The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Faisal is a very kind person, who help us with all our requests and even more. He organized the transfers from the airport, to Petra, to Wadi Rum and back to the airport. The driver Basil is an amazing guide and he was always very relaxed and cool. Thank you for the great time, this is a highly recommended hotel with great services.

One of the most fair places I've ever booked! We couldn't manage to catch our flight from Budapest to Aqaba due to unresonable waiting line at Röszke boarder crossing between Serbia and Hungary, this place accepted our cancellation. Our next stay in Aqaba we will FOR SURE book here again! Thank you guys!!!

It's not that bad it's clean and tidy but rooms are pretty small the place of the hotel is the worst part apart from that it good just the place is bad the finish on the build is kinda bad overall it's meh I can go to a better one but for the price it's good if your looking for a walk

The room is not clean. The room is not like the pictures on the booking site. This hotel does not deserve to be rated even one star. I recommend you to pay more and stay in another hotel.

Not well prepared rooms, no phone for calling room service, dirty balcony and chairs, no AC remote, just a switch On/Off. A bit far from services and supermarket. It can be more better than this. It doesn't deserve to be in the 3-Stars category.

Good hotel , good prices

Spacious bright and newly kitted out rooms. Attention to detail a bit lacking: no bedside light and the pool was not heated at all so too cold to swim. The manager was friendly and the WiFi worked well. It’s located a little bit out of the way from the centre but very quiet and safe at night.

The destination is good, near the town center, however, be prepared for the morning call for prayer that is coming from 2-3 mosques. The staff is very kind and helpful. Our bathroom was not in the best condition. It's cheap hotel, so I cannot complain much about it. I recommend for budget stay.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and very comfortable location in Aqaba. Best hosts ever helped us organize tours and made us feel like home. Definitely will go back and stay there again. Definitely recommend it.
