When you walk into the lobby you see a beautiful fancy lobby with clean seats and tables. But as soon as you enter the rooms The sheets are dirty. The sheets have hair, spilled liquids and EXTREMELY dirt floor. I didn't even take off my slippers the whole time I was in the room. But probably the worst of all when we had entered the room the toilet looked as in if someone had used it and left. There was wet toilet paper and dirty stuff on the toilet which they came up to clean later after reporting it. When we had called to tell them about how dirty the room was they just said "ok" and never went up to clean it. The breakfast isn't bad or at least not as bad as the rooms. While about leaving we reported the situation again and they just nodded their head and didn't even apologize about what happened. Worst hotel I've bean at and I do not recommend going there.

Splendid hotel. Really an example of a 3 star Hotel worth the rating of 3 stars. First of, location: overlooking the bay, the old castle ruin (Aqaba fortress) and the Arab Revolt Flagpole. At the end of the road you’ll find the beating heart of Aqaba, especially at night (when it cools down). The street itself has plenty of space for parking. Secondly, service. The staff here have their eye out for details and strife to make your time here as pleasant as possible. Always approachable and engaging, never too much. When we went out for a bite at noon, we returned to find fresh fruit delivered to our room. Next, the room: very clean and not worn or “damaged by time” as you sometimes find in Hotels of this statute. Obviously the management is very attentive to the upkeep of their suites. Every room comes equipped with anything you might need for a long/short stay. From slippers to the classic shaving kits. A real treat. Fourth, the breakfast is extensive. Not groundbreaking, to be honest, but really more than enough options for everyone. Finally, the pricing: very agreeable. Compared to what some hostels in Jordan ask for a night, this is clearly a way better option. As a side note: at night, walk straight to the jetty you see in front of the hotel, on the left side you will find many bars offering shisha’s, drinks and music. A perfect way to end your day in Aqaba, at a stone’s throw from the hotel.

The counter service is nice, the security guard is so bored he has to have a staring contest with me . He does nothing but look at me in an intimidating manner. The wifi is slow and the bathroom had long hair from a previous guest I imagine. I don't recommend this hotel. I don't know how it's rated 4 stars.

The breakfast provided at this 4-star hotel is below average, and not living up to the level of service provided by the waitstaff in the dining area.

Despite opened since 2017 and small, the hotel looks like a new hotel and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. For example, Lizel, a restarurant staff, very quick in offer help when we have a dinner. She is polite and communicative when we invited to have a small chat.

Really nice hotel for Aqaba. We spent one night there and it was ok. It is a bit noisy, but it is near the centre and has a really nice sea view. Good value, but the bathroom, could be cleaner. It needs renovation for sure. The reception girl was so nice and responsive. Absolutely fabulous. The staff from the restaurant, the barman were nice, too.

A very luxurious hotel on the boulevard. The city tower hotel offers spacious rooms with great air conditioning and a short walk to the city center. Breakfast offers many options and even has a selection of small pastries.

Loved this hotel. Kids loved the breakfast, pool and beach nearby. I lived the view of the ocean and the rooms were so clean! We went back to Aqaba at the end of our trip and the hotel was fully booked... I was so sad to not be able to return.

Nice view of the harbour, choose seaview on top floors. Poor breakfast, worst coffee-from-the-pot in Jordan. I couldn't believe they don't have a professional espresso machine. Just a small machine you would buy for your home. Service otherwise good.

Great stay, good breakfast and dinner, spacious rooms, free minibar (first round), good internet and sea view. AC and big TV in room and nice staff. Near public beach ( free for Europeans, normal bath suit). Castle, nearby, is closed from some time.

Better than the double tree Hilton and the rest Amazing view, wicked breakfast, kind of professional staff, amazing service and much more! Well worth the price don’t go to movenpick and the rest when you have this for much cheaper

Nice hotel. Comfortable, quiet. Easy access to town without being in the town. A short 5 min walk to all the shops you could want and near the ruins of the old castle. Breakfast coffee not nice. Generally a nice hotel.

Overpriced hotel. Its claim being a four star hotel is not counted. The rooms are okay but a little small. You have to ask for towels. The sauna and the pool in the basement a not very charming and pretty dirty. Also there is stored some random unused stuff like old boards. We didn't use the "spa" for this reason. Breakfast buffet is okay but includes some components of very low quality aswell.

One of the best hotels in Aqaba. It certainly is changing to the best. I would love to promote this hotel to people looking for service in exchange of their money.

The is place for the most part is good. Pros --Rooms The rooms are good, some of them have better views than others though. The AC works. --Good Bathrooms Bathrooms are decently big. Though shower doesn't have a curtain or stained glass so only one person can use the bathroom at a time. --Food Dinner isn't free but the breakfast is. You can tell some of the food isn't fresh but it was alright. --Location It's close to the beach and fast food restaurants so activities aren't far away and if you aren't feeling the food here you can get some near by. -Free Drinks Each room comes with a can of Coke, Sprite, and Fanta. It also comes with water and kettle if you decide to make coffee or tea. Cons --Key Card You need a key card to enter the room. There is a HUGE problem with this. Once your in the room you need to have your card in a little slot to have electricity. Without it in there all electronics are off. This is extremely inconvenient because if you want to go out and also leave a laptop, tablet, etc charging you can't. This also makes it very easy to forget your card inside which locks you out. --The Door The door has a chain lock the can get stuck very easily between the door and door frame. But on the bright side. You can leave it in between them to keep the door unlocked. While leaving the card inside. This is a security risk as anyone can just walk in but I did it to make quick trips because I had family in other rooms. --Outlets Depending on your room you could either have one or two western outlets. It's annoying because there are other outlets, they just chose to have only one or two to also accept western plugs.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Aqaba. They have an indoor swimming pool suitable for all ages, and I knew that they were in the process of doing some maintenance for it... I liked their follow-up and their interest in developing and modernizing the hotel. The view from the rooms is splendor and makes you feel comfort ... you will get rid of negative energy ... it's one from the nearest hotels to the sea, although there is no private beach, but there is a public beach nearby. The food was delicious. It is also great value for money. Overall, I had a great experience with the City Tower Hotel 👍🏻
