We returned today from a family vacation at the hotel, we took 4 family rooms. A beautiful stunning hotel, clean in all corners, very clean and comfortable rooms for a family. The food is good to very good, the pools are suitable for the whole family. Everything is just neat and clean down to the smallest details. It's just very important that you notice that there are people (or at least one guy) who work at the pool who offer all kinds of things and present it as if they're getting you the best price and in the end you find out that they outworked you for a few tens of dollars if not even more. A guy who promised us a trip to the sea with the cheapest price, which is 100 Jordanian dinars (a trip of one hour for 13 people), which we found out later that it costs a maximum of 45 Jordanian dinars. He offered us taxis and all kinds of things, and in the end it turned out that he is a broker and takes a brokerage fee for it, there is no problem that he takes a brokerage, but not twice the real price. It just gives the guest an unpleasant and untrustworthy feeling. It's a shame that all the fun feeling in the hotel and the concern of the whole staff that someone who works as a lifeguard in the pool will come and spoil it... not pleasant at all!!! Apart from that, everything was perfect even though the food and drinks in the hotel are very expensive and excessive.

Two or three people were not very friendly. The life guards and the people around the pool were so friendly. The people working in the restaurant were also friendly. There was a guy named Ghaith at the restaurant who was very helpful and friendly. There's absolutely no Muslim friendly zone that you can sit and listen to music without the belly dancer or the alcohol. The pools are great and although it is cold the pools are heated, the shows and Blossom entertainment is great, we enjoyed the morning sport and the beach yoga. I think it was boring at night so maybe if we booked in Movenpick downtown it would have been better, we could have fun in the city at night instead of just sleeping because we're bored.

We really enjoyed our vacation. The food is excellent and all the hotel services, including the pools and the impressive view and the excellent service. It was perfect! Highly recommend!

It was a very annoying to stop at this hotel. Rooms and big territory are great, but food all inclusive- has very poor choice and its always the same! Moreover they used the same food from lunch to serve for dinner ... Another thing is the private beach: it is very clean ( as the whole hotel territory i must admit) BUT to swim there is not pleasant! at all. There some oil/tankers works not far and we continually heard the noise and oil smell , so the water is not clean. I would never want to be back in Akaba again and not in this hotel for sure.

Nice hotel, clean, spacious, good food, very nice pools and beach front but far from other 5 star ratings hotels. First, the hotel and pools are built so you need to walk long distances for everything. If you are in the adult pool and want a beer or a towel - walk (no service for that). A kid sliding want to go to bathroom - at least 2 min walk around 2 pools, through a bridge and the restaurant terrace. Walk from our room to nearest elevator was also not short. There are a lot of staff, but the service is not responsive enough. For example, there was always a significant and messy queue at the reception and it took over 10 min to clean a broken glass in the dinning area during breakfast. The baggage storage was a huge mess with dozens of suitcases in several corridors and outside… Last - the kids club has practically nothing. It is not maintained well and the stuff is not active at engaging the kids. Nevertheless - this is a relaxing and nice place especially for families

I loved everything about my stay here. starting from the check in, the receptionists were so friendly and welcoming with big smiles. We were also really happy about the service and variety of food options available at the buffet. The pools and beach were clean, with life guards available in all which made us feel safe since we had kids with us. Also the kids club was good for the kids to relax from the July heat, they enjoyed the facepainting activity mostly. All in all our stay was great and we hope to come back soon

We spent 4 fantastic days in this fantastic hotel! The level of services is very high, the staff was very friendly and professional. I would like to give a special mention to Baraka Bar and its very nice, friendly and professional staff, especially Janine and Michell, you are the best and thank you for everything 😉 The beach and the pool area are clean and tidy, the staff is helpful and kind, everyone tries to make the holiday enjoyable. the prices are high, but at this level that's not surprising. We are very satisfied, I recommend the hotel to everyone.

The staff here is very kind and attentive for our whole family and the property is beautifully manicured. Food is good and varied for an extended stay. Some rooms showing wear of age but still very nice.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful garden (bravo for the gardeners!), many pools nicely enlightened during evening, everything looked magical. It’s about 20 min from Aqaba, but we had our own car. During our stay there wasn’t too much guests, so we could fully enjoy all amenities. Many different pools, unfortunately only one was well heated, two nice jacuzzis, many bars and restaurants, although Italian is quite pricey. Staff is amazing: extremely helpful and kind, thank you very much for your kindness, smile and managing whole our inquiries ;) Guests were mostly French, German and Jordan at the time. The main restaurant is quite noisy. I did not much enjoy breakfast, choice is wide but could be better: scrambled eggs from powder and completely cold, I would prefer a coffee machine with different types of cappuccino, flat white etc. The buffet in the evening is really good. I missed a bit more activities, maybe tennis courts? Rooms are simple and a bit oldish, but clean and rather spacious. I missed the sleepers. Nice balcony. Very confortable bed with good mattress and pillows, I slept well. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back soon!

welcoming and attentive staff. pleasant and spacious rooms with good bedding. The catering is varied, original and of very good quality with also the possibility of eating Italian. Lots of vegetation with a beautiful view of the Sinai mountains. The different swimming pools allow you to enjoy different atmospheres and good lengths for swimming. The beach and the sea are beautiful, with lots of beautiful fish! Very good value for money, I still highly recommend after my 6th stay!!!!

The resort is Amazing, staff are friendly and attentive. Cazalingo Italian cuisine highly recommend the chef check on us and the manager Diana is super friendly Also Pety the waiters she was very polite and professional. Breakfast has everything you might need. Rooms are spacious and full of live. Pools service is great pleas try the ice cream it's yummy. Check in and out process was outstanding and smooth. I recommend this resort to anyone who wants to spend good time.

An impressive hotel complex where all the staff are smiling and pleasant. A special mention for the restaurant teams, Bali, Veronica, Abed, Yasa and Murad (the manager) who are always smiling and caring for us, and Michell to the bar ! Thank you for this great experience👍

Lovely hotel great location, relaxing environment would have preferred room in front they did not have availability. We had black ants in the room which the staff were aware of. Staff did their level best to remove or suggested we move to another room which we declined as would have meant more walking for our mother.

I spend two days in this hotel and I was very happy with the service. The employees of the hotel go out of their way to make my stay at the hotel very special and good. Same applies to the restaurant. Restaurant manager Diana is very nice. She explained everything very well and she was so nice to make sure that the food was good. We didn’t like the food so she asked chef Tamer to make something else for us. Long story short chef Tamer and manager Diana gave us an unforgettable dinner/ evening!

very nice warm pools. the staff are super friendly. the room was spacious and breakfast was amazing. the beach was well kept and we loved the snorkeling with the dive center. big thanks to the lifeguard Hossam he was always helpful.

Lovely setting for our first anniversary. ♥️ The dining staff were so friendly, hospitable and eager to serve. The food is delicious. The landscape of the property is very well-kept, green, and beautiful. Very restful. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We are also very thankful for the very special attention of a surprise “happy anniversary” cake. The teams here certainly fulfilled their motto of “making moments.” :) Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, and I appreciate the hospitality. had a great time and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Staff at the front desk were quite helpful, and as a result, we had a wonderful time. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast and supper options, and they were both freshly made and delicious. And beautiful scenery, however if you want to get any rest and relaxation out of your stay at this hotel, you should attempt to avoid the busiest times of the year

The staff at the reception is not as well trained and polite to cater to guests needs. Even if you need recommendations or any guidance, they got no clue. So it's a shame for hospitality industry. However, Mr. Omar Ruslan the duty manager was extremely helpful and I would have given lower rating but due to his kindness I went up to 4. The winter pool close at sunset as opposed to what's advertised on the website. There aren't many hot water pool options for winter as opposed to their branch in dead sea where you could enjoy the pool till 8 and also the jacuzzi. The entertainment staff is very friendly and they made my trip worth it. I really enjoyed the activities and they also have a 3rd party company to book red sea activities. I enjoyed the snorkeling experience with them.

Stayed for one night so didn’t had the chance to check everything but overall very good costumer service staff were very friendly and cooperative upgraded my room free of charge and helped me when needed which was amazing, breakfast was nice but dinner was above extremely good! Room and facilities are well organized and clean.

I had Abad experience with them, to make long story short they lost stay of 20 person, the person who did agree with us on the reservation hide in his office and didn't show up once we arrived, then they refuse to cooperate with us and just to provide an extra bed in one of the rooms. I think they have to improve their customer service and be willing to please their customers

I have visited this resort this year, it is really amazing to have your vacation inside it. Very wide range of clean pools, very nice staff, very clean rooms. Overall, enjoyable experience.

Very accommodating from the beginning checked us in early. So this was a big plus. wonderful experience at the hotel every staff member We encountered, was welcoming delightful and eager to help! Gorgeous building and huge pools and the views are breathtaking. The hotel was wonderful, beautiful atmosphere inside and outside . It was even better than expected. There were great restaurants. We really loved the activities, from the yoga to the dances to the sports activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Resort was recommended to us by our tour guide and we are so happy we decided to come here. If we knew how beautiful, quiet and inexpensive by American standards it’s going to be, we would stay longer. I strongly recommend this place for family with kids. Grounds are gorgeous, there is kids playroom room with baby pool and outdoor playground. Kids entertainment during the day and every night. Babysitting service is available. Service is superb on every level, food options are plentiful and there is a bar ( yes there is plenty of alcohol as well) every corner of the property and on the beach. Property is located right on the beach. Just keep in mind that Red Sea is not as warm as Mediterranean and the beach is rocky. Please bring water shoes with you. Otherwise it’s a great place for snorkeling and scoops diving.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, we just came to have lunch and look around the grounds so I am not basing this review on a hotel stay. Lunch was expensive and not worth the price. The fries tasted fishy. The hotel itself looks nice, but not super nice. However, the grounds are beautiful. They have a lot of lush plants and flowers and even areas with grass. It feels nice to take off your flip flops and walk in the cool grass. There is more than one pool and the outside eating area has a lot of tables and a medium sized menu for ordering. I like that the parking lot has covered areas to keep your car in the shade.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This is a large hotel with a clean area, the beach is clean and comfortable. Excellent and inexpensive food in the restaurant, the dishes are great, very tasty!!! We enjoyed every day in this hotel!! Every day there were different sports programs for adults and children's shows! We were very lucky to be here at Easter, as there were various carnivals, competitions among children, children's discos and cake making! We will definitely come here again! Thanks a lot for a great vacation!

Family (2 adults 2 children), it’s our third time here.. had a great time!! First our room With garden pool and sea view. Great location. The room is clean, spacious, nice decor. The crew are very nice and helpful… help Us with anything we asked or needed and made sure we have an amazing time. Especially Mr Omar Ruslan who took care of us 🙌🏻 The hotel was full but it’s so spacious we didn’t feel it at all. located at Tala bay, The beach is sandy and clean, you will have the beach bar and waiters who will take care of anything you need. There is a kids club with a warm pool, and activities during the day, the kids really enjoyed it. Food is nice, i recommended to come early for breakfast and dinner. We had a great vacation, perfect for families. Sure we will Come back 😊☀️

It's very far from everything. The rooms are not too luxurious but I love the staff. The pools are amazing. The bar offers happy hour. The staff is VERY accommodating. Omar, the duty manager is awesome! Very nice and helpful. He'll go the extra mile.

A huge resort, with spacious family rooms. But the maintenance of the room was not perfect and the furniture needs redoing. The common areas are beautiful. Live entertainment for kids every night. I was not too impressed with dinner, the tastes were not to my liking, and they served almost the same dishes every night. We stayed for a week, so I ended up eating only the desserts... Breakfast was good. The food at the pool bars is completely different then the dinning room. It was quite nice, though the drinks are overpriced ( $ 10 for a beer 🍺!!) The outdoor pools are great and clean.

When we arrived, we were very tired, and the reception and welcome of the reception staff made it worth the trouble. Checking in was easy and fast, and the receptionist was professional and explained everything to us. The weather was a bit hot and the place was far away, but everything was available. In the hotel .. We spent two wonderful days, and the most important thing is that the children enjoyed very much. This is one of the most suitable places for children, so I recommend this place if you have children.

Breakfast was generous and very varied, the staff were courteous and willing to refill finished foods. The *INDOOR* dining area is large and spacious, there were always enough seating places available for our large group' but there were not enough dining tables set up outdoor despite the inclement weather. During breakfast it would have been better if the coffee /hot water/milk pots had been placed on the tables without having to wait for the waiter to pour an addition to the coffee.

This was our second stay at the hotel and won’t be our last. We were there for 5 days. Facilities, staff and the rooms were excellent. The hotel has a variety of pools with staff members and lifeguards available everywhere to serve the guests’ needs. The beach is nice with some snorkeling opportunities around the coral reefs. Food was excellent with new varieties every night. The waiting staff were amazing despite the heavy load of work during busy hours. Chef Mohammad Alqam was around every meal checking on guests and making sure they were satisfied. The entertainment staff (especially Khalid and Maya) were very nice and enthusiastic about their work. Lots of water sports are available within the vicinity of the hotel.

Giant hotel with private beach (an amazing one) and endless swimming pools. Perfect place for family and kids. The rooms are a bit old and can be cleaner, some of the staff were grumpy and not helpful. All in all it is a great hotel and guarantees a nice stay.

The service in this hotel is pretty good with attentive staff and chefs. Perfect place for the family with kids in terms of pools, slides(adults can enjoy it too), beach but what I liked the most was shisha at the terrace with the live Arabic music and the belly dancer. Unforgettable experience!
