visit exceptional. The treatment I received was a masterpiece. The therapist's expertise was evident as she tailored the experience to my specific needs and preferences. It was a truly rejuvenating and invigorating experience that left me feeling renewed and refreshed. The spa facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained amenities. The relaxation lounge provided a perfect place to unwind before and after my treatment, offering a selection of herbal teas and refreshments.

Spent three nights at the Hyatt after travelling across Jordan. Last stop Aqaba. It was the perfect end to a wonderful trip. The hotel is luxurious with its own private beach. Breakfast was AMAZING: high quality ingredients, so much variety; the chef at the egg station was excellent and was so kind to cook my eggs in butter. Myra at Vista was outstanding. She went out of her way to look after me and made my stay so pleasant. Also thank you to Mohammad for the local authentic food recommendations. And Norma for her warm welcome and hospitality. Would definitely return!

We had a very nice stay, the hotel is very modern and in a beautiful setting within the Ayla development. Service here was friendly but quite slow and not super attentive. Management was very present and keen to make a good impression. The pools were great and the buffet restaurant was exceptionally good.

Vista lounge is very clean and have a nice view indoor and outdoor, me and my best friend Lora choose to set in the outdoor to see the beautiful sunset. But we are amaze for all the staff and for the waitress who take our order and serve with standard service. We say that this is really a 5 star hotel and we experience that we are a very most important guest because of Flor and for her very good recommendation for the cocktails she is have a good taste and we love it. Thank you Flor for the experience keep it up and we surely comeback again to your wonderful service. Put that amazing smile always😊

Very bad experience, i booked a room and i get another. We ask to get what we booked. They say its about availability. In the room, you will find cats. refrigerator not working even after they try to fix and said its fixed. The service in the pool taking to much time. At the same price you can find luxury hotels and better services

It was my first anniversary with my wife, and I asked them to prepare the room and I told them I’m happy to pay the extra 25 JD. They sent a message a day before that I didn’t see asking for my phone number so they can send me the payment link although they had my phone number in their system. I checked in and nothing was prepared. It was very disappointing to expect such service in a hotel that claims it’s 5 stars. They could’ve sent the link to my number that they have or at least call if they actually care about their customers Staff and collaboration is very poor, breakfast is not tasty at all and very unorganized, we had to wait to get a table, we were asking for things like spoons and juices and some took forever (like after finishing food), some didn’t even come. Juices were mixed with water and didn’t taste good at all The room had some scratches on the table and chairs and even the jacuzzi. Air conditioning was really bad and the room wasn’t cold enough Facilities were okay It’s super expensive for the value, definitely not worth it, and definitely never again I’d recommend staying outside of this place and visit the Marina Village separately

We visited the spa at the Hyatt in Aqaba and it was amazing. Gorgeous, clean facilities and amazing staff. The spa has a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, cold dunk pool and steam room. The Thai massage was incredible. A perfect way to spend an afternoon.

The stay at the grand Hyatt was exceptional. The team at the olive tree was very impressive especially Mohammad who was helping us out at our table. Everyone was very attentive. The food was amazing. My next family trip will definitely include the Hyatt as part of our stay.

Amazing hotel, great food, nice area. Best experience was the spa- great service and amazing management! Thank you Ms Natalia for making the stay extra special! Only negative point - I wish there was an adult pool. There was soo many kids during our stay that it would’ve been nice to escape the chaos at times. Overall 4.5 . Thank you Hyatt !

This place was absolutely stunning. The location is great, in a very quiet and new area of Aqaba. The hotel also offers cash in exchange for card payments options, especially if you don’t want to go find an ATM. The concierge helped us organize a tour of Wadi Rum at the very last minute. The Hyatt lounge is very elegant and calm. Good variety of drinks and food available

I can honestly say that this was the best hotel I stayed in in Jordan, I booked a regular room but it was very comfortable with superb view on the spa pool and the lagoon; equipped with all the amenities you may need. The landscape took my breath away. And the staff were amazing I liked how each one of them made an effort to make small conversations with us and always made sure that we have everything that we need.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is stunning, the facilities top notch, the service perfect, and the buffet breakfast one of the best we’ve ever encountered, anywhere! The service is friendly and attentive from the restaurant to poolside. We were here as a home base for days spent at Petra and Wadi Rum and for some recovery days in between the long, wonderful days spent visiting those sites. We are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday with this incredible trip. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate and make this a memorable stay. Thank you all!!! I couldn’t recommend a property more highly. If I could, I’d give them 10 stars!

Drop dead AMAZING. Got to be the best hotel I've been to; stunning suite with daily treats of wine, sweets, fruit etc. The spa is exquisite and there's a huge choice of pools. I'd recommend upgrading to the suite for access to the Regency Lounge which offers divine light bites and drinks complimentary in the evening which I thoroughly enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our days in this hotel. Many thanks to Anastasia and Elena for their amazing morning gymnastics in the sea. It gave us amazing mood and energy for the whole day. Moreover we enjoyed beach volleyball with them. Definitely recommend to stay and enjoy time in this hotel.

It was very clean spotless and food was delicious we ate lunch by the pool and the breakfast was also so delicious with lots of varieties, service was great , all the waiters was nice …but i didn’t like the pools that much it was a bit small for the guests numbers, maybe we were in a busy time..the beach was a lagoon, a bit far from the hotel rooms… they were not clear about how many guests could sleep in the room as you pay more for a room to fit 4 people , two adults and two kids BUT , there was no beds neither couch for the kids to sleep on , they didn’t tell us that we have to pay extra for each bed they can bring us but because of that they didn’t charge us for the extra beds and they apologized for that

Beautiful big, clean rooms with amazing views. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. A massive complex with poor signage. Reception is understaffed and the ones available seem to deal with difficult clients. They often forgot requests and seemed in a panic. There are numerous restaurants however not all are open. A beautiful location with lots to see and do.

Fabulous, beautifully and thoughtfully designed hotel. Excellent spacious rooms with the most comfortable beds and bedding I have ever experienced. Good choice of restaurants, multiple pools - excellent spa and gym with state of the art equipment. Great Beach Club and international standard golf facilities on site. This hotel provides everything that even the most discerning guest would require. A great base from which to explore the wonders of Wadi Rum and Petra!
