It has a good location and a comfortable bed. BUT that's all. The rooms are not good, very dirty with outdated furniture,TV and fridge. We had a breakfast and a dinner included. Horrible!

Acceptable rooms, but no wifi inside, available only in the lobby. Quite good dinner and the breakfast, nice staff. Main advantage of the hotel is close distance to the "bazaar". If someone wants to buy something, walking distance is about 5 minutes from the hotel. Rooms could be cleaner but generally it was ok, considering local standards. Good value for money for one night.

Not recommended for anyone 😕 The place was nice Room was clean Staff was unprofessional with an attitude towards me and management was nice but they front desk Egyptian employe was rude enough to ruined my experience The rules wasn't clear where I booked so I had to guess before I book 😅 Overall it was good if they made the rules more clear and pick some professional employees

I didn't like the room, the furniture was old and there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. No swim pool.

Beds were very comfy. Air conditioning worked as intended. Bathrooms were brand new and modern. Breakfast, although minimal in selection, was pretty good. Location lets you walk anywhere from nearby restaurants, the beach to Jett Bus Station. Honestly it’s a pretty good choice since you get everything as advertised.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Shower was poorly installed meaning the whole bathroom floor got wet. But otherwise the room was great! Breakfast options were a little sparse, but the quality was great!

Very good location, nice clean rooms - definitely renovated recently with a nice modern touch. Helpful staff. There is room for improvement when it comes to food served. One day there was no hot water bit it was a minor setback, that was fixed on other days. Too bad they let people smoke indoors

Smoker hotel. Rooms are big and certainly cleaned but Aged. Should be refurbished. WIFI does not work properly which really is a pain. Breakfast poor. Best of the hotel is its location right at the City Center.

Nice and pleasant hotel, clean. Breakfast could be more generous. And... come on, you have the best cafe in the world 50 meters upstreet. Can't you serve such coffee at the loby?

If you are looking for a hotel in Aqaba with good service and good location without paying a hundred of dollars then AlRaad hotel is your best choice. I was in Aqaba for business matter and I don't want to pay a lot of money in 5 stars hotel so I tried Alraad hotel and it was within the expectation

The hotel is located in the center, close to all the shops and more. We came for a trip and diving so the place really suited us, anyone who wants a hotel for vacation and pampering will take a more expensive hotel. The staff helps in everything (we asked for more shampoo and gave without a problem), reasonable breakfast, large rooms, this is a simple hotel, worth the price

A nice hotel for its money. The stuff was very polite and helpful, the room was big with a king size bed, it was clean and with a lovely view of the bay. The buffet was good. It has a few issues with maintenance.

Great location in downtown Aqaba, near everything. Very spacious room, good WiFi coverage (and free), good water pressure, very clean and comfortable. Be sure to ask for a non smoking room if you are not a smoker.

It's location is just perfect for guests who like to walk in the city center of Aqaba. Unfortunately, in the Islamic month of Ramadan (fasting month), most restaurants in Aqaba are closed and don't think of having sandwiches anywhere. But at least, you can have good breakfast at the various three stars hotels in the city. Rooms are pretty spacious, clean, neat and tidy. Mini bar in the room has no alcohol beverages and soft drinks are chargeable. Employees are very helpful and very kind.

Good location and nice staff. Cons - 1. People are smoking inside the hotel everywhere, even in the rooms. 2. Breakfast could be richer - with fruits and with normal non filter coffee. 3. Rooms that have windows toward the street suffer from noise till late at night
