First day experience...Apartment had super dirty floor, bathroom trash was not cleaned, TV not working, balcony furniture damaged and they put the new ones in the living room hoping we will move them out, Wifi never connected with login info their system provided. Breakfast took 45 minutes to be fully served.

Do not recommend at all Our much-anticipated family trip was utterly ruined by a series of disappointments and frustrations. Despite making a reservation and specifically requesting ground floor rooms to accommodate individuals with babies in strollers and a disabled person in a wheelchair, we were shocked to find that the place was completely unsuitable for people with disabilities. Instead of accommodating our needs, they placed us in an area filled with numerous stairs, making it incredibly difficult to navigate. To make matters worse, the rooms were located a considerable fifteen-minute walk away from the dining room. Despite our request for assistance, such as using golf cars to aid our transportation, our pleas fell on deaf ears. We were informed by one employee that his colleague ghaith Al zobi instructed him to inform us that golf cars were unavailable, leaving us to endure the long and exhausting trek multiple times a day. Adding insult to injury, the overall cleanliness of the premises was nothing short of disgusting and filthy. Our hopes of a pleasant stay were shattered as we encountered unclean surfaces and unkempt facilities. The floor around the pool was particularly treacherous, posing a significant risk of accidents due to its slippery condition. Additionally, we discovered a substance around the pool area that caused injuries to our skin, further highlighting the lack of maintenance and care. Regrettably, these cumulative issues completely marred our vacation, leaving us frustrated, disheartened, and unable to fully enjoy our time together as a family. It is truly disheartening when the anticipation of a wonderful trip is overshadowed by such avoidable disappointments and unpleasant experiences.

The rooms were very clean , very good breakfast the guys were very helpful and nice specially Ezzo عز الدين from the beach club .. delicious very professional stuff .. many thanks for making our stay extra special 🥰🥰

Tala bay is the perfect place for people who are looking for a chill place to stay in and be comfortable in renting their own place without the restrictions of an hotel. You can find an option suitable for any budget and group of people, and the good thing is that the facilities are great in the compound. Furthermore, there is a supermarket, atm, and restaurants which can allow you to stay in the resort without the need of leaving, and if you want to leave, its only a 20 minutes drive from the city. The beach is clean and natural, the pools are clean and there are plenty of pools, and the security ensure the safety and privacy of the visitors.

We love it so much and we joined every minute me and my family and also we loved the entertainments their specially the animation team.

I’m an owner in tala bay residence. Used to rent apartments before… the place is welcoming and very calm. Unlike other places to stay tala bay has a homey vibe to it. You don’t have to worry while waking around or allowing your kids to wander on their own. The workers are friendly and respectful. Not only is it fun to swim in but it includes a lot of restaurants.

It is a must visit place in Aqaba. Pools are beautiful, the beach is well maintained and had beautiful view. Overall an amazing experience.

I went there 3 times before, but this time the level of the hotel went sooooo down. AC in room was not working properly, bed was squeeking, very basic decoration inside the room, bad service and no enough employees, no one answers at the reception. We asked food from room service and they left the leftovers of the food for 6 hours until we aksed them to get them. No menu in the room service. Pools were dirty, no variety at breakfast and no fresh fruits. Very cheap services, it's so obvious they are cutting cost. I don't give them more than 3 stars. The only good thing is the location. If you want Tala bay, go to another hotel.

We only use day pass to access to the beach so facilities was nice and clean the beach maybe need bit of cleaning apart that 5 star we love the pools

+ very good beach and pools + wide selection of good restaurants with local specialities as well as international dishes + lots of activities available; they offer a shuttle service to Aqaba and return (for extra cost) - BAD SERVICE: we went for a triple bedroom and when we arrived there were only 2 beds. We had to ask for the 3rd bed separately and when they placed the 3rd bed, they moved the sofa so that it was blocking the bathroom entrance. We had to move it ourselves. - the room has hanger rails, but no hangers. We asked for hangers and it took several hours for some to finally arrive - very small room; bad wi-fi connection in the room - the locking system for the balcony door was not working - when they cleaned the room, they replaced a lot of our stuff. They even threw away something they thought it was garbage

The pool was big but they claimed it was 24/7 bit they didn't let us swim at night and the pool was full of hair

I just had the worst experience ever at this villa in Tala Bay! It was seriously the dirtiest accommodation I have ever seen. The rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, floor, and even the swimming pool were all disgustingly dirty. We called the responsible person, but they said there's no housekeeping available. Can you believe it? On top of that, some of the ACs weren't working, and there was no hot water. They did fix the ACs eventually, but the maintenance for water wasn't available. And here's the real kicker: one of the master rooms had a faulty key, and my dad's diabetes medicine was locked inside. It took them a whopping 1.5 hours to open the door! The staff were also incredibly rude and disrespectful. Overall, one of the worst experiences I've ever had in Tala Bay. I don’t recommend this place at all

The hotel offers a great service, but it needs to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the beach. The beach has too many cigarette butts and rocks.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are great and well equiped, very spacious. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the pool and the beach. We defenetly highly recommand

We had the most amazing experience at Movinpick tala bay, the entertainment team was outstanding ,there were a lot of activities for the kids thanks to Nirmeen ,Christina and Mohammad ❤ the room was spacious and food was delicious
