Reviewing the hotel and not the dive tours - even for the price, this was not a nice stay. Room was dirty, and bathroom was very dirty. There were piles of hair and the shower hadn’t even been rinsed. No top sheet on the bed, and stained bedclothes and towels. Also mosquitoes and flies in the room at night. Breakfast was also not good and not worth 3JD. Some basic cleaning would have made a big difference to our stay.

The staff was kind and the view is beautiful. However, there were huge issues of cleanliness. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets were also dirty and we asked them to change them, which they did. We noticed however at night that the new sheets put were even dirtier (very suspicious stains on them). Then, two days after, we have been contacted by the hotel because they said we never showed up and honored our reservation. Overall, a place to avoid.

Without a doubt one of the best, if not the best diving experience so far. A lot of dive spots to choose from, communication was easy and super straight forward, equipment perfect, and most importantly, Yousef, the guide is incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with amazing pool area. The location on a hill is quiet, relaxing and offers a nice view above the sea. For that small price, everything was okay, and especially the breakfast very lovely & delicious. All the guys working there are so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much :)

It's a clearly a family business which is very nice. It's cosy, you don't have to pay for every little thing. It feels like you are visiting your long missed family

Best Diving Center in Aqaba!!! Mainly, because of the instructors. They are very professional and take care to make you understand every step of the diving very clearly. We went there because people recommended us to do it with the instructor David, but we can tell that all the staff are great too! We highly recommend them for this incredible experience. The resort is lucky to have a team in the Dive Center like them...

Nice and child friendly diving resort with good facilities and friendly staff. Although not directly based on the beach, it is only a 5 minute walk to South Beach. And the views over the Red Sea are good, as the resort is situated a bit on the hill. The onsite diving school offers excellent and affordable dives.

Yaseen we love you🙌 This is the story of my husband: "We came to Bait Al-Aqaba primarily to give another perspective to my diving experience and it was not a mistake. The hotel itself is very nice for that price range. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean, people are really nice, and the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. There's a beautiful pool, but I didn't have the time to try it, as I was diving all the time. And that was most important for me. The first day we spent on the boat and I had 3 dives, the second day four - 3 day dives from the shore, and one night dive. All the time I was diving with Yaseen who is a very good and very experienced diver despite his fairly young age. Besides that, he is very nice to have around as he is very friendly, fun and helpful."

This family-run accommodation is an absolute gem. It is not only wonderful inside, there a nice swimming pool, the food is amazing and the people, the owner and his family and crew... They are the best. We left there our hearts, so we will need to come back :-)

The staff at the dive centre are great - so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even getting food for us when we arrived late on the first night! Omar is a great dive instructor. Thank you Omar, Ahred and Mohannad. The hotel is basic but all you need if you are there for the diving. The system for payment and food etc is a bit confusing/disorganised. The pool is really lovely!

We had a really good time at the dive centre! Hussein and the other guys are great dive instructors, friendly and helpful. They always try to fulfill your wishes, where to dive and where to go. One night we went for a night dive which was an amazing experience at the ship wreck! Just keep in mind, Jordan time is not German time and do not be in a rush :) Highly recommended!

We stayed there for 4days it was one of the worse Vacation in my life The people at the reception are very very rude they give us hard time getting to the pool to the point they called the police twice for us and that was horrible . I will never come back again I don’t recommend this place for anyone it’s dirty I don’t give it one star very bad very very very very very bad service

We went diving with Mohanad and his team several times, and each time has been an amazing experience. The team is super friendly and they were caring and patient with our children as well as with our older team member 😊! Fantastic place for a first diving experience, or for those who are already certified divers.

Excellent views and facilities but for swimming or diving you need to go 18km south to South Beach area. The beach here is underwhelming. As to room capacity, although this is not a unique problem for higher end hotels in both Jordan and Isreal its still a bit of a pain for families when all rooms are just for 2 people (3 max with a rollaway bed often with extra charge even for that). Please have actual queen (not twin beds in a room called "queen" on website) or doubles and allow a family of 4 to occupy one room. If you need more bookings, this in my opinion would help at least with potential customers from North America who are used to that as standard.

I would s say that it worth the money we paid. I didn't expect fancier service. The workers are super nice. The swimming pool is clean and big. I loved the sitting out side the rooms next to the pool. I would go back there again.
