A very nice place, is pretty new and if u need to check the position on maps is better if u use Google maps instead booking maps. The room are very big whit a very comfortable bed, TV, Wi-Fi, the reception is open at every time. The place is very close to the bus station and to the public beach

They misrepresented the room we booked on Agoda (and as we discovered later, other websites) When we realized, we asked to be moved into the room we paid for. They said it was full, didn't offer a partial refund to cover the actual price the room would have been, and refused to switch us into the room we paid for when it became available the next day. Staff blatantly entered our room in the morning while we were sleeping, just to turn off the Air Conditioner (to save money?) We had to use a doorstop while we slept those next days to keep them out. There were no do not enter door slips like most hotels provide.. So creepy! And finally, I woke up with the classic "breakfast lunch and dinner" bite appearance one morning and suspect they have a bug problem. Only good thing I can say about this place is that the rooms are clean.

Very clean and value for money. Entrance area is not great (surrounding carpet shops and old furnature. I wished they were more cooperative regarding an extra blanket. We had a baby with us and they dont have baby crip and did not give an extra blanket.

As expected, a nice room for the money. A faint smell of cigarettes as expected. Otherwise a nice shower, beds were clean and there are many nice restaurants nearby.

Very clean rooms, good staff, great facilities. Neighborhood isn't super nice. Be aware: some of the rooms doesn't have window to outside.

Very friendly, cosy and clean place! Actually the best place we stayed on the trip across jordan! Close to the center. Pretty much everything is in walking distance.
