I gave it a one star but it doesn’t deserve that. First of all when we came here we were forced into a bigger room because they said only 2 per room. Ok I understand that is there rules. We had food with us and they fought us about the food for them it is better to throw it away then let us eat. They don’t allow you to have any water and force you to buy from them or u don’t have water. That’s the entrance experience. When we got to the room the beds had big stains on all the beds. They don’t change the sheets between guest and the sheets and blankets had stains on it. Look like dried up blood. We called the front desk to have some come and clean and they brought us blankets without changing the sheets. And left the old dirty sheets didn’t bother taking it with him. The blankets came in a bag and when we opened the blanket it was wet and had a bad odour. I went to the front desk and showed them but they did care really. The next day no one showed to clean the room after being promised someone would come and clean. At night we were hungry and ordered from there Resturant only to receive a completely wrong order. Called them again and told them it was wrong and they wanted to correct there mistake by charging us more for there mistake. I have stayed at hotels around the world I worked in the hotel business for over 15 years. The service here is disgusting the food is non edible. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. They don’t understand the meaning of customer service it is upsetting because I have stayed here before but something has changed and this hotel fell to the ground. Also this is my honeymoon and instead of having a good time I am dealing with there bull. Trust me save yourself time and money and go somewhere where they treat you like a human. This has been my experience and I still have 1 more day to go.

Stayed in October We booked the chalet with two bed rooms ** Excellent value for the price ** . The staff are very professional and welcoming . Lots of parking . Direct access to the beach . We Loved the pool specially the kids . Excellent mini market with excellent prices . Amazing sea view through their balconies . The resort is very clean . The mattress is not that comfortable . The breakfast is poor and bakery items are not fresh !! . The dinner was just ok ! Not the that much Over all we loved the place ❤️ Highly recommended for families 👍👍

Good hotel with one of the best hotel beaches in Jordan! Its clear and sandy!!! Almost no stones in the beginning of it. And just when you can easily swim - starts area with corals. Tasty food, beautiful yard with few pools (but with cold water in January). The only large minus of this hotel - it's located far away from Aqaba. You need to take taxi (about 10 dinars) or hitch a ride by Tala Bay. And the price was good for room. Stayed here in January, 2020.

Great experience. The place is really amazing. It will be a best choice for even big families.small or couples. They have rooms, Chalets and villas with three swimming pools and playgrounds and special areas for kids to play... There is a high place (like an island) which is in the sea where u can set and enjoy ur time (with fantastic view in sunset and sunrise)... They have a private beach beside the sea... Free breakfast and dinner included in the restaurant inside. Parkings are available... The prices inside are somehow expensive but in general it's highly recommended 👍

The location in Tala bay is amazing.. Farely Clean, friendly staff and quiet area. Chalets are spacious with two bedrooms,kitchenette and seating area..and all have pool and sea view which is amazing.. Chalets have stairs no elevator to the second floor.. Yet the view from there is worth it. Visa is excepted here in hotel and resturant.. Internal rooms are well designed..teraces are specious..However rooms lacks maintenence especially electrical appliances (Water kettle, spot lights.. Curtains.. Terrace doors.. Etc.) Bathroom needs more attention in terms of maintenance and smell if its not manually ventilated Swimming pool ranges betwen 50cm to 150cm..but not heated Access to sea is narrow yet the view and design is amazing..but beach lacks cleaning.. Alot of stones and trash.. and alot of maintenamce was going on during our stay.. Playing area for kids open until midnight.. Availability to rent fast boats.. Jetski and diving.. Restaurant has limited menu for lunch and dinner.. And make sure to go early for breakfast during weekends 😉 menu prices are reasonable and taste is good if you dont have an option..😁 Staff are very nice and helpful but need more attention to room service Value of money is reasonable amd in general for large family.. With kids and moderate budget this will be one of the best fits

We booked a chalet with two bedrooms and our stay was beyond pleasant. Staff were super friendly, food was yummy, pools are clean, the place was quite and kids friendly. There was a big play area for kids and the beach was in front of our chalet.

Would go again. I like the fact that markets are right near the chalets and hotel along with restaurants and everything. There's a medical clinic between the outdoor pool and the sea area. It's really hot during the noon so be ware and bring sunscreen cream! They have routes everywhere for wheelchairs. There is an indoor ladies pool with a jacuzzi plus a sauna and steam room available until around evening. Slushes, ice cream and drinks are available all around though they are a bit more pricey. The chairs near the beach are such a good place to relax on and listen to some music at night.

Very bad experience, we arrived at 12:00 pm and didn’t get the room until 3:30 pm. There is a restaurant at the hotel called “ Rum restaurant “ I don’t recommend it at all the meat tastes so bad. In general I don’t think they should receive guest because they are giving a very bad picture of local people and the country.

Great place to stay with super nice and hospitable staff. The breakfast was really nice and great to see so many locals there.Very family friendly also. Really recommend!!!!!

Had to use this entrance to reach a dive site. Their front security is ridiculous. No one knows what’s going on. Had to pay 10JD just to get in the gate. Ridiculous

Lovely staff, beautiful beach and lovely pool. The food was very nice and a good price.

After my second visit I was surprised how bad the location has become. First of all, the cleanliness level in the rooms is horrible, especially the bathroom. The food quality/variety is bad. The only highlit is the beautiful beach front. I do not recommend this for a night stay.

Hand on heart the best place i stayed in when going to aqaba, and i will be returning in the future, the villas are very good for a whole family visit with 3 rooms one of which is a master bedroom and one other has 2 beds, but the final one is ver little
