Stayed here for a night. Room is spacious and clean. There are also shoe cleaners outside the rooms near the elevator which was appreciated coming from the desert. The bed was cozy and the room was cool for temp. Bathroom was great with hot water. Breakfast is a good with salads, breads, cereal, sausage, egg, juice, coffee, and more. The pool upstairs has a nice bar for socializing. Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here for a couple of nights, first I thought I made a good choice as the staff told me they had 'upgraded' my room ... Only to find myself in a small room with a single bed which when looking under it was full of dust and a tv that was not working and the shower without a door... Was quite dissapointed with the staff when I figured out they tried to scam me twice... once at the bar when they asked me 13 euro for a can of beer ... and once when the staff tried to book me a taxi for 20 euro while the ride should cost ( for tourist ) 7 euro. A local jordanian would pay 2-3 euro. Very dissapointing as they all seemed to be nice... You beter leave the city and head straight for Eilat - Israel, was less of a hassle to get around and people are real.

They charge more the what their service worth. Bad breakfast! ( they need to check Lacosta hotel breakfast, and learn from them, by the way they have the same room price!) Noisy shower from other rooms No any food allowed in the “ terrace area “ which located in the pavement!!! Bad customer service, and inexperienced staff members! Very cheap furniture. Not clean This hotel should be one star

Don’t expect resort vibes but we really loved it. A lovely hotel with amazing staff. Price quality wise it’s a very nice place to stay. It’s well maintained and they are refreshing! Rooms are decent and have aircon. Breakfast is perfect! Views from the rooftop are amazing!

I give 5 stars with the understanding that it's a 3* hotel. Welcoming and courteous stuff, comfortable beds, spacious and clean, bright bathroom. Rooftop pool with amazing views is a fine touch. I highly recommend booking a massage (women). The therapist here is excellent 👌 The hotel is centrally located, which is a big plus.

The rooms are very spacious, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Sadly the TV didnt work very well and there's no English channels to watch. There's a rooftop swimming and bar which I checked out, but didnt use as I only stayed one night, definitely looks inviting though on a warm day in Jordan. Reception staff are very friendly and even gave me a free upgrade. I didnt personally enjoy the breakfast too much, there's not a great variety for a western traveller. I resorted to toast and some melon, which was fine. Thanks for to all the staff at My hotel!

Great staff and a very clean hotel! We had an amazing time here and the pool at the rooftop is a bonus.

Cero idea about guest service & business: for a sandwich you got my rate. Oh, also for the dirty towels. If you have a different option, go for it.

Amazing rooftop with a pool and ba, there was no barman when we were there so we couldn't drink, but there was coffee. Very clean right in the center of town, recommend buying tickets for a private beach (10-15 min walk or take a cab)

The customer service here was terrible, our rooms were mixed up with other people’s. Also, the hotel does not let you bring any food upstairs with you so if you have leftovers or are bringing food for the following day they will make you throw it away.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the beds were uncomfortable you could feel the springs.the service was so bad there was trash under the beds, cigarette odor on the rooms, they didn’t give us toilet paper, they count how many towels they give you. In general I would advise you to go to any other hotel

The hotel is rated as a four star hotel but in reality every facility in it corresponds to a one star hotel. The room was dirty, with hairs from the previous room guests in every corner of the bathroom. The bathroom floor was slippery from dirt. To add insult to injury, the bathroom door couldn’t close. There was sand on the windows which when opened got into the room. The TV remote controller didn’t work but when it was replaced with a new one it turned out that there had been a connectivity issue so no TV programmer were available. When asked at the reception whether all rooms are the same, with the bathroom door not able to close they responded affirmatively. The hotel is not a 4 star one but rather much 1 star.

Definitely not a luxury hotel ! We had to ask twice for towels in the room and they only gave us 2, not small ones neither a mat. And they were stained. The AC are just next to the window so we can hear them running all night. I only tasted the food at breakfast and it was not good at all, especially in comparison with the other hotels we have been to in Jordan. The restaurant is not opened at lunch. The terrace of the restaurant is on a parking. The only good thing is the pool on the rooftop but everytime we have been there the bar was closed. The setties on the rooftop are dangerous because screws come out of them. The location is OK because downtown, but also very noisy. They really should remove the "luxury" from the name of the hotel because it's a joke.

1 key per room even if 2 are sharing. Air conditioner had one speed and I don't think it's ever been cleaned. Staff are kind and helpful and prompt to do their best with issues.

not all rooms are good, I tried 3 rooms till I get good one. Breakfast is trivial. morning reception lady needs more training in customer service.

It was good clean and comfy room , good breakfast, good location but overpriced 1.75 jd for a bottle of water and they don't give any free water when you first check in and also you can't bring water from outside of the hotel definitely doesn't deserve to be a 4 star hotel

The ladies at the check-in are very helpful. Got myself a Turkish bath treatment and massage from Khalid. He is wonderful, you can tell he is experienced. They were running a 50% off promo, so that made it even better. I also booked a trip to Bernice Beach club at the front desk as well. It's only 15 mins away. And they also put my luggage in their storage room as I was checking out the same day. I took the 9 AM shuttle and I had the whole beach to myself. Don't bother paying for the private beaches at hotels across the street like Intercontinental, Movenpick, etc. The water is spectacular at Bernice. Since I had to leave early I got taxi back, they even let me take a quick shower at he spa before my bus trip. I am definitely going back. The cafe at the roof could have been better. But not a deal breaker.

Amazing: the food, the staff, the facilities, the l location, the prices. I stayed there for almost a week and loved it! The rooftop has a pool, sun deck and a wonderful view of Aqaba and the surrounding mountains. The staff are so so nice, they really care about making sure your stay is pleasant. The location is central and the hotel organizes a bus to Berenice beach club. They also organize PCR tests. The breakfast is bomb. The rooms are really clean and I loved the shower :) 10/10

The hotel is downtown, but very quiet, recently renovated, has a gym and a nice pool on the roof, good Housekeeping, friendly staff in reception and F&B. Unfortunately, is a dry hotel, but a liquor store is next door. Many European tourists are also in house. Jordanians are extremely hospitable and ready to serve you at their best!

The hotel is a good option for one or two nights before you head on to other places in Jordan. It's very clean and neat compared to similar priced places in Jordan and even to the big names like Crowne Plaza. We liked it a lot. It's in walking distance to the center and old town. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is enough and reflects the price. The rooftop bar and pool make your experience more than just "ok" and allow a nice view around Aqaba so be sure the weather is good during your stay :-) On top the staff can easily organize a covid PCR test for you inside the hotel. The restaurant Sheikh Alhara is also a good local option!

If you expect 4 stars, this is not the place to go. If you don't expect 4* or fancy, this is still not the place to go because is overpriced for the quality of the rooms, service etc. What we liked: - the top floor terrace with swimming pool and tables to sit at (lovely view) - 5 minutes away walking from Jett bus station - nice terrace downstairs for the breakfast (we came in winter, so it was rather cold to sit there) - usable hotel gym (but with many of the machines not working at all or properly). They had weights. What we didn't like: - access to SPA (sauna, turkish bath & jacuzzi) is payable extra and was not communicated before, even though we specifically asked before booking. - really bad view into a deserted area between hotels - room was basic and generally worse than other 2 and 3 stars hotels we have been at - the person in the late shift when we arrived (11pm) barely spoke English - bathtub but with no curtain or proper length window, hard to avoid water everywhere - cold room - the AC worked, but might have been poor or broken as could not get the room warm even at 32 degrees setting - hair dryer very poor, almost unusable What we are neutral about: - breakfast which was ok, but had no vegetable or fruits available (which at 4* you might want). They did offer custom made omlette which was good. PS: Someone mentioned Lacosta Hotel being better - we didn't stay, but from a post-fact assessment seems well worth the extra 5$/night.

Best place, best value for money. Walking distance to market and shops, next to clubs, restaurants, near beach.

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with nice decoration. There is a small gym with weight machines, dumbells and cardio machines. Unfortunately no barbell or plates. There is a nice pool with a bar. There is also a spa, but I did not try it. I did not try the breakfast either, but we had coffee and tea bags in the room. We had a serious problem with the internet in the room and probably the internet in general. In our room no wifi was detected at all. In the swimming pool area, the phone didn't connect due to the bad internet connection.

Brilliant few days stay, very clean with a very helpful and entertaining manager. Hotel perfectly located near the central area. Rooftop pool and bar area a big bonus. Excellent area to spend evenings. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

We booked a standard room, the reception lady upgraded us to a bigger room with a balcony and living room, the view from our room is very nice, room is a bit used though. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable bed, pillow is too high for me. Breakfast was very good, a lot of different things to try, but be careful if you sit outside on the terrace, there are crows waiting to pick your food off your plates when you are away. In general nice stay!

Short stay part of a tour group. The premises are of a decent quality and the rooms clean. The bathroom uses those annoying single sheet dispensers but I managed to get a roll from housekeeping without any issues. Beds are a bit soft but that is a personal preference. Breakfast is of a higher than average Egyptian quality and service is excellent both at the front desk and at the roof top bar. There are plenty of amenities nearby.

Modern clean hotel. Lots of rooms but reasonably quiet. Breakfast was wide ranging. The lifts were a bit tired but otherwise all great.

Stayed here on the first and last nights of our 7 night holiday and it was by far the best of the hotels we stayed in. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the food was also good, with a great selection for breakfast and dinner. The jewel in the crown is the bar on the roof terrace. Wished we had the time to try out the spa but maybe next time....we would definitely stay here again.
