Very, very, very dirty 'kitchen' with dirty dishes and the bedsheets smelled as if they didn't wash them. The man at the desk didn't speak English and disappeared when we wanted to check out for a long time. They have hot water and WiFi. It's cheap.

The place was old and outdated which would have been fine if it wasn't completely filthy. The room they gave us wasn't clean at all and sheets smelt of other people. They changed us for another apartment which appear at least badly cleaned and I insisted on clean sheets. To this day i am not entirely sure they were 100 percent cleab. I sat on the couch after a long day and I got fresh gum stuck to my heal. It still smelt fruity and was very sticky. I was completely disgusted at this point. The worst and most shocking thing was that they hacked my booking account and placed a review using my booking account and giving them a 9. I have placed a complaint with booking and may report them to the tourism board for identity theft. Fork out an extra 5 euros/dollars and book elsewhere! Do not trust the good reviews on Google either. The reviews are all Jordanian names and clearly friends or family trying to help but this place is NOT a 4 star place. It's a 2 at best.

It was our pleasure to meet Ahmad, he allowed my friend and i to keep our bags at the hotel so we can catch our night bus to amman. Welcoming, polite, friendly.

Please be careful about this place. In some way they are able to hack booking's comments and putting things under guest name (it was my case and several more) that are totally fake. The place is so terrible in so many ways that I can even explain. We never ever complain about a cheap hotel, but it was beyond all limits about dirt.

Very dirty and in bad shape! On top of everything they are giving themselves reviews in Booking, my wife account seem to have been hacked and a review has appeared in her name. Beware!!!!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel! Imagine my shock when I went to use the toilet and found a snake in it! I couldn't believe my eyes. The staff's response was slow and unhelpful, and I felt completely unsafe during my stay. This hotel's hygiene and safety standards are beyond unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!
