Like an oases in the dessert. We were welcomed with a soft drink. The staff very friendly and helpful. The interior design of hotel very beautiful, with bold colours. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom very neat and clean. Their breakfast was very good. We had a beautiful view over garden and pool. Loved it!!

I was stuck at the border for just a day, trying to get into Israel. The manager (I believe his name was Tamar) and Moaz were amazing employees. I cannot stress enough how helpful and calming they were. I was distraught and stressed with the unexpected change in my plans, but they were incredible hosts. They gave me a very fair price, when they could have just as well charged me way over than normal because of my situation. They were truly kind. They accommodated me in so many ways. I wish I could thank them. If nothing else, let this testify to the type of staff that employ this hotel. They are incredible and kind. Also, the food was excellent at the indoor restaurant in the lobby. Very good price too.

We stayed here just for a night as we were travelling by bus from Israel to Cairo and this hotel made it possible. How I wish I stayed longer than one night! The room was comfortable and clean. We had access to a buffet at dinner time and at breakfast which was the best buffet I have ever had. A LOT of vegan options which is so rare in Egypt, healthy food (also rare) and most of all so delicious! There was no internet when we were there. It was not a bad thing for us (true rest). The pool was very pleasant and never overcrowded. It is 800 m away from the Egyptian bus station and very close to the Israeli border, so it was easy of access without a car even though it is in a, kind of, remote place.

Very nice hotel casino, nice little free buffet for the players. The plus is that this casino has poker tables and poker tournaments wich the other does not have. The staff is nice and welcoming. The inconvenience which has nothing to do with the hotel is if you are coming from Israel who's at the border it can be hectic if there is a line of tourists waiting to get through customs, in or out.

Had a very pleasant time at this hotel overal, besides for when I arrived and the bell boy took my small trolly to the room which was 50meters from the reception. I gave him a small tip but he he immediately demanded a larger tip, which is completely unacceptable in my eyes. Really shame but important for me to note other then this my stay was nice, breakfast was really good, the pool is really pleasant too and the rest of the staff where really friendly.

Mohamad and Karim in the reception are absolutely amazing. They did everything to make us feel comfortable and make the best of our vacation. The pool is very nice and big, Latif the pool man took care of us and was very kind. The hotel is very clean and well designed. Big room, yummy breakfast and good price. We were a couple and had the best time. We will come back for sure.

Nice Hotel next to the border post with Israel. Very friedly staff.

Simple room. Casino is small and the staff was just angry upset people. I did not enjoy at all. I felt very uncomfortable with their looks. The managerial staff that had english accents were great but not the regular staff. The pool was not clean and the hotel is secluded from anything else. Right on the border on the Egyptian side

The stuff are too friendly, the food is A class, the rooms are very wide and comfortable

I only went for the casino, and the casino itself is alright, but the food is disgusting. I would recommend only eating the deserts. Soft drinks are free, and food is free, but for alcohol you have to pay.
